The wait was not long. I was taken care of in a very timely manner. My manicure was gorgeous.

Very expensive, the lady that did my pedicure did not talk to me once. The nail polish I picked out was empty, they added something to it and had to put 3-4 coats on. Toes still dont look great. I still have calluses on my heels. My daughter manicure was very expensive.

Quality of work wasnt great. My wifes nails chipped and cracked within a day.

Mixed results when I visit. I get dip nails and sometimes they last 3 weeks, this last time only lasted 4 days before they started to crack.

When inails opened I went there all the time always loved the environment and my nails where beautiful! Within in the last year they have denied me service 4 times first 2 because it was to late and the 3rd because they where busy.Today was the 4th and final time they will dismiss me I went at 12:30 with my niece, there was only two customers a woman and child so I thought we would be ok. The lady was very rude to me and said If i didnt have an appointment she wasnt helping me. Not to mention there was 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. I dont reccomend giving this place your money simply because how they treat people.

I went in to see if they would fix one nail because it’s broken and they said because we didn’t do your nails we can’t fix the one.

I have been here on more than one occasion I will not go back. I had asked for a striped foil design to be put on the end of my acrylics. I was told that the technician knew how to do this. It was a disaster to say the least. She tried to glue down the foil. It isnt a week later and none of the strips are on my nails. This cost me almost $60.00. Again very disappointed and will not return.

I wont be coming here again. They raised their prices and certainly not worth it. Will only go elsewhere..

The pedicure was good. The service not so much. The lady working on me disappeared twice. A guy has to ask her if she was done the first time. She came back and did another coat of polish. Then she left me in the chair again. Next time I saw her she was starting work on someone else. I left to go pay and mentioned it but got no response. Unlikely Ill go back.

Came in and sat down. No one even said a welcome to me for the time I was sitting or a time frame of a wait. I understand they were busy. But if your a business then acknoledge your customers. Im here on vacation. I dont recommend this place especially if you wanna feel welcomed.

Got a gel manicure and a pedicure. They did great on the pedicure. The gel polish that they used did not last. It started peeling off within one week.

We (me and my sister) walked in and they told us to sit, so we did. We had been waiting for about 5 minutes and NO WORKER talked to us. Then later a woman and her children walked in got sat down and had a worker come up to her to look at colors RIGHT AWAY. We walked out because it had been 15 minutes since we walked in and NOT ONE WORKER TALKED TO US!!! Iam VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE! They do NOT treat every customer with respect. I recommend going to Star Nails they are friendly and treats every one with RESPECT.

Terrible!I tried to get a manicure today and was greeted promptly. However I was then told to sit and wait. I waited for more than 20 minutes and after 2 people were helped immediately while I waited I left. I wanted a simple manicure for my birthday and had a terrible experience.

Theres a nail salon on every corner but they dont compare to iNails. Thats what I review when I first went. Ive been going there for over a year now. If its busy you could be there for hours. But regardless of the time it takes, I have yet to find anyone else that has nails that last as long as theirs. Quality is worth it.

I came in around 12pm on Sunday hoping to get a touch up since I chipped a nail, not realizing Id sit there for an hour and a half while the girl behind me had gotten there at 11am when they opened and the girl next to me was there at 1130, both had foil on their nails and that was it. This isnt the first time this has happened either. The staffing and owners here are great, they do decent work for the price you pay, I however will not be coming back. All three of us ended up leaving after getting our schellac removed because we simply couldnt wait any longer. They even tried to help me first instead of the other two girls, when I said something, I was brushed off which just irritated the other two girls. I think you guys have a nice business but the organization and business management definitely needs some work. Sorry to say but Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I had acrylic nails done and all the nails weren’t even, kinda thick, and not smooth. Just little details that add up. The ombré look they did was great, just excutation wasn’t the best. Also kinda pricey.

Horrible! I went there with my friend to get a manicure, and as soon as we walked in the door, they were plain rude. They were rather demanding, and were rushing us to pick out a color. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and it was not what I asked for. The lady, who did my friends nails, was not qualified. Half the time, the lady had an earpiece in, and was talking on it in a foreign language. Overall, bad experience.

I was very dissapointed in there services they were very rude and had bad attitudes i was not at all happy about the way they did my nails they were very sloopy and they left them half done once i told them i didnt like them they didnt want to fix them and still exspected me to pay even the mannager was just as rude this is not a place i will be spending my money EVER AGAIN and i dont recomend anyone to suport this nail salon

Been here a few times. Thought Id give it another chance today. Not good. Very similar to the other reviews with rude employees. When I told the lady I needed another coat of polish because I could see my nail still, she got up and walked around talking about it to everyone in the shop before coming back and then never doing it. I think regardless of what language you speak that is very disrespectful to your customers.

Went in there for a pedi and there were 2 kids running around the whole time. They were eating watermelon and sticking their hands in the pedi water! One took a toothpick and was poking a little girl (customer) then the other was running around with a plastic bag on his head. All while the staff was rude and rushed. Least relaxing experience ever.

Not very friendly.Not a great job especially the money I paid.Wouldn’t recommend it.
