Nicole Martin is a professional scam artist. They make you sign a contract stating you cant write any negative reviews online or she will sue and fine you until you take it down. Then she will charge you for normal wear and tear items. Dont bother with the check list if you are dumb enough to rent a house that is managed by Nicole. Already reported to the BBB.

I recently vacated a property that 360 properties managed. I had a 1-year lease and have nothing bad to say about the management team. In fact, it was a pleasure to rent from them. When I first took possession of the property Nicole encouraged me to fill out a move in check list where I was able note any pre-existing damage. I am glad that I thoroughly filled this out line by line. This document is to protect both the owner and the tenant. I took video/pictures and turned the move in check list within 5 days of me taking possession. The first week of my occupancy Nicole happened to take a vacation but she left all her duties in good hands with Chasity. I had a few questions about the mailbox and other things about payment and Chasity was so delightful and pleasant and answered all my questions. A few months into my occupancy I had emailed 360 properties about an issue with the microwave and Nicole promptly responded with answers to all my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I only stayed 1 year because I ended up purchasing a home but would’ve stayed longer if I remained a renter. I gave a 60 day notice to vacate and hired people to clean the carpet and deep clean the house the last two of my lease. I ended up giving it a once over myself after the deep clean (I have high standards of what is clean). I also made sure the lawn was cut, trimmed, weeded and watered and turned in all my keys. I received a personal note from Nicole thanking my wife and I about the condition we left the home. My 1-year stay was pleasant, and Nicole Martin and Chasity Rojas helped make it a pleasant stay. I would recommend 360 Properties.

I would not recommend working with 360 properties if you dont have to. They are extremely unprofessional, only responding emails texts and phone calls on their time and never truly communicating. You better hope they dont put your house for sale during your lease, because despite a global pandemic, working from home, and places with wifi being closed, you will be expected to leave the home you pay rent for on a daily basis. Also do not waste your time on the move out check list, they will not be giving you any of your deposit back, regardless of if you clean the home and maintain the yard.

Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Wouldn’t have wasted our time on their move out checklist if we knew they were going to charge hundreds of dollars to clean and touch it up themselves. Also charged us for many things that were there at move in, not recommended!

Nicole Martin is amazing at what she does. Not only do I use her for every place I move but, so do all of my friends and family. She works incredibly hard and makes you feel like youre her number one priority. She is also very fast and efficient with her resources. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 absolutely would recommend her and her company to anyone looking to buy, rent, lease, or have their property managed. Great gal!

Honestly, I’ve never had a better experience. After a few weeks of searching, we found the PERFECT place and we’re all moved in. I don’t write reviews much, but I felt like I had to write one for Chasity. Otherwise, I wouldn’t feel good. I met Chasity by accident when I was looking to transition from apartment to a rental home due to growing family.Chasity is a joy to work it. She did everything humanly possible to make sure we get the house that meets our specification. Mind you, our requirement changed about 3 to 4 time in the process and we had 2 or 3 houses that fell through. We looked at about 8 houses and Chasity did Facetime with us for the ones we couldn’t get to in person because we were moving from Dallas to Austin and could not drive 3 hours every single time. This was also around the time where I was very busy with work. Chasity will respond to my text or pick up my phone in the morning, night and even weekends. I never got an ounce of frustration coming from her or her attitude even when myself and my wife were already quite frustrated with the whole process.At one point in time, I asked her: “How are you not tired of hearing my voice already?”… She laughed and said she loves her job. It is no brainer that we will be using her service when it’s time to get our own place because she’s a rare gem out of rare already rare ones.I just can’t imagine working with another agent except her because she’s hardworking, honest, dedicated, punctual and very responsive. You will be lucky to have her represent you. NO JOKE

Chasity Rojas did an excellent job. We moved from california to Liberty Hill, Texas. We were on a time crunch and needed a place asap. I contacted her on Thursday and had a place by Sunday.
