Sonia is a fabulous and knowledgeable realtor. She helped us out of what could have been a very messy situation. We had listed our house originally with the realtor who we used to buy the house. I had the unfortunate opportunity to have a real estate transaction recently that involved an extremely unprofessional and threatening realtor named Sonia Guardado with 98th Meridian Realty who was representing the buyer. She was selling a highly valued home in an upscale community and thought it was appropriate to have the home turned over to us in an atrocious condition during our final inspection and refused to even consider paying for a professional cleaning. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and desire to not close until the home was presented in professional manner, she threatened to sue us. This classless realtor should be avoided at all costs since she will sell you property that will take thousands of dollars after the fact to make even livable – which is happening to us right now with ragged carpeting and a hole in a bedroom door that was hidden by a penny taped over the hole. Buyers beware of this dishonest and incorrigible realtor.
