Fantastic. Great product and service. Fast delivery. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. I have experience replacing smart phone screens and this was easier and less risky. Only caution I would offer is the listed times are low. Unless you have done this before expect to spend more than the listed time. I am very happy with the new screen.

Bought my used 2014 SRX 3 years ago. The screen began the crackling around the corners in one year, but then failed altogether two years ago. I just used the steering wheel controls and couldnt even see anything, nor control anything on the CUE. Saw the ad. Bought the $79 version with tools and 2 hours later, I had a beautiful working touch screen. Vibrant, brand new and like I drove off the lot. Its important to follow directions implicitly, but if you ever worked on a car, or are a tinker, you can do this on your own. Check out my photos.

Amazing experience. The instructional video is so comprehensive that the installation went smoothly. Since the cue unit had been replaced twice by GM I ordered both old and new type units. Pulled the Cue unit out checked the number on the back, installed the V2018 unit and returned the other. Complete installation took about 45 minutes. Thank you for all your help.

Ordered the Premium Cuescreen (with install tools), to replace the dreaded cracked original screen on my 2017 Cadillac ATS.Came well packaged, with adequate foam inserts to prevent movement and damage during shipping.Plenty of warnings with the packaging to ensure you do not install the wrong part.Installation was as easy as the video instructions showed, which by the way, were excellent...clear and concise. Take your time. Follow the video to the T, and there should be no issues.Unit works and looks as the original, but is even better, as I will not have to worry about any screen glue cracking issue, as the replacement uses no glue between the screen layers.Unit retains all original functions and looks like a brand new factory unit.Overall, very pleased with this purchase....Thank you Cuescreens!

Fantastic replacement screen! Great customer service! My 2014 SRX had been replaced with an OEM replacement before I bought it in 2020. I ordered the wrong early version QUE screen. CUEscreens exchanged for the V2018. I only paid the difference for the higher cost V2018 screen and shipping. CUEscreens included a return shipping label. The V2018 cuescreen is better than the OEM. Clairty is outstanding. Replacement was exactly like the videos demonstrated. This is a DIY to save you $1500! Thank you CUEscreens for a great product and great service

Everything on new CUE screen is absolutely crystal clear, better than original OEM screen. PLUS less than 1/3 of the cost (including installation) Cadillac dealership in Memphis, TN wanted!! Plus Cadillac dealer would probably have installed another GM screen which would have failed again in just a few months.CUE Screens company is really great - very helpful, professional and more than courteous. So my Cue system screen froze. Left me with no way to move through the menus and couldn’t control my fully aftermarket stereo either, making the drives to work horrendous. Just happened to stumble across a video about Cue Screens when listening to videos on the way to work. Ordered one because ordering the whole unit for $1500 just seemed ridiculous.Watched the videos from the card in the kit. Tools worked perfectly. Videos were perfect too. 7mm 1/4” socket, ratchet, extension, and a Phillips screwdriver were all I needed and just under two hours, it was removed, repaired, and reinstalled.Touch response is amazing. Way better than when the car was even new! Thank you Cue Screens. Truly an amazing product.

The process to replace can be a little overwhelming, but follow the video instructions, heed the warnings, and it isn’t difficult. Screen worked perfectly, and definitely appears to give a better sharper resolution. Will update as we see how the screen wears over time.

This is one must have if you own a. Cadillac with a cue system . this such an improvement over the stock cue from cadillac . i did the installation my self no experience just followed video instruction and it was perfect . you can have a shop install it also . this cue system is faster more clear and backup camera is sharper . and i never have to worry about the cue going out like mine did again . best upgrade you can do even if your cue is working . great product.

The screen purchased was exactly as advertised. Very pleased with the product, customer service and shipping from the Cue Screen folks. I would like to share my install experience with Mark at Signature Automotive Works, one of the recommended installers. After taking more than a week to decide if he wanted to install the screen he made an appointment five days latter and then didnt show up or respond to text as to status. I found another audio shop to install and everything went fine. My advice is buy from CUE SCREENS and dont use Signature automotive!!

If you are having trouble with your Cadillac CUE you have to get connected with CUESCREENS. This company will send you a new screen which will last longer than Cadillac. Cadillac will not repair under warranty. They wanted 1500.00. I received this one in two days, warranty and only 179.00. There is a suit against Cadillac but that will never happen. If it does you might get 10.00.Call this company and get your CUE fixed.

It has been years since Ive dealt with someone with such impeccable service. Always available always having answers. I put my own screen in and it was a piece of cake although, at first it didnt work. They advised me to check the ribbon and make sure it was plugged in all the way, sure enough thats what the problem was. The guy I spoke to said he would gladly replace it if it didnt work and send me another one ASAP. I honestly cant say enough good things about these people and their product. The Cuescreen replacement screen for my 2014 SRX was a 6-hour breeze to install. Tongue in cheek only partly. Given modern car companies penchant for making it impossible to work on a car, I was very careful. The CUESCREENS video was the best instructional video I’ve ever seen. The only suggestion would be to give a “reverse list” or something to use, or check off, in terms of putting the thing back in your vehicle. They tell you to just follow the instructions in reverse which I was able to do by rewinding the video. But the instructions were easy to follow but did require attention to detail. And I was very careful as I didn’t want to have to do it twice. The product has worked all afternoon, and I presume will work for the life of the vehicle. I am very, very impressed.

Im so glad I did extensive research finding a replacement screen for my 2013 caddy ats premium. I looked for months, but I was skeptical, until I found Cuescreens. A couple of bucks more but the screen is substantial and even feels solid... It took me 2 hours but I was really taking my time, if I had to do it again it would probably take me an hour from start to finish.Important point: Charles actually answered the phone and also texted me when I had a question. You just DONT find that kind of support from the owner of the company, kudos!Everything working flawlessly!Be brave! Especially when removing the trim and cup holder. So, I was hesitant to order this and do the install myself, but I finally did it and it looks great! It was easy, but I made sure to take my time and watch the tutorials a few times. CUE quit on me once while still under warranty and dealer replaced. When it failed again 3 yrs later, no luck. Based on reviews I decided to give cuescreens a shot, and couldnt be happier. Well-made videos made installation easy--took about 2.5 hours working at a fairly slow pace. Saved a ton of money and new screen works beautifully.

I had the cracked Spider-web looking issues with my CUE Screen and the dealer wanted close to $2000 to repair. I opted for the mail-in service to CueScreens for this instead. It was worth ever penny. I emailed CueScreens and within an hour I got a reply back with a timetable of when the unit would be fixed and returned. Charles reached out and gave me all the info I needed. I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS. The screen has been unresponsive for over a year. My father was quoted around $2000 to replace the entire system before I ended up with the car. After doing a little research I ended up at CueScreens. I watched a few DIY videos, replaced the screen and it works perfectly. They also have great customer service and respond to emails very quickly if you have any questions. Im very satisfied with this screen. It responds very well. I would definitely recommend CueScreens for anyone looking replace their touch screen for the cue system.

Ordered one of the premium model and viewed the video on how to remove and install the touch screen. Company rep on chat advised me that this was the best one after giving my vin # and the number off the back of the unit mounting box. Complicated to complete but if you follow the video instructions it not too difficult but does take a long time to complete. All in all the new unit works well and seems to be a really nice screen. Hope it works for a long time.

I purchased the v2018 CueScreen to repair my recently spider webbed CueScreen. Once the Cuescreen was delivered by Amazon, I attempted to install it, needless to say I fixed the screen following all the directions provided by CueScreen, but the screen was still non-responsive when I tested it. I emailed the CueScreen Rep, provided photos of my install and the Rep said everything looked good. Turns out the Rep noticed a very slight possible tear on the cable and he determined that the install was good, but perhaps there was a micro tear in the cable, so he sent me a new CueScreen. I received the new CueScreen, installed it and everything was working properly. I truly appreciated the patience and time CueScreen took to work with me and resolve my issue.

Replacement CUE screen works great. Watched the installation video multiple times to make sure I understood process and also during tear down of unit once out of car. A few pointers not highlighted in videos - when removing console side trim in the ATS, pry up, not out at the back end and side. THe clips in the console side trim will break the receiving end on the console if pried outward. Also, not shown in the video somewhere around 8 minutes, it says to loosen 2 side screws 2 turns, then shows pushing two tabs and the box drops out. I probably spent more time trying to get the box to drop out than any other step. Turns out there are 2 more tabs on the opposite side from those shown that also need to be pushed in. OTher than that, pretty straight forward and doable by a competent DIY. Saved over a $grand

Ordered a replacement screen after researching the problem and getting a price from the dealer. The dealer wanted over $1500 to fix my non responding touch screen. I ordered your screen. Followed the step by step instruction for removal of the unit and the screen replacement. Got my replacement screen on Black Friday so I got a nice discount. For $63 and three hours of my time I have a touch screen that functions again. I could do it in half the time if I wasn’t running back and forth to the laptop. Great product at a great price. No reprogramming necessary which was the only reason I thought I would have to get the dealer to do it. I am an ASE certified master tech. Best thing I ever did. Im not a mechanic and I replaced my CUE screenand was back out driving my car in 1hr and 40min. I had the unit out of the car in 20min. All just by watching you tube video. As with all other Cadillac owners, my 2013 SRX Cue Screen delaminated and the dealer replaced it free of charge in 2018. About 1.5 years ago it started acting up requiring occasional hard resets. Then in the last few months the problem escalated and I could not get it to reset but for a few minutes at a time. It was like it was possessed moving by itself, selection arrows appearing randomly and moving icons to a second screen. I knew the dealer would want to replace the entire system so I researched solutions and found cuescreens.com. Ordered a new upgraded screen and my handy son went to work installing it but the delicate gold ribbon tore trying to thread it requiring the purchase of a second screen that cuescreens.com was kind enough to sell at a 50 percent discount. New screen in hand, install went without further issue and works beautifully. I couldn’t be more pleased, even with having to pay for two screens it was a huge cost savings. I love driving my SRX and can now do so without the annoying cue screen craziness!

My touchscreen over the past year had went from the bottom of the screen not responding to touch and progressed upwards. Once a message appeared on my screen that I could not dismiss I had to take action. I research the issue with Cadillac touchscreens and found cuescreens.com watch the videos explaining the issue and understood why my touchscreen was malfunctioning. I watched the video on how to replace the screen and knew it was something I was confident I could do.Bottom line you dont need to be a mechanic to accomplish this task, if you follow the step by step instructions in the videos you will succeed. It is really a simple task if you follow along with the video. I recommend taking your time and not get in a hurry. The key for the pop out panels is finesse not force. Use the tools and anyone can do it. The new screen is brighter and responds quicker than the factory touchscreen. The best part is the money saved by doing it yourself, at least a $1,600 savings.

Cuescreens is a great find! My Cadillac screen stopped responding at the bottom quarter of the screen. I read online that it is typical, and needs replacement, which is around $1500. I was actually contemplating trading in the car, even though I love everything about it (except the screen of course). My wife found Cuescreens, so we bought their product, and installed it in about 4.5 hours (took my time). Though a bit of work, it saved me lots of money, and the screen is everything they claim. It is clearer (HD), and much more responsive than it was. And it works!! Thanks Cuescreen for an awesome product, and handy guides for installation.

My cuescreen arrived in just a few days and I took it to a mechanic shop near me and they installed it in just a few hours. Great Customer Service and Excellent Product!Let me just say that CueScreens saved me a WHOLE lot! Caddy dealer wanted 1200 for replacement, $878 for unit and the rest in labor. After joining a Caddy owner forum I found out about CueScreens and what the actual issue was. I contacted the owner and he was SUPER helpful and pointed me to his documentation and videos ALL very easy to follow and informative. After 2 hours and I had my NEW Cue Screen installed. No issues at all, we will see how long this lasts. You can tell from the quality that it is better crafted than the OEM (no gel).I highly recommend this vendor and the solution they offer!PSThey also offer a mail in installation option if you are nervous about tackling the screen replacement yourself.

Mine had no cracks or any visual issues. My issue was, the radio started changing stations on its own. It kept getting worse and worse until I finally turned it off. I just installed a new CUESCREENS Premium that came with needed tools and now, everything works and looks great!! For me it worked great and it looks brand new/perfect!The black trim matched my 2014 CTS sedan perfectly. I watched the install videos and printed and carefully followed the PDF instructions. Everything went smoothly exactly as instructed. All screw holes lined up perfectly and went in good. If you are a good, do it yourself type, I would definitely recommend buying and installing if yours has issues.

The first thing that I have to say is the HD cue replacement screen came one day quicker than it said, the next positive thing I have to say is that the quality of the item was exactly as described if not better, and the install videos show you how to install pretty much perfectly the only thing lacking is some models have other ports and screws that others don’t have .

I got a screen replacement last summer and it only lasted 6 months. Ive been trying to get a replacement for months and have made dozens of calls but nobody ever answered my calls or responded to my messages until I posted a negative review. Then they contacted me and asked me to remove the negative review. I told them I would pull my review as soon as I received my replacement screen, and I havent heard from them since. The companys a scam as far as Im concerned. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

My Cadillac here in Europe was not spared. I also got the beautiful, beautiful spiderwebs.Googling around I found several offers on Ebay and an instruction video on how to remove the unit from the car (a 2015 ATS, European model). There was another video showing how to take apart the whole unit and how to replace the touch screen. The author of that video was CUEScreens, and I decided there to order it from that company even though it was a bit more expensive.When ordering, I had the chance to chat with a representative and he was very helpful. The order arrived about three weeks later (it got caught at customs and I had to pick it up there - quite the hassle. Please consider putting a bill in a pouch on the outside of the box when shipping to Europe. That would speed the process up).Today I finally installed the new screen following the excellent YouTube videos supplied by CUEScreens. Went without a hitch and works great.One thing I noticed is that the anti glare coating looks different or is maybe missing. I guess, to get that I should have ordered the [Blue HD] OEM Cadillac CUE Replacement Touch Screen Display, instead I ordered [Premium] OEM Cadillac CUE Replacement Touch Screen Display.

After removing the first two trim pieces the removal and replacement went great. The most difficult part was removing one of the screws on each of the first two trim pieces. The rest went great because of the clear directions on their videos. Saved a ton of money and love the results. Would highly recommend Cuescreens!

2013 Cadillac SRX -- This screen fixed our problem with spider-web cracking and scrambling of icons on the CUE screen. Very clear information on the cuescreens.com website re: ordering options, installation, warranty options (I added the lifetime warranty for $19 - such a deal!). Arrived promptly in good packaging. The screen in my 2015 Cadillac ATS stopped responding. I ordered a new CUE screen from from Cuescreens. It arrived quickly and even contained the panel removal tools needed to remove the trim around the CUE. I watched the installation video a couple of times. Removal of the unit and replacement of the old screen went exactly as described in the video and it worked perfectly when I restarted everything. I couldnt have asked for an easier process for getting my CUE system back up and running.

I received the Cuescreen on Thursday and my son installed it Friday. Although it took several hours (about 3 hours) to install my son was patient, reviewed the installation video and got it done. I thought it would be simple based on other reviews but be prepared to take the whole system out and apart and put it back together again. In addition to the trim tools you will need a small socket set and a small magnetic Phillips screw driver for all the tiny screws. Youll need to have strength to snap the control panels back in also. You also need a second person for some guiding but not much. If you can afford a professional install I would go that way. It would still be a lot less than a dealership. Anyway as soon as my son installed it, it was up and running perfectly.

As others have shared - the dealer wanted $1650 to repair the Cue Screen on my 2014 Cadillac XTS. I ordered a replacement screen from Cuescreens, added the inexpensive lifetime guarantee and used a recommended local installer. Less than $400 later, I have a brand new Cue Screen and an additional $1250 in my pocket. Installer had a great price - no use trying to do it myself - as even the installer noted he ran into difficulty removing the old screen!

Cuescreen replacement screen is working wonderful. Resolved my non functioning once replaced cue screen by dealer. The Instructional videos were excellent. I was able to complete installation in a couple hours. AC cover on the back of console took most of the time trying to pry using tools without breaking the pins on moulding. I hope this unit lasts?

My CUE screen cracked twice during the 3 years Ive had my ATS, got it replaced once under warranty but no way was I going back to pay for a replacement out of warranty from the dealer ($1,500).*IMPORTANT*I have a 2013 ATS, the dealer previously replaced my CUE with a 2018 version, so make sure to check which version you have before ordering. I made the mistake of assuming it was the older model so I had to do the replacement twice as the first one wouldnt respond to touch. Ordered the 2018 version from CUESCREENS and everything worked flawlessly.

We have a Cadillac Escalade that is out of warranty. The CUE SYSTEMstopped working. The CUE System controls GPS, Radio and all Entertainment,Heater/AC System/Defrost, Handsfree Cell Phone…almost every accessory on the car.Cadillac Service quoted us $2,000.00 to $2,400.00 dollars to replace the CUE System.On the internet we learned that the CUE touchscreen is actually the component of theCUE SYSTEM that fails, and it fails often. We also learned on the internet that we could buy a newtouchscreen with a Life Time Warranty and free delivery for $140.60 fromCUESCREENS INC. On the CUESCREENS INC website we found an installer. We ordered thenew touchscreen and we made an appointment with the installer to remove the oldtouchscreen and install the new touchscreen. We were charged $200.00 by the installer.It took the installer about two hours to complete the job. Our CUE SYSTEM works perfectlywith the new touchscreen. Our cost for the new touchscreen and the labor to install thetouchscreen was $340.60.Evidently Cadillac only sells new CUE SYSTEMS that cost $2000.00, $2,400.00 if you alsoneed an associated HMI Module. Cadillac doesn’t sell touchscreens, the actual Cadillacpart that fails.Charles at CUESCREENS in Cedar Rapids, Iowa has a great website ( cuescreens.com )and he helped us through every step of fixing our Escalade. The screen in my 2014 Cadillac SRX stopped responding to touch months ago. The only way I could play the radio or my iPod was through the audio controls on the steering wheel. I could not access any settings. I ordered the CUESCREEN premium. My husband and I decided not to try installing it ourselves. After trying several places, X-TREME AUDIO in Aiken, SC agreed to install it for us. They did a good job and it works great now! I can access all audio options and all the settings. I am happy with my Caddie again! I strongly recommend CUESCREENS AND X-TREME AUDIO!

After watching the supplied videos of removal of unit and installing screen, I was able to complete this without any hiccups and was done in under 30 mins. Screen works great now. I would definitely recommend. I had a screen that was changing stations and was unresponsive for the most part.

The CUE screen on my 2013 SRX stopped working a few months after the factory warranty expired.If I knew how easy and inexpensive this is then I would have done it a couple of years ago.Great price, prompt shipment, clear instructions made this a quick and successful DIY project.

Having trouble with your Caddy CUE screen? If so, youve come to the right place! Replacement of the screen made my 2015 Caddy SRX CUE system better than when it was new. An easy replacement or, you can send your old unit in and they will replace the screen and send it back to you. These folks are the best and are the very definition of customer service. You wont go wrong with CUESCREENS!

My screen went dead about a year ago. Tried going through dealership, out of warranty, wouldn’t replace. Found cuescreens, ordered the screen, found a local audio repair place in Sherman, Texas called HiTech to replace it, took about about two hours. It works great now.

Excellent product, patience and attention to details are necessary to get the job done but you can easily save yourself $$$$!First attempt corrected all the display issues, but I still had an issue with the touch function. Followed all of the directions, but I overlooked a tiny black clamp on the orange ribbon connection. Using the trouble shooting tips, I was able to make the correction and it works like a champ!Bottom line, I am sure everyone has better things to do with $1,500 and Cuescreens is definitely worth using! I highly recommend it!
