Normally have good service here but this time, not so much. Employees were very rude. Went in around 4pm to ask them to check valves and tire pressure for tires I had purchased there. One guy said they were too busy, another guy with a cane was kind enough to get a pressure gage and check pressure. He found a suter valve problem on the back inside dual tire. I was told to come back the following morning at 8am and they could make the repair. Upon arrival at 8am the next morning I was told they were too busy. Very disappointing since they could have just said they didnt want to do it and I could have found someone else.

Service was great. Only problem was they dont cary fuel tech 710 or x line energy d tires. So they removed ruined tire and put my get me home tire on.

Absolute most terrible service. Went in to ask for some air, for a couple car tires. Because its unsafe to drive with low tires, right? Well after I started driving, since its so cold out, the pressure in my tires was way low so I felt unsafe to drive and I stopped by Pomps as I thought they valued their customers, however, Brian, the manager at the Cedar Rapids 6th St. location was incredibly rude and immature and showed me they do not care about their customers or value them at all. Brian told me that it would cost $2-$3 a tire to put air in each one. Which, my boyfriend used to work there and air is FREE, and Brian was just being incredibly rude to get on my nerves and feel like the bigger man. Brian is the most immature person I have ever dealt with and should NOT be in a management position or in any position close to management. Take your business to Bauer Built like I did, they were super nice and respectful and they even filled my tires for free.

Had a blown LR outside Trailer tire. Pulled in about 430pm or lil after was back on the road 450pm. They were polite and job done efficiently. Good job guys!!!!!!!
