Denali was great! From our initial meeting with Jordan (sales person) all the way to completion of our pool, they were there to help out with any questions or concerns.Jordan, scheduled a 2 hour meeting with myself and my wife to get to know us. After this meeting, he created a design that fits our personality that we loved.For the construction process, Gabriel was amazing. I really do appreciate all of the time and the effort that he put into the build of our pool. Gabriel was also very upfront and straight forward with updates on materials or build process.Between both Jordan and Gabriel, I am extremely happy with the services that was provided and I completely recommend Denali because of the professionalism they showed.

I recently had a pool installed by Denali. The design process started in May 2021 and construction began in June 2021. I was swimming in pool with my family by the very beginning of September. Construction was about 3 months. This was my first time owning a pool and having one constructed. There are lots of little things to watch for and beware that it is a very destructive process to your ground. Be prepared to fix your sprinkler system, landscaping, and your driveway/concrete. My project manager was Hilario and he did a good job of addressing all my concerns and letting me know when crews would show up. My biggest advice to anyone who goes through this process, be patient. There are lots of variables due to chip shortages, labor shortages, and supply shortages. Overall, very happy customer and now I get to share a lot more memories at home with my family in our backyard.

We were incredibly impressed throughout the process with Denali, from the initial conversations as we considered to the design work with Jordan to the construction management from Hilario. Each step was well communicated and we felt at ease throughout each stage of the process. Hilario was incredible with his ability to manage through labor and supply shortages, and not to mention the month of rain… but he never left us without understanding of what was happening and when the next step would take place. And if anything happened that we were wanting revised or changed, Hilario was always quick to act and make adjustments… extremely happy with the process and the end result!

I do not want to kid you and tell you that building a pool is an easy process... It is not, there are delays, miscommunications, and surprises. That said, working with Gabriel and Denali pools made all of this less stressful. I received individualized attention and if there were any issues I could call Gabriel and get an answer within minutes. He would always make it right. They made design suggestions that saved me money and made the project look great. I could not be more pleased with the end result.

Earlier this year we had shopped around for a pool builder in the RR area. Most were none-responsive or the sales folk had no interest in taking on anything that wasnt a 200k+ pool. We had started to call it the F.U. Pricing model.Eventually we connected with Keaton from Denali pools who reaches out and scheduled some calls/visits. His industry experience, product knowledge and ultimately his responsiveness to our random questions and concerns made our decision that much easier.Building a pool is no small task. Having a company like Denali provide guidance from design phase through to the completion/warranty stage was critical. They are the entity that ties the various sub contractors and companies together. Handles the difficult calls and ensures taska are completed correctly. We had plenty of bumps in the road, some related to covid causing delays, others with poor craftsmanship.Hilario and Keaton were professional, knowledgable and always there to smooth things out. We still have a few outstanding items left to resolve, but I have no doubt they will work to resolve them to our satisfaction. Ultimately we finished within the time frame they outlined and on the budget we allocated.We have used our pool plenty of times already this season, and looking forward to years of memorable times ahead.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Denali Pools. Starting with Ryan Burnett, who helped us design a beautiful pool with all the right features, to our project manager, Robb Jay, who was always responsive to our inquires and kept us informed every step of the way. The contractors Denali provided for the construction were also top notch and demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work. We had a month of rain which was no fun at all, but Robb did a great job keeping the project on track. He never overpromised and he was very transparent about expectations. Our pool is now complete and were looking forward to many years of enjoyment! We highly recommend Ryan, Robb and the team at Denali Pools!

Our pool was designed by Jordan and built by Henry. These guys are great and they did a great job. While there is just about nothing that I liked about the pool building process these guys made a beautiful pool that we really love. There are some management issues I fault the company for that caused re-work and delays but I’m willing to chock those up to their business getting overwhelmed when people decided en masse that a pandemic is a great time to build a pool. Overall Denali made a really amazing pool. Thank you, Henry and Jordan!

Denali pools were easy to work with and very responsive - there was no issue getting multiple responses per day. The process is long, weather plays a huge impact and COVID did not make it any easier, but Denali went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered. Great service!

Denali built us an amazing custom pool in 2 1/2 months which is extremely fast. The designer Ryan Burnett, created exactly the pool we were looking for at a very fair price. Hilario was our superintendent and he was awesome to work with. Hilario was quick to answer any questions we had and kept us updated every step of the way. All of the subcontractors Denali worked with to build our pool were professional and respectful. They installed Pentair equipment which is top notch and works great. We can even use our smart phones to control the pumps and water features. We are so glad we went with Denali and would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

We had a delightful experience building a pool with Denali Pools.First, Jordan met us at the house with a mock-up design on his laptop of what we had asked for via the phone previously. He spent two hours with us revising the plans in-person until everyone agreed on what would work best. This was effortless for us and the final pool turned out just as we had planned.The build itself was amazing as we encountered no rain delays and the scheduling worked out perfectly. Gabriel was our project manager - coordinating all aspects of the build and solving any issues we had, which were few and far between. He always answered our calls or face-to-face encounters with positive, thoughtful responses. He is an all around great person to work with and I highly recommend him as a PM to anyone working with Denali in the future.Unbelievably, the build took under 2 months from our ground breaking until we had filled it with water. This was unexpected for us as we had been quoted much longer by other builders. Denali had started digging into solid limestone on June 3rd and we were able to swim starting on July 17.We would absolutely use Denali Pools if we had to go through the process again and recommend them to anyone in the area.

We had a very positive experience with Denali Pools. From start to finish we felt like the really cared about doing a good job. The process took 6 months because of the freeze in February and COVID but Ryan made a great design, listening to us all along the way with changes here and there. Gabriel and Hilario did an excellent job of managing the subcontractors and inspectors. When bumps in the road occurred, they worked through them and kept things on track. I have taken a dip every day since it was finished and dont plan to stop until December :-) We definitely recommend Denali Pools for your pool and cabana, outdoor kitchen, etc..

We could not be happier with our Denali Pools experience!! Working with Jordan on the front-end design was excellent. He proposed some great ideas that we would not have thought of on our own and he was very flexible with the changes we requested. Once our proposed pool was spray painted on the grass, he handed us off to the on-side foreman Gabriel. That is when an already good experience, got even better! Gabriel was so savvy and experienced that he really made us feel comfortable and kept us very well informed about everything along the way. He was very responsive to all our questions and was on-site frequently to check on the various crews as they worked. From the first shovel full of dirt to the first splash of our kids jumping into the water was two months, well ahead of even the most optimistic schedule. But wait, theres more! They didnt just build our pool, in that EXACT SAME timeline they built a pool in our neighbors backyard too! So two absolutely amazing and completely different pools built in just two months, in the middle of a pandemic! I dont know how Gabriel does it, he worked miracles keeping progress moving forward throughout the project. If you build a pool, use Denali Pools. And if you use Denali, ask for Gabriel!

We had an excellent experience with Denali pool. We started the process January 2021. Called several companies. We either didn’t get a response or were asked to do the leg work of taking measurements and sending pictures of our backyard. When we called Denali, we got an immediate response from Ryan Burnett, who ended up being our designer. Ryan did a great job designing our pool and advised us throughout the design and selection process. We made a few changes to the design; Ryan was very patient and accommodating. Once we agreed on the final design, we were introduced to Hilario, the project manager. Hilario was great to work with as well. Hilario is easy going, polite and professional. What we appreciated the most about Hilario was his honest approach and communication during the delays (due to the winter storm and the 4 weeks of rain!!). He didn’t make any promises when he didn’t have an answer. Hilario kept us informed and fixed a few things himself. The subcontractors hired by Denali were also professional and respectful. We are glad we chose Denali to build our pool and we highly recommend their business.

Ryan Burnett was great to chat with! He was attentive and paid attention to what we wanted. I was impressed with his knowledge and that he followed back up with us. Although now isn’t the right time, I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future!

We had such a great experience with Denali pools! It started with Matt designing a pool that was perfect for us! Henry and his construction team were amazing. We were building our pool while not on site and Henry did such a great job of keeping us updated on the progress and answering ALL the questions we had. Travis from Denali Pools is such a good listener. He worked with us online and in person to plan the perfect pool for our family, our yard and our priorities! Travis did a good job breaking down the project into doable segments and giving us realistic advice on what we could expect and what we would need to make our dreams reality. The elevation was a challenge and we had given up after working with another pool company trying to figure out how to make a pool flow with our house on our lot. It was Travises suggestions that re- opened the possibility for a pool that works practically and aesthetically for us!

Overall we had a great experience with Denali pools. We had a phenomenal design consultant, Matt H, who was attentive to our design aesthetic and listened to ideas but also shared his experience and advise to help us focus on what was most important. Matt was patient and gracious in going through several revisions, as many as needed, until he knew we 100% happy with the design. More importantly, during the actual construction, our construction/project manager - Henry D, really represents the best of working with Denali. Henry had a very difficult job of managing trades across all his projects, overseeing the quality of the work and then staying in constant communication with us - and he really came through for us and was always there to work through any issues we had. He would rigorously come by after the various trades come and inspect the quality of the workmanship. We was always willing listen and follow up and resolve any issues we had. Having your yard torn up and people in and out for a few months can be stressful as a home owner, but have a responsive and engaged construction manager is key to everything going smoothly. I would definitely recommend Denali for the quality of their workmanship but their key differentiator is the quality of their people - namely Henry D (Construction) and Matt H (Design).

We decided after having 3 bids for installing a pool in our back yard to go with Denali. Of all of the designs and cost explanations, Ryan gave us what we were looking for. Once financing with our bank was knocked out and we were set to go, the magic started happening on Memorial Day weekend with excavation. Our construction superintendent Gabriel explained plainly to us what would be occurring and when. He let us know what to expect and he always answered our questions without sugar coating things. The last thing you want during this process is to be over-promised and under-delivered. Gabriel never did that and in fact he set proper expectations and delivered a beautiful pool that has exceeded our expectations that was done sooner than we expected. He handled all of the subcontractors so we did not have to and if we had an issue was always available to come over and make sure all was going ok and would correct anything that needed to be corrected. I would add an extra star to their rating if I could. We have already recommended Denali to others that have asked.

Our project finished in April 2020 and we now have the perfect home for our COVID staycation. We couldnt be happier with our final product and are getting plenty of pool time during the hot Texas summer.We started our design process with Jordan. Dont let his youthful appearance fool you, he is extremely knowledgeable creating and designing pools and has a vast amount of experience building backyard oases. The process can get overwhelming with so many options and choices but Jordan kept it light and fun along the way. In fact, that is his motto, if we arent having fun we are doing it wrong. He is extremely patient and let me work through multiple renderings until we had the perfect design that accomplished my long list of needs.Gabriel was our construction manager who brought our design to life. Construction is never an easy task but Gabriel kept things as smooth and moving forward. He is prompt and attentive and addressed any question or concern I had right away. His customer service and willingness to do the right thing is truly amazing. He went out of his way many times to help achieve our vision and I am thankful he was part of our team.

We had a lot of challenges this past year while building our pool. Not only was the pool complicated, we also hit the perfect storm. Taylor stepped in as our construction manager and was a miracle worker! In two months, he was able to get the masonry completed, electrical and gas installed, equipment located and installed, the outdoor kitchen built and the biggest miracle of all…the pool plastered before 4th of July! Taylor went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is a great communicator and follows through on what he says he is going to do.Taylor will be moving to pool design from pool construction, and we highly recommend him because his design skills will be greatly enhanced by all his construction experience.

Denali pools was fantastic. Gabriel and Matt were both very helpful and responsive. After reading horror stories from other reviews about other builders I am happy we chose denali pools. We saw our contractor at least once a week, most of the time more, and every phase of construction was done very well. I have recommended them to several friends because of the great experience we had.

Denali did a good job on our pool. The construction took six months. It was longer than expected especially with Covid issues, the February freeze, a month of rain, and the volume of pools being constructed in the Austin area. Taylor took over being our Project Manager about halfway during the construction phase and did a good job of getting things scheduled and completed. During construction, we discovered a serious issue with the drainage from rainwater coming down the hill and going towards the pool and the house. When Taylor took over, he worked with us diligently to find ways to mitigate the problem and solved the issue. Some of the subs did a few things that had to be redone. Taylor stayed on top of those issues and got them corrected. Taylor was a pleasure to work and is an excellent representation of Denali.

Hilario and his team were great to work with on our pool project. He always kept us update on the progress of the pool construction, kept us informed about any changes, at the home on a regular basis to inspect the work & make sure it was done right, he even took care of minor items himself. It was a pleasure working with Hilario on the construction as Matt on the design piece of the pool. Highly recommend Denali pools they will take great care of all your needs.

Denali Pools designed a pool to meet what we had in mind. The final construction came out exactly the way our family envisioned it. The commitment to final customer satisfaction by our foreman Henry Diaz was really great. The past year or so has brought enormous challenges on everyone, especially those in the construction and building supply space, and Henry remained fully committed to ensuring we were happy. The Denali team is comprised of really good people who enjoy what they do and I am glad we selected Denali.

Denali was excellent throughout the process. Our designer Jordan worked with us and the team to get the absolute most for our money. He was happy to make revisions and many of his suggestions ended up being what are now our favorite parts of the pool! Our design ended up better than what we ever envisioned on our own at a price that perfectly fit our budget. Our construction lead Henry was fabulous from the very beginning and was always willing to talk us through the process and never made us feel like we were being difficult even though frankly we were difficult at times. His attention to detail and willingness to work within our schedule was wonderful. We were SHOCKED how fast Henrys team had our pool finished and a few times we had to ask him to slow down a bit! Honestly well kinda miss having him around. The only nit to pick would be that the change order process once construction starts is a bit awkward, but in the end we got much more than we expected to get for our money. Absolutely whole heartedly recommend them!

Denali Pools has the best pool designs. Their construction including managing subs was always ahead of schedule. They use great products including Pentair. During snowmaggedon when my neighbors were have issues with their pool equipment, ours kept running and was 100% winterproof. I had one issue during installation and Mitch the owner came out himself to address. Additionally, they always fix punch items and warranty items, timely and with great service. Robb is an excellent project manager. I would highly recommend Denali pools to anyone thinking of a pool build.

Chris Short was our designer and was very helpful and patient during the design process. He’s very professional and always addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We appreciated the constant communication during the process. We are absolutely thrilled with our design and can’t wait to spend time in our outdoor oasis!

When we were looking to build our pool, we had two companies as finalist from the list we talked to. We went with Denali because of our interactions with Ryan, our sales guy. He was great to work on the design and picking the materials. He explained all the steps and everything we needed to do to get our pool done. He especially helped with getting what we needed for our HOA. The main reason for my 5 star rating though is because of Gabriel. He was in charge of the build from start to finish. He was excellent in his communication. He responded every time in a timely manner and answered our many questions. He came on site often and came when we asked him to go over the answers to our questions in detail. He was great at following up with us. He coordinated all the different groups of workers well and got them on site when needed. From the first day of the dig to when we were filling up the pool with water was less than two months! Gabriel handled everything and he made the entire pool building process smooth and stress free. We couldnt have asked for better service or a better experience with a company because of him. Hopefully you can request him for your pool build!

Jordan and Gabriel at Denali pools were fantastic to work with. We had plenty of options to choose from when designing our pool and Gabriel was able to bring those specifics to real life. Our pool and kitchen turned out fantastic and we had solid communication throughout the build. The chosen contractors were all super solid as well. Even during a pandemic they were supportive and respectful of everyone. Ive already recommended them to plenty of friends and will continue to do so.Gabriel responded to any question I had quickly and with great knowledge and information. We had a couple slight misses that were not remotely detrimental to the project that he was happy to listen to and remedy. Ive done other large builds and Denali is definitely above the game. Things went super smooth. Highly recommend them for your backyard fun. Would totally use them again in the future.

We are very pleased with the pool Denali built for us. A couple of callouts: Jordan was great to work with on the consultation and design phase and we really appreciated how Hilario stepped in at the very end of construction to button up a few loose ends for us. He was very responsive and went above and beyond what was expected. While pool construction is a major project and not without a few stressful moments, we are very pleased with our pool by Denali.

Mitch Huntsman and Denali Pools were amazing to work with. Mitch was very patient in working with us through a change in residence to better accommodate the pool we were looking to build. Mitch incorporated every feature that we wanted and, Gabriel was onsite everyday overseeing the construction and ensuring we were kept apprised. Denali Pools did an amazing job on our SECOND pool with them. Budget and schedule both stayed on track. Henry (project manager) was excellent with project management and communicating with us on a daily basis, regarding next steps in the build process. He also worked on Saturdays to make sure we got into our new pool much sooner than the initial schedule. I also appreciate that Mitch (the owner) came out the project site multiple times to review quality and answer any questions.We could not be happier with the finished product that Denali Pools provides. That’s two pools in the last 4 years that they have completed for us with proven consistency in quality. This pool looks like something out of Architectural Digest. Mitch has a great eye for design. Henry’s attention to detail made this pool next level. Kudos to a second phenomenal job by Denali Pools.

Initially, I met with Chris, one of the sales reps. He designed my pool and patio area and explained how the process would work. He happily answered all my questions....and, there were a lot! Once construction began, my contact shifted from Chris to Gabriel, the project manager. Gabriel was amazing! He was very responsive any time I had questions or concerns, and he kept me updated as to what was happening. He definitely went above and beyond. Although construction took longer than expected (Covid, bad weather), I am very pleased with my new pool and would definitely recommend.

Henry the project manager is fantastic. Hes very detailed, helpful, and responsive.However, we did have many issues with Denali the company. They seemed disorganized at times, forgetting key details. We made our design choices three different times (its a time consuming process) as every time wed make a selection, Denali would come back 2 days later and say one of our choices wasnt available (so why show it to me??).They said I needed a more advanced/expensive controller, which ultimately I did not need. So they upsold/I paid more for no reason. They also forgot to install key items I did want - upgraded drain and skimmers. It was too late for them to fix when the mistake was discovered. Denali did ultimately refund me the money for those, but I actually wanted those particular upgrades. They forgot to discuss an autofill with me. Some of my pool equipment was missing, and they didnt notice until I did my own inspection and alerted them. Finally, Im pretty sure they put in the wrong plaster color, but Denali denied it.

We called several pool companies in the Austin area in early 2020 and not only was Jordan responsive, he made it a priority to meet us at our convenience. His designs matched our vision perfectly. Once Henry came out to PM the work, the seamless and professional quality continued through construction. Not only was the construction process explained as we went through each phase, but Henry also made it a point to check in after each of those milestones. Any questions we had about the process or timeline were always answered within 24 hours, even though we knew the team was extremely busy after the snow/freeze in early 2021. We had a fantastic experience with Denali Pools. Jordan was our designer and he listened to exactly what we wanted and designed it perfectly. Our foreman was Gabriel and he was so great to work with. Very responsive and always on the ball. We love our backyard Oasis!!!

Our pool build went very smoothly. High quality pool at a better price than all the other companies we spoke to. Gabriel Jimenez was our CM and couldn’t have been better. Even with all the pools being built, Gabriel kept us on time. Our pool was even finished before our neighbor’s, which started before us with a different company. He knows how to schedule his subs so there is no wasted time. Gabriel was responsive any time I called with a question. He still is! He came out on a day off to help me adjust the spa blower because he could hear the kids playing in the pool and wanted them to enjoy their pool day.You can’t go wrong with Denali and make sure you ask for Gabriel to build your pool!

Two years after my pool build with Denali Pools and I continue to be impressed. I have contacted Denali for the many first time pool owner questions to the most recent “is this under warranty” question. Gabriel in the warranty dept. took my call and put me in touch with Hilario, the PM for our area. That same evening I spoke with Hilario and by the very next morning he was by our home to address what we discussed. The crew is now scheduled and repairs have started. I didn’t have to place multiple calls, wait weeks and weeks, or hassle Denali to stay on top of it since I was no longer an “active contract”. Denali builds great pools and stands behind their warranty. My recent experience with Hilario only reassures us that we made the right choice when we chose Denali.

If you are thinking about getting a pool, Denali should be the only company on your list. I contacted and spoke to 5 different pool companies and by far Denali was the best in terms of competence, patience, attentiveness, and customer service. Chris Short was the sales contact we worked with on our design process. He listened to what we were envisioning, took the example pictures we had saved of designs and ideas we liked and came up with our pool design. He was very responsive to our many questions (and we had plenty) and our many tweaks and changes to the overall design. After dealing with 4 other sales contacts at other companies Chris was the best! He also didn’t blink and eye the day after we signed out contract and decided to change the waterline tile. It was no big deal and Chris made the process very easy!In terms of the build process, let me tell you, you want Henry Diaz as your Project Manager for your pool build. We broke ground on our pool on 8/28/19 and we were filling the pool by 9/27/19. We got very lucky with crew timing and weather but WOW! This has been a very smooth process and I have to say it is due to Henry and his expertise and attention to detail. Henry is awesome. Seriously, AWESOME! He was very attentive to our needs and questions about the build process. Henry communicated to us each step of the process, what was going to happen, how long it would take, and when a crew was going to be at the house to work. There were absolutely no surprises in the process because of Henrys project management prowess. Henry made himself available to us when we needed, and it was very much appreciated.Denali is not going to be the cheapest company, nor will they be the most expensive, however, you will have the best experience from start to finish with Denali. We have friends who signed their pool contract with one of the Big Box Pool companies (the day after we signed our contract) and they are still in the gunite stage. (I spoke with this company as well and saw the red flags after speaking with Denali) They do not have the open communication lane with their project manager nor do they have the support for their sales contact and must continuously follow up or be left in the dark about what is going on with their build. Believe me you don’t want to be in a position of not knowing what is going on when it looks like your backyard exploded.Do your homework. This is a big expense and a much bigger mess then I ever anticipated. Talk to Denali first and then contact a couple other companies and compare for yourself. I think you will find that Denali is hands down the right choice.

I met Matt Hamilton when I lived in Austin. I live in AZ now. If I ever move back to Texas I’ll have Matt Hamilton and Denali Pools build me a another amazing pool.The entire process was 1000 times better than I thought it would be. Matt was an awesome help.

I can’t say enough good things about Matt and Denali pools. We were in a pickle with our original pool contractor after they ripped through our plumbing and electric so I was desperate to get more information about switching companies. Matt was incredibly gracious with his time talking me through the process and ultimately helping me work through the details with our original contractor as this would be better overall for me. It’s rare when you find it truly honest and open contractor to work with but that’s exactly what you’ll get with Matt. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. Can’t recommend them enough!

We really liked how Denali/Matt was able to provide us with different mock-up videos of different designs for our backyard, it was really exciting and we could really visualize the final product.Henry supervised the construction of the pool beginning to end, he came often to the property and answered our many questions along the way, he was great getting back to us in a timely manner. He really cared that each crew that came to perform a job did it to our satisfaction. We really liked how easy going was Henry, we had a couple of hiccups during the construction process and he was there for us, he took care of them right away.It was surprising and comforting to hear from Denali months after the construction of the pool, Henry called us to see if we were enjoying the pool and to check if everything was working well, he even offered if there was anything he could do to make it a more enjoyable experience.
