I have been going to this shop for a while. Tires, struts, subframe repair. From the folks out front to Al back in the shop everything has been good. Their estimates are spot on and reasonable, their work is solid and they make an honest effort to be accommodating with the schedule. Really, I have nothing to complain about. I will continue to take my business to them.

I love this shop. I come here for tires and have always gotten what I asked for, and they have it done in an great amount of time for a good price. They also love the Camaro when it pulls in, always get compliments.

I have bought several sets of tires here over the years. I have always been dealt with fairly and at a competitive price. I recently had the brake rotors, pads and front calipers replaces on my Toyota Tundra. On the trip home I noticed a problem. When I returned to have it looked at their diagnosis was to replace a part. The part and labor would cost $700. I decided to have a second opinion so I took it over the Cedar Rapids Toyota. The technician diagnosed and fixed my problem in less then a half an hour costing me a total of $70. The problem was made when the brakes were bleed after the calipers were replaced. CR Toyota adjusted the part in question instead of replacing it. After driving for over 300 miles to make sure the problem was fixed I returned to this store to share the diagnosis and proper fix. The manager was immediately defensive and offered no sort of apology or compensation. This experience has lost them a good customer. I think they forget there are alot of places that sell tires and fix brakes in this town.

They do great work. They are honest. They are & have been my first choice & regular go-to for maintenance. They have decades history of quality work and integrity. Its the economically optimum choice to have vehicle work performed. Ive bought tires, have had oil changes, and engine maintenance performed on my vehicle.

They were nice enough to get my van in for a. Oil change and tire rotation. Did a great speedy job.

I love treating my car well at Collins Road Tire! Rex, Paul, Mike and everyone there treat me well, and tell me what I need to hear. I dont feel like they are trying to sell me something my car doesnt need, but they look her over carefully.

I used Collins Road Tire to replace a couple tires on my car. I had some difficulty communicating with other installers so I called them to check. I was really satisfied with my experience overall. I was on the phone and Rex listened to my needs and tried to fulfill my original request. When he found the tires I wanted were unavailable (I expected this) he called back with two other options and prices ready and explained things in easy to understand language. This showed me that they respected my time. The cost was better than others dealers and the installation and post-sales support has been really good so far. Really not anything I can say that would improve my experience.

Always taken care of us, fair pricing, gets vehicles in and out quickly. Never felt like theyre doing unnecessary work vs some places.

My car stalled over at Bed Bath and Beyond and Goodyear was nearby, so I walked over to ask for help. Alan was happy to walk over to my car and give it a look. He was able to get it started but there was clearly something wrong so we drove it over to the shop. He gave me a quick diagnosis in about 20 minutes (bad ignition coil) and he squeezed me in to get it fixed. 2 hours later and its good to go. Now THAT is what I call customer service!! Thank you!!

I took 2 tires in to have mounted which made an initial appointment at 2pm. I asked on the phone if it would get in right away because I was not dropping off and had to wait. I got out of there 2 hours later which I do understand people get behind etc. The next morning one of the tires was flat. They did not swap between the tires the TPMS either I noticed. I took back in and instead of rectifying the problem I was told by the owner it was probably the tire. I asked could it be it didn’t get a good seal? No no no I was told. I took it from there a block away which it was the seal. Will be asking for my money back ASAP. I strongly recommend that you satisfy an existing customer even if you are booked. I would look for another choice if yo are researching.

It is about time I post a review about these people. The people in the front desk are extremely rude. They will also rip you off in every opportunity they can get. It is amazing how they try to misinform you. Do not trust your car with this sort of people.

My son had problems with his truck not wanting to move, he took it to Goodyear. They looked it over and decided it needed the trans. rebuilt. he cant afford this it was going to be $2300.And their were no metal shaving or anything in the trans pan showing it needed serviced. called around for pricing found another shop that was cheaper, they looked it over and found that the rear brakes he had redone were hanging up!!!WAS NOT THE TRANS!!!!!!!So are the that incopadent or JUST ripping him off!!! I would not suggest anyone go there!

Poor customer service. Screwed up my tire and threads by trying force bolt it on. Found out tire wasnt bolted on all the way while driving with my wife and 2 kids. Will not return nor recommend this place for anything even if they are cheaper. Rather have it more professionally done these guys only stand around and do nothing while they say they are busy.

Fair price and good service

Very Disappointed! Scratch every rim. I asked them ahead of time to please be careful with my rims and the man assured me they would. Unfortunately, when I got the vehicle back there were scrapes on every rim from a lazy installer and they dont warranty any damage to the rims from their guys.

Retired Army Veteran looking to use a program called the Iowa Trust Fund. Was quoted an amount of $393 for a set of 4 tires from Tires Plus, while looking to get a price match, I was told they couldnt help me.

I had screw in tire guys fixed me up and I was back on the road in least then 30 mins.

I waited two and a half hours for a scheduled oil changed. There was no remorse or apology for wasting two hours of my time. I cannot encourage you enough from avoiding this place.

Never go here! They broke our hubcaps, dented our rim and when I called they became immediately defensive stating we will not accept responsibility for that! Very poor business ethics here!
