Home Pro did an excellent job treating mold in the attic and then again under the sink.He is very friendly and caring and does an excellent job. He also described ways for us to do what is needed to treat any further mold issues we come across; which to me is impressive, as he wasn’t trying to rope me into further treatments for him to make money. I definitely recommend Home Pro services.

With 4 kids, the rug in my house turned so gross and awful🤢🤮. I thought it wasn’t even reversible until my landlord told me that something could be done about it. I searched and found Home Pro. I am stunned! They did a very amazing job at a little cost. My carpet seems like New! The employee was so kind and friendly. He even waived a few bucks because there was no change. We had a hot water pipe break in the basement bathroom and didn’t realize it for several hours. When we went downstairs, we were splashing through water in a sauna-like atmosphere. Home Pro answered the phone promptly and Joe was on the scene in a few hours. This was probably the biggest mess we’ve had to deal with to date, but it was by far the easiest thanks to Home Pro! Joe took care of everything — removing what was water-damaged, drying everything out, handling the details of the insurance claim (smoothest insurance claim I’ve ever had!), and calling to check on how everything was going throughout the process. We had our sump pump discharge line crack in several spots in our basement and leaked for who knows how long. Once we got the water issue solved, we had material (carpet, padding, tack strips, insulation, drywall) to be removed and needed it done quickly. Joe was there the next morning assess the damage and get everything hauled away. He gave us everything we needed to get things rolling with insurance and has been helpful when we’ve contacted him with other questions. Hopefully we won’t need their services for a long time, but if we do, we will always call Home Pro.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and Home Pro Services and have been recommending them to everyone. Our entire finished basement suddenly filled with water at 10PM. I called two other local places and got a well call you back (and never even received callbacks). We knew with water the key is to get everything up and dry as quickly as possible before it gets into the drywall and causes an even bigger problem. Somehow in the panic, I found Home Pro. Joe came out within 1/2 hour and got to work sucking up the water, so that we could get the carpet out the next morning. He returned for several days after that, setting up the proper dehumidifiers and fans, and applying anti-microbial protection to prevent mold. He worked with our insurance company to help identify the problem and get our claim resolved. Professional, class act, punctual, great communication, fantastic person to work with. Highly recommend. Please give this local company your business instead of the big box mitigation services. You wont be disappointed.

I had Home Pro Services clean my carpet in January of 2019. They were great, he responded quickly to my calls and got the carpet clean. We have original white berber carpet in a twenty year old house. It had only been cleaned once previously in that time. He told me up front what he could and couldnt get clean instead of promising unrealistic things. They even came out on a day where the temperature was about -5 and managed to deal with pumping water from a truck when it was ridiculously cold. I would recommend Home Pro Services without hesitation.

Also on one of the couches there was melted wax on one arm and down the side and to my surprise he got all of it out. We had noticed an unpleasant odor in the basement and decided to have the carpets cleaned. We contacted Home Pro Service through email and received a call right away the next morning. The owner, Joe, stopped out to give us an estimate and we scheduled the appointment. We decided to clean all the carpets throughout the house including closets, halls and stairs. The morning of the appointment Joe arrived in a timely manner and worked very consciously for a few hours cleaning carpets, moving furniture and putting it up on blocks. He was very neat and thorough, paying special attention to some problem areas we had pointed out. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our carpets look great again and the odor is gone. We will be hiring Home Pro Services in the future for all our carpet care needs.
