We have used Pegasus Pools for over a year now. We began with them when our pool was brand new and they have taken such great care of it. We have the same guy, Robert, every week. He fills out a report that is emailed to us to let us know how our chemicals are looking and if we need to shock the pool or not. If something is ever needed he brings it to our attention and discusses options with us. We use the pool daily in the summer with lots of kids and sunscreen and we use the hot tub multiple times a week in the winter. I have recommended them to anyone that asks for a pool company. I even exchanged texts with the owner or manager a few times in the beginning. Natalie is also fantastic and works in the office and responds to any concerns or emails immediately. I really couldnt be happier with them.

Scotts service has been nothing short of spectacular. We have a 37000 gallon resort style pool with 6 service pumps, 14 people hot tub, and a rain grotto. Learning all of this has been hard for someone my age, however he has been with us the whole time holding our hand, and helping us learn out our own pace and patiently filling in the gaps as needs. always on schedule. We appreciate you guys!

Our pool builder used Pegasus to do the startup of our pool and uses them for some types of warranty issues. Scott is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I havent interacted too much with the rest of the company, but Scott is a great asset to them.

I have known the owner for years and he is super experienced and knowledgeable. I am always happy with the way they take care of my pool. The communication is great. I would trust them with any service, repair or remodel.

These guys are amazing. These always show up and make sure my pool is looking great. When it has issues they always bring to my attention and give me options. You can tell they care about their customers and pools. Not many pool companies like these guys.

Ive been using Pegasus Pool for about 9 months now. They do a GREAT job on the weekly pool cleaning, regular maintenance and occasional repairs - very reliable and friendly. They send an automated e-mail immediately after every visit with all the pool chemical readings along with a summary of the work done and photos to prove it!

Excellent, knowlegable service, tech guys are always friendly and show up on time. It is one less thing I have to worry about, and the pool is always ready when I am.
