The people in Leslies are always very helpful and informative about exactly what I need to do to maintain and care for my pool properly.
Save your time and buy online. The only person that knew less and wanted to be there less than I did was the employee working the store. I went in only looking for chlorine tablets (or any chemical to shock the pool) and still managed to leave empty handed.
I got CHRISed. He told me he would find me a pump motor and call around. Two days later, after my pool turned green, I call to check on status. CHRIS forgot to call anyone. He said Im really busy. Im doing the best I can. CHRIS dropped the ball. Ill find another pool supply company.
Excellent Mediterranean food. Exquisite taste a quiet place, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it. I came looking from Houston Tx for a good place for lunch and found it. Thank you for your good attention.

Great store when they don’t close early. Close at 5PM but doors locked at 4:45PM. Wasted trip for someone else that can’t finish their shift! Probably a member of the the lazy generation.

Worst service ever from CHRIS, who claims he is the manager. Every time I have to come to this location and he is here, it is the worst experience. He is the most unenthusiastic, unhelpful employee,I have ever encounter in retail or service industry. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the Anderson Mill location where the guys are happy and go out of their way to help you. They want your business!

Extremely rude and uninterested in helping us with questions. Even used the phrase...like I said. Definitely wont be buying any of our supplies for our pool AND hot tub here.
I dropped my polaris 280 off for warranty repair. When I dropped it off the guy almost seemed put out to take it. Saying it could take up to 2 weeks to get the part. He said that I would need to get the while underbody replaced. Mind you all that was wrong was a retaining bolt fell out for the idler wheel. He claimed the the gouging on the side of the unit where the slide set would not allow proper movement so it would need to be replaced. He said he would call me that day with an eval of what it needed. I also asked if he was going to give me a receipt so that I had evidence that was my polaris. He told me no, this is the only polaris in the shop. That was weird but I accepted it and moved on..I had taken a picture of the SN so I felt semi safe. I never received the call that he said he would do. I called several times but the phone would just rollover to a fax line. I drove in a day and a half later. He told me he had not even looked at it yet. I was shocked. That place really isnt that busy. I said ok and he said he would for sure look at it that day and give me a call.I received no call, I just waited. Finally 2 days later I get a call from the store manager. He says its under warranty and they ordered the part would be there the next day. He said they would call the next day after it was repaired for me to pick it up. They never called.I call the following day, the phone worked and they answered. I was told my unit was repaired and ready to go.I pick up the unit he hands it to me with no receipt. No service detail as to what was done, he verbally tells me that only the retaining screw was replaced. Mind you he told me on drop off the whole underbody would need to be replaced. As I reviewed the repair I noted the gouge he pointed out when I dropped it off was gone, but it was clear it was not a new under body. Upon closer review this under body wheels and everything showed far more age than my unit did, my unit is only a few months old.I asked the guy to see the invoice sent to polaris. He said there isnt one??? I asked if they charge Polaris for the warranty repair or do it for free. I was told they charge Polaris. I asked for that invoice so I could see what parts were submitted. He would not give me that, nor would he give me a receipt for the repair from Leslies. I asked for managers names and contact info and the employee was so difficult to get any support. Just kept telling me I was wrong. He would not even tell me his name...hahaha. I thought I was in the twilight zone.I suspect that there is some sort of scan going on where they bill polaris for new parts and labor but install used parts. This is why they provide no local receipt and then were unwilling to share the invoice to polaris with me. This is extremely unscrupulous if this is the case. I have filed a complaint with the headquarters and I am cautiously optimistic they will make this right.In addition I will be calling polaris to see what was sent in against my units SN. This would verify the allegation and make them aware they are being scammed too.This was the 1431/whitestone location in Cedar Park. I hear the lakeline/620 location is far better. Based on my experience with the corporate headquarters this may be an isolated experience as they informed me I should have received receipts for dropping it off and when I picked it up.
Worst service I have EVER received in ANY store EVER!!!!!!! The staff are incompetent and makes you feel like you are a burden!!!!!Will never recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!
This is the best pool place around with the strongest chemicals that work really good.Great staff and affordable prices. I love this place.
My family and I have been waiting for a part for three months and we still do not have it. We have to call almost daily for updates and when we did get the part it was broken. Extremely frustrated.
I came into the store about a few day ago and honestly I did not know what I was even looking for! The representative was helpful and was able to help me even with vague details :) I know that people always write about the bad things but I wanted to point out that this guy really helped me even though I was coming out of town! Thanks glasses guy!
Nice staff, good inventory of pool supplies, but sometimes pricey.
They have a lot of great pool supplies for slightly more than amazon but the employees there are really hit or miss when it comes to friendly and knowledgeable service
