For a quick clean this is the place... Bringing my wifes car back in July for a full day detail.. When everyone else was closed.. They were open and very friendly... Should you use their services make sure you tip them well.

Terrible service. Rude employees. They hit my car which was just unacceptable. And they threw a rotten apple at me. Would never go their agian and wouldnt recommend if you have a tesla or a really nice car. If I had the option Id rate it 0 stars.

These pictures were taken when I got home, which is 5 minutes from the car wash, after purchasing the $30 Complete wash. Very disappointed.The second star is for the cleanliness of the outside of the car.I will stick with Mister Car Wash like I should have.

Very rude employees. Did not get the inside clean at all. There was dirt on the drivers side that was not wiped down. I had to ask for them to vacuum the hatch out too and was told that the hatch is usually extra. That doesnt even make sense! I will never go there again and I dont recommend this place at all!!!

I feel like every time I go here and spend the $40 or so on an interior cleaning nothing is truly cleaned besides the dash. Cup holders and steering wheel left untouched, touch screens not even wiped down.

Just had my husbands car detailed by Jessie at Sparkling Image. I was very impressed with the customer service. Everyone was kind and polite. And...the detailing? WOW!!! I had no idea the car could look this good. It looks like a brand new vehicle. Adding detailing by Jessie at Sparkling Image to my annual to-do list. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

2 stars b/c the guy who checked us in was great. Listened to what I was wanting and guided me to the most efficient package. However the service provided was a disappointment. For one, you pick up your vehicle in a dark area so you’re unable to see the outcome until you’re driving down the road. (Missed spots interior, streaks on windows, bugs still on windshield, floor Matts some still had dirty and one still had water in it, and tires were not dressed) Second, when you call back to discuss issues they say come back and we can fix it. Which is great if you’re living in town but we’re passing through. I specifically called to be refunded for a service that was provided tire dressing that I paid for. I was told that they can not refund $3.99. I was not asking for the entire cost which would be appropriate ($30). The owner does not allow refunds. Although I appreciate the effort to fix their mistakes. Not everyone has the time to drive back to give a business a second chance to do the level of service that was expected the first time. In those cases a refund should be granted.

Two times now I have been back there and both times they have managed to soak the interior of my truck. The first time they left the driver side window down in the second time they pulled the door seal down and left it and ran it through the wash. I recommend you stand out there and watch them pull it in or else your interior will be soaked

Covid-19 has effected its ability to provide the services it used to and the cost has increased. Hopefully, it is only temporary.

This place has been going downhill for years but it wasnt until this visit that the service was so terrible that I left without even getting my car washed. The employee was incredibly rude to begin with, but I was immensely bothered by her snapping at me for parking in line as I have for the last 20 years. I finally left after she sneered at me for asking about detailing services. Her response was we dont do that despite my getting my car detailed there countless times as well as detailing services still being advertised on their website. Needless to say, I dont plan on returning.

If all you want is a quick vacuum, partially clear windows and a rinse. Please...go here. But if you want any mud washed off the underbody, dont waste your time. Now Im talking about the kind of mud you get when driving past some road construction with water on the pavement. We arent talking about mud running in a pick up. Also, the tire shine is a joke, just buy the cheapest wash here. Unless you buy a full detail, you wont get much in the way of clean. The only value comes from getting a re-wash if it rains. 30 bucks later, I still had to buy actual tire shine, (even though it was supposedly included in my purchase.) Ill need to wash the rest of the mud off my air dam and wheel wells, clean and polish the rims, wipe down my interior. So all in all, I still didnt even save any time by going here. Im being generous with the 3 stars.

Couldnt be happier! I had the Express Detailing. When I called, they said to bring my car in the same day - no appointment needed. The lady in the front office was very friendly and the guys on break took care of my car immediately. Would definitely recommend this place!

Had gone to this car wash with my previous vehicle and was satisfied. Went on 5/12/17 with my new vehicle, had them clean and vacuum the front mats and got the rainx wash. After they were done, I drove home and parked my SUV in the garage. The next day I went to run errands and as soon as I got to my vehicle, I noticed a horizontal dent at the bottom of the driver-side door. Called Sparkling Image, since they are the only ones who have had access to my SUV since I purchased it. According to the manager, they reviewed the HD tapes and said they couldnt see where my door might have gotten hit. If you own a business that wants to be successful, own up to your responsibilities and pay for any damage you cause. Since it is my first new vehicle in 19 years, I notice everything, so spotting the dent the first time I went to drive my vehicle after they washed it, was very evident. The estimate company believe that because the dent is horizontal, the door was opened and hit something...such as opening the door to take the front mats out, vacuuming and putting the mats back in. I also reviewed this business on Yelp and posted a picture of the damage. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this car wash and would caution anyone taking their vehicle there to inspect their vehicle very closely before and after. From other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer whose vehicle they have damaged and wont accept responsibility. Shame on them.

There service is terrible . The young women who works up front is completely rude . She has an attitude and acted like she didn’t really care to be there . They are also to expensive at that . A simple car wash machine . And people who wipe windows with damp towel.

I paid for the top wash service and they barely touched the interior console and dash. I called and she said that isnt part of their service. Im not sure what full service means, but apparently it means that they just vacuum the floor and wash the windows. There wasnt even a cursory wipe of the console.

I thought it was a little pricey, but it came out looking brand new, well worth every penny

The wash ripped the red brakelight cover off the tailgate of my SUV. I filled in the form they gave me, I was promised a phone call from the manager... no one ever called. No one even said, oh were sorry that happened. Ridiculous.
