A few years ago I bought a washer and dryer here when we lived at an apartment for only $800. Now when shopping for a new washer since we moved, they have raised the prices, a lot. They use the original price which is the MSRP, and big box stores have sales all the time. So in reality, you are only saving maybe $100 on some models. Lowes and Menards both mark their scratch and dent cheaper than this place. I am not sure if they are hurting for money or want to take advantage of Covid, but they wont last with prices this high.

The sales rep had only been there a week and he talked so fast it was hard to understand him with his mask on. I believe his name was Aiden. Both my husband and I dont hear very well and it makes it equally hard to hear and understand people while having to wear a mask.We had to tell him to slow down but he never did. Wasnt very knowledgeable about the appliances and the overall aspects of the company. Probably should have had a support personwith him until he was more familiar with the company. They had the wrong price on the dryer. Overall not a good experience. We will not be shopping there again and I will not recommend to any one to shop there.However, the delivery men were awesome and they made sure everything was good to go before they left.

Bought a LG refrigerator there a couple years ago. Was given warranty information, compressor went out on the fridge and warranty is no good cause it was a salvage payout, They took all the stickers out of the inside which voids the LG warranty. Dont recommend this place or LG refrigerators.

We found a really high quality brand new LG washer and dryer for about half the price online, and financing was super quick and easy. Delivery was super professional, there when they said they would be, and had the extra supplies and parts to help us get everything hooked up and running, both wore their masks the whole time. We purchased a brand new Beko dishwasher from Scratch and Dent. The washer had a broken pump and never worked upon install. The dishwasher has a warranty, but there is only one authorized service provider in the CR area who has very little experience with Beko and it has taken nearly two months to get parts and fixed. As of this writing, it is still not fixed! This is a bad situation on multiple fronts, but we should have never purchased an obscure brand from a store that only has a 24 hour return period and doesn’t take ownership of a good customer experience. You can pay a little more (or even less) at many other retailers in the area and be much assured of getting what you paid for. Be warned! (PS - I know Scratch and Dent will reply to this review creating excuses and pretend that they care and placing blame on the service company - but the facts are the facts. Dont waste your time!!!)

We bought a brand new dishwasher about a month ago. From day one the pump was broken and the dishwasher was completely useless. We still don’t have a working dishwasher to this day. The only thing they offered us was to pass to problem to another vendor who handles warranties, who have no interest in helping us or ordering parts. My advice, just pay alittle more and get much support and service from a different store

So I needed a new gas dryer for my house and the big box stores dont really have more than one or two in stock. This place had a whole bunch in stock and there prices are so good we decided to get a matching washer. Everything here is scratch and dent but honestly most items you are not going to see the damage unless you are looking for it. They test each item out before they sell it so you know its going to work. They mostly sell LG stuff and are an LG warranty center so you know they know the products. I have had a great experience so far.

My girlfriend and I had our dryer break down on us a couple of days ago. We have a 3 year old daughter in potty training on top of our own clothes. So, needless to say we needed one ASAP! We went in just looking for a dryer and decided to invest in a set since ours were old and the washer most likely wasnt far behind the dryer. Very helpful and attentive staff! Roman was very helpful! We knew a few features we were looking for in a washer and dryer and he helped us pick out a great set. The selection here is amazing and many of the scratches and dents were hard to notice. We were able to afford a really high end washing machine and dryer... something we never would have been able to get from a big box store.The only downside is that the manufacturers warranty is no good, which they were open about disclosing. They do offer their own 90 day warranty.

Prices were half off retail and never used except for testing! We purchased a washer/dryer that also has a 12 month warranty. Staff were very friendly. All LG or Samsung products. Would recommend.

Bought a LG Front Load Wash Machine. The guy seemed knowledgable about the products he was selling but I feel like there is more to the story for all of the SCRATCH AND DENT Businesses. Not just his but every business that has scratch and dents for sale. So far the device works but without a manual and its a discontinued model, its hard to find a manual with the specs and components. I will probably research the Business type more before buying again just to make sure Scratch and Dents are legit. Give them a try, Im not trying to stop or persuade others to go elsewhere. He was a friendly guy and has a lot of appliances.

Do your research and ask questions. Understand what you are getting and what their policies are. I bought a new refrigerator and dryer for almost half the price of new. A few dings and scratches dont bother me at all. If a little cosmetic damage doesnt bother you then this is the place to shop and save $$$$.

Appliances are working well. The delivery and install was a complete sham. I was charged $100 for them to deliver and install my washer and dryer. Upon delivery I was told I need to pay for hoses for the washer and needed to find a plumber to hook up the dryer on my own dime.

I bought an entire kitchen suite from them. Dishwasher that the side parts have broken it hold water at the bottom during washes, a glass top stove that I love, over the range microwave that I love and a fridge that I couldnt be more PISSED about, the water and ice make have never worked new filters which now have costed 160 total and new hose underneath, at one point there was water sitting the bottom of the fridge but never through the water dispense area on the freezer side. Now mind you I just bought a brand new house built new and and the last thing I want are non working appliances. Their 90 day policy is crap. I asked if they could fix it and they told me NO!!! Not good business!!!!

Was getting an error on my LG dish washing machine. I stopped in to ask them about their service department one day and instead got a 5 minute tutorial on how to troubleshoot common problems with my particular model that they had on the sales floor. Was able to fix my problem easily afterwards. Thank you, guys!

First off the company tells you that all the dings are cosmetic only... but after i called with a problem they did call me back but when I asked them to call my husband so he could explain the exact problem with the hinge on the oven door they did not call him or return any of his calls. sad because i wanted to purchase a washer and dryer. They also advertise limited 90 day warranty that is hard to use if they do not give you a receipt for the purchaseI had to give a 1 star rating in order to post this review but in all honesty I would give the company a minus 10 for all the support I have not received !!!

Week ago we noticed our 4 year old LG dishwasher was leaking under the motor. When we called LG customer service they referred this company for service. When we spoke to the technician he gave an appointment after a week and we had to live with the leak for a week. The appointment was 8 am and technician did not show up until 8:30 and after we contacted he showed up at 9. He just started the cycle and looked under the dishwasher and gave a quote for $500 to fix it. We decided to buy a new dishwasher instead of fixing it. Just for running the cycle and looking at the leak he charged $90. First of all we had to wait for a week and then he was late for appointment and then just to run the cycle he charged us $90. We are totally disappointed and we dont recommend them for repairs or service.
