It’s just okay. I got the highest package for interior clean, and chose the highest tip option. I was asked if I wanted to add a scent, I said yes and chose New Car. The attendant was very nice. It took quite a while, probably close to an hour. It was fairly busy and I understand… there was a garden center right across the parking lot so I was happy to poke around over there. When my car was done, there was no scent and it wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. was it cleaner than it was? Yeah. But was it super clean? No. Just okay. I’ll keep doing it myself going forward and save the $40. Their lobby is nice though :)

I have used this car wash service for almost 15 years. When they stopped hand-wiping for the finish, I was concerned. I just kept a rag in the car for touch-ups. I have had their unlimited wash service for over a year, and the quality has steadily declined. It is becoming too much to touch-up. At this point, I might as well have done it myself. I love the convenience and hope you guys can get this figured out.

About 3 years ago now I had the premium membership and the service was absolutely amazing and they did amazing work. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership as I had to budget and didnt use the services enough to get my moneys worth.Went back today and found out they lowered their pricing, great. However, that came and a major cost to the quality. Its a lot more streamlined and automated then I remember. I used to recommend everyone to them. I would definitely not recommend them anymore.

Every single Mister has its uniqueness, this one was the first one I tried and immediately I made my self a member. When I want to vacuum my car, I usually go to this one, they maintain the garbage cans clean an clear so you can dump your chocolate packages, fast food bags, coke cups and all the stuff that we eat in our cars. They have also a air pistol very useful to clean tiny areas and the front of your windshield That you never clean and is full of last year leaves. Later I go to buy Chinese food and feel I had a great day already.

Car gets washed...good job..but not the TLC..or personal touches like before. I LOVED AND NOW MISS the guys hand drying my side mirrors and windows that now NEVER get dried ...and it is bad in the winter when its below freezing. Plus the front is never totally clean.

The team here is great and very good at getting my car extra clean...great deals!

Keep my Black Diamond so clean for 35 a month

Well, I lived in Austin for 16 plus years and had fabulous service/cleans at a variety of locations there. I was so pleased when visiting Cedar Rapids that there at locations in town so I immediately headed right over there as I had just finished a road trip with 3 kids. I purchased their top package, let them know that I had left the 3rd row seats up as there had been twins in that row. So disappointed when I, later, checked that back row. Does not look like they even wiped it down, let alone with leather treatment. Cargo area was not vacuumed nor were the tires shined. Not really a full service after the full service price.

Im really disappointed. Ive gotten my car done there before and it was great. This time there was still dog hair and dirt on my back seat! What did I pay $45 dollars for?Ill NEVER go back!

Staff isnt very friendly or helpful.. I paid 10$ for a interior clean and nothing was wiped down and bad vacuum job... i still had bugs on the front of my car after i asked them to spray bug remover they still didnt... to sum it up it seems like none of the workers car and I might as well save my money and clean my car myself the right way.

I went there expecting more than I got. This location does not do detailing though their site does say they have general purpose cleaning which apparently does not include wiping down seats.Vacuuming does not include the trunk.For what they did, they did a good job. The car was filthy and they did a good job vacuuming the interior and cleaning the windows and dash and such. I didnt pay a lot of attention to the exterior because after stopping at a gas station to vacuum the trunk and clean the back seat I traded it in.The air conditioning was not working the day I visited. It was pretty miserable but they had fans by open doors trying to make it as comfortable as possible. I was glad they were open versus closing when the AC broke and I felt like they handled it the best they could.

I am having similar issues with the other one star reviews with Mister refusing to cover damages incurred by their machines. This has been by far the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with management.My scratches occurred on Saturday, March 7th and the manager said he would contact me on Monday the 9th. No calls or emails on Monday. Wednesday finally rolls around with no word on the status of my claim. I call them to get an update and the manager assures me that hell call back by noon.A call comes in at 12:40pm to let me know my claim has been denied due to my car having unrelated rock chips from highway driving on the hood. The manager tells me he will email me the email address for corporate within 15 minutes. An hour and a half later Im stilling waiting for it.I use to love this car wash. I gave it 5 stars until this whole dumpster fire of an incident happened. I wanted them to succeed until they refused to cover the damage they caused. I thought about giving them a try after this incident but after all this I can assure you Ill never be back and will tell people to avoid this place. I just want them to fix what theyve done so I can be done with this place for good. Youve lost a once loyal customer today.

Got a used car and broght it here to get detailed. Car wasnt filthy, but inside obviously needed some cleaning. Got the most expensive package and even pre-tipped them the highest option. Got home and on closer inspection they did a terrible job. Didnt even wipe down the touch screen and speedometer as there was still finger prints and smootz on them, let alone the places that needed a bit of extra attention.

May car has very minor body damage that I was concerned about the brushes snagging on. They didnt snag and my car is clean inside and out.

As I am aging, I dont spend the time I used to washing and cleaning my SUV. My Chevrolet was filthy dirty with dirt, sand,, and salt left from a hash cold winter. Upon arrival at the Northland Ave. Mister Car Wash, I was warmly greeted by Summer, she explained the services of Mister Car Wash I was interested in and kindly shared informative cards pertaining to pricing. The car wash worked wonders with my cars underside and exterior. The commercial cleaning agents and sprays used left my SUV with a sparkling exterior, the interior has a nice fresh vanilla smell, along with being clean and dust free. My Equinox now has a showroom finish I throughly appreciate and makes it a pleasure to drive. The employees are very personable, aggressive workers, and attentive to detail. They did an outstanding job! Considering the personal experience and final result, pricing is fair. I am totally impressed with my SUVS appearance inside and out. Mister Car Wash is my first choice when it comes to car cleaning.

Took the cheap exterior wash. Did a great job with my muddy gravel dust covered car. Line was long but got through quicker than expected

Very friendly, very attentive. I opted in for an interior cleaning for just 8$ in which they offer to vacuum, wipe windows and interior, empty ashtrays etc. Plus they added a scent when finished (i picked cherry). They did an absolutely amazing job, leaving my interior and exterior clean and looking brand new. I absolutely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a full cleaning service with staff that go above expectations.

An okay car wash. I would have given less stars but their employees are really nice. My Jeep came out streaked with dirt and wasnt quite worth the $20 we paid. Now, we do live down a gravel road so it got pretty dirty from recent rains... But for the price we paid, would have liked it to have gotten a little cleaner than it ended up.

I was very impressed on my first visit today. I paid $36 for the top service. My SUV was filthy after a trip with kids and they cleaned it top to bottom, inside and out. All in all the service took about 20 minutes. The employees were nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Went to get my car clean and remove ice build up on my tires and one sudé was done good but the drivers side was not touched. Left the ice build up on the left tires and was rubbing drove out. Very dissatisfied as it was the main reason to stop by

Got a monthly for price of two washes so with new truck will take advantage.

My friend and I took her car through the car wash and got the inside cleaned out. When we got back into the car, the cup holders were filled with water, the windows were all smudged, didnt even look like they vacuumed it, they sprayed the back window and didnt even wipe it off, also didnt smell like the clean car Fragrance like we asked. Everything they should have done to the inside didnt happen. Frankly Im kind of shocked on how they made it look worse. She paid $36 for us to get back in to a car that didnt even get finished.

Fast and polite. Could have done a little better on the inside, exp steeringwheel & where your feet hit the door. For the price, wish they had a small carpet cleaner for the floor mats. For the convenience, I would go back, maybe just for the car wash.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went in to get a car wash and detail done. I left my car in their possession and when it came out the passenger mirror was hanging by the inner wires. The process for compensation for their lack of care has been a nightmare. They wont work with me at all, they speak rudely, and wont come up with a fair conclusion. They do everything in their power to avoid responsibility for the damage.

Well managed and maintained lobby. Staff was super nice and friendly and fairly detail-oriented. Great bang for your buck if you want a full service clean/detail.

Awesome! I stopped in for the first time and purchased a full service wash. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed popcorn during my ~20 minute wait. It was well worth it - my car was the cleanest its been since I left the dealership. Workers were very friendly and took the extra time to get all the tiny little spots where sand snuck in after my road trip. I dont live in the area but the great quality of this visit inspired me to find a location closer to me and subscribe to the monthly service.

Not very happy detail staff needs to be trained properly glad I didnt tip if I wanted to see water spots I would have done it myself and they needed learn how to vacuum properly

This location has gone downhill. Car wash didnt work today, had to go through 3 times. Had an issue with my account, they couldnt figure it out either. Seems like they have some employees who arent trained properly and it shows in the service. Will be going elsewhere when my plan is done.

I liked mister car wash. I have been a loyal customer for more than 4 years. The first time I had an incident with them was 12/27. They handled it very poor and they won’t take the ownership of the damages they caused to my car. Their district manager won’t even contact me to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed customer and not very happy with the outcome.

My husband brought the van in for a 30 dollar plus was and vacuum. They assured him they would move the seats. When I popped the seats down they had not vacuumed at all. I keep coming back in hopes they would be better as past washes have been a disaster. Never again.

Really good job but they could wipe off the back of the seats. My sons foot prints still there and they do a good job on mats (mine are weathertech) but could use a wet rag to wipe them down after they get out of the vehicle. Those are the only 2 reasons why I didnt give a 5 star rating otherwise AWESOME job.

This was my first trip. Friendly service and the waiting place was clean and comfortable. And they had free popcorn. Yummy.

They usually do an awesome job here, I’ve been several times in different vehicles and the staff are always super polite and efficient. My last visit I asked for an inside and out cleaning, after I got home with my vehicle I realized that the inside had not been fully cleaned. They must have done a quick pass vacuuming because there were still crumbs all over my back seat and the center console area was dusty. Granted it was pretty dark when I got there and they pulled my vehicle out of the garage to clean it. Maybe consider getting better lighting? I’ll come back but will definitely check my car over before leaving!

Dakota is an A+ manager who greets customers, and understands the value of a happy customer. My whole family, from myself and my husband, to our parents use their services, and we are all very satisfied. The guys are friendly, and if something is missed they have no problem making it right. Their wash cards are a great gift and reasonably priced.

Ive had the platinum package for over a year now, I think the service is great and they do a wonderful job, but I was kind of in shock today when I was charged extra money to have the floor mats washed.. $40 dollars a month and now we have to pay extra to have something cleaned that was in the package in the first place? Something as small as that is gonna push people away.

I’m an unlimited member which is a pretty good deal for how often I get my car washed but I’m not sure it’s worth it for the fact they never seem to be off their phone enough to align me right so instead I can hear the damage being done to my car. Also the fact that they never seem to completely dry the car off. Even leaving soap on my car still. Not sure if it’s worth it.

Great job on the exterior but the interior cleaning was hit/miss at best; there was a long streak of dirt/dust remaining on the glovebox.

They are great here! I love coming here. Buy the monthly package, its a great deal. Its relaxing inside, you can help yourself to coffee and popcorn in a clean cozy environment. They are honest people. One kid came in to give me a couple large bills he had found under my seats.

I got the platinum service for my chevy equinox for $36 and while a worker was vacuuming out my car he came inside and brought me a 10 dollar bill he found under the seat. I would have never known if he had just taken it, but his honesty was huge. I even tried giving him the $10 back as a tip and he refused and instead showed me the tip jar that is split by all employees. 10/10 service

Well,From the pictures you could figure out what i paid for.... SCRATCHES ALL OVERI reported the same day, Management got pictures,But no phone calls were returned which made me re-visit the store to hear them finally say WE DENY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES following explanation of Horizontal/Vertical scratch concepts of their washer.Sincerely, I have no idea how your washer works (you also denied sharing me the camera footage).But remember ITS MY CAR & Im pretty strong knowing every inch of it since i take utmost care all the time.I see a lot of similar damages from other reviews as well,Wish i had spent some time upfront.And yes, In the end have been gifted with a card of Incident Center though, which would be one last try before i leave it all behind because i prefer to walk away from something that enforce negative vibes than lose my valuable time/money over Attorney.Things may happen, I SERIOUSLY WISH YOU GUYS WERE HONEST THOUGH..!!

Usually never have a problem here. Came on Christmas Eve, long story short, the conveyor belt was not catching my car tire and the car behind me bumped into me. Glad I was paying attention, because all the kids working there were not. I literally had to put my car into gear to get off the track before getting hit again. They took pics, filled out forms...havent heard a word yet....

It used to be a nice place but they are cutting lots of services. No wheel wells washed. Floor mats cost. I purchased the best and it was SUPPOSED to be included. If you are given a gift certificate that says same ss cash I can not use it on my membership.i wish they would have told me of the price increase. Didnt know until it came out of my account. Its not what I originally signed up for. Very bad service. The people are friendly. They just work at this terrible place.

The carwash was very good, however a car ahead of me w a lady in drivers seat kept putting her break on. This caused a minor fender accident. I watched this from inside waiting area. Delays occurred!

Highly recommend! I got the $35 dollar package which is a deluxe carwash and interior clean and vacuum. They took their time and they have a nice waiting area with tables, couches, free popcorn and a drinking fountain. My car looks shiny and the inside smells and looks like new.

$35.00 and they did not even clean the review mirror. Did not clean the dirt off the interior doors. I wet my finger and got it off. Front windshield still had dog slobber on it at the top. Can NOT recommend this place.

The line was pretty long when we went but it was moving quickly. The prices are pretty high for a car wash but for an automatic wash it does an excellent job. A great place to get all the winter salt and yuck off your car!!

Well, this time was better. Last time I spent $35 on the full service they did everything half a**ed and left glass cleaner on my windows, wasnt vacuumed right. When i got home I had to finish everything myself. This time it was good. Smelled like new again when they were done.

They send cars through too close together. I worry I wont move my car fast enough at the end and Ill get hit. ALSO, I get the same guy EVERYTIME drying the drivers side windshield and it streaks.Otherwise...I love getting my car washed every time Im in town!

They have always been friendly and curtious. Their facility is clean. They dont Dilly dally around. They get the vehicles through the process in a reasonable amount of time. Ive always been happy with how my vehicle turns out when they are finished.

Paid $180 for a Detail. Got the car back, there was still money under the seats, sticky pop on the side of seat and it looked like the back end was untouched. They argued but agreed to take another shot. Car came back significantly cleaner, but small items, the ones get a detail to fix, were still off. Push button interior lights were sticky, shifter glide was gross. They should not advertise a detail and one should not get a detail from them. Most disappointing was the Managers attitude about the quality. Get a car wash here, go elsewhere for any other work.
