My experience was just okay. Upon entering it seemed as if I was not welcomed like the other customers. Everyone else that came in was greeted immediately and offered water and other beverages. It was definitely a less than warm welcome for me. I requested a specific tec online when I made my appt and was sent to someone else. The lady that did do the pedi did a great job anyway. However, due to the initial vibes and stale welcome, I will probably not go back. Black people have green money too. Get just as excited when we come in and offer the same service that you would anyone else.

Pure Natural Nails & Skin Care was a lovely place with lovely ladies!! Rebekah, my technician, was sweet, kind, gentle, and did an excellent job. The salon was clean and relaxing, and I really love their products.For COVID, they had shields up to separate the clients from the technicians, and everyone wore masks (double layer even), as well as face shields.Really, please go visit Pure Natural!! You wont regret it. And you will be blessing some lovely people.

I am just finished with chemo and really watch where I go to protect myself. This spa is very clean! The pedicure chairs are comfortable and the soaking tubs don’t have jets so no worries with bacteria. They are sweet and even gave me several nice reusable face masks in three colors. Highly recommend 💕💕

The new owner, Amy, is absolutely incredible! She gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had! My boyfriend joined me in getting a pedicure and Kim was his technician, he fell asleep like four times, so you know shes great too!! Also worth mentioning- they only do natural nails, so no acrlyic/chemically smells or particles to inhale. The salon itself is very clean and has a beautifully open layout. We will definitely be back!

I had THE best experience EVER! I have ingrown toe nails and can’t seem to find anyone to help me without causing extreme pain. My experience here with Sandy blew me away. Very gentle and thorough. Everyone was super nice. The ambiance is very welcoming, classy, luxurious and comfortable. It was a unique experience and I can’t wait to go back. The only good about this nail salon is the decor. Met with Shah yesterday, who did my nails. She gave me the wrong information about my nails and put gel polish over my real nails, (it requires Sns base or acrylic in order for the nails not to break, which two broke and bleed out). I had to rush to another nail salon to have them replaced ASAP. Another cost. I contacted her today about what happened, she refused to listen to my concerns and hung up on me. Keep in mind it was my first visit and definitely my last. FYI, when I went to the other salon and told them what happened, they automatically know what salon I was talking about without me saying their name as most other customers left them with the same complaints. SHAMEFUL. SHAMEFUL. 😒😤😫😡

Will definitely go back! They fit me in and were very friendly. Sandy did my gel pedi, and Amy did my gel mani, and Im very happy with both. Sandy, in particular, really took her time to make sure things were perfect. I also love the ambiance. And no harsh chemical smells!

Really terrible nail techs. Cut me and my younger sisters toes several times. My sister was cut so deep it continuously bleed for days. When asked to stop my pedicure my nail tech became pretty aggressive. Manager was really sweet and apologetic it’s just too bad about the nail techs ruining the experience. The nail techs also didn’t know how to remove the gel nail polish from my sisters hands. Would not recommend.

I had a very nice relaxing experience at this salon. I was greeted with a very nice smile and excellent customer care. My nail tech was very educated in all different kinds of new nail art and was willing to try anything I showed her which is hard to find at other nail salons. I will definitely be going back.

I went in here with the absolute expectation of a natural nail experience. Their menu offers the traditional manicure with the option of natural dipping powders such as SNS. They advertise no drills and a hefty knowledge on nails. My daughter and I went in looking for a relaxing experience. The ladies were very nice in there. But to be honest they had absolutely no idea how to do SNS or any other dipping products. The first round took about 1 and half hours. This was for a full set. They charge $45 for this. And they offer the typical manicure with this, hand massage and all. This did not happen. I left with my nails feeling sticky and thin. When I got home, my nails looked like when you paint your nails with nail polish and fall asleep on them. Everything I touched left imprints. I called them the next day and requested they fix them. She did but then the next few days they started lifting. This was both my nails and my daughters. I could not run my hands through my hair without my hair getting caught in my nails. I called again and set up time to go in she soaked them off and started over. The top coat again started to look gummy an bubble. She threw her hands up and told me to go somewhere else. It was my nails she could not help me!!! I was shocked. She walked over grabbed the money I had paid 5 days ago for my daughters and my nails out of her purse. Handed it to me and told me to leave. Worst nail experience ever. I was truly let down by the behavior of the nail tech. All I can tell you is dont go here. You will not get quality work done. The knowledge is simply not there. And to send a customer off with their nails half done? There are no words....

I had an appointment yesterday for a pedicure as well as made both of my girls a toe nail polish appointment at Pure Natural Nails and Skin Care and let me tell you, it was on e of the best experiences I have ever had.Let me start by saying I am an avid runner and am very hard on my poor feet. I went into the salon in desperate need of some tlc. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the girl at the front desk with a warm smile. She was extremely friendly and super kind to my children. She helped them pick out their polish colors and got them all set up in chairs while I picked out exactly what I wanted.The girls got their toes painted and they did a wonderful job... I know tiny toes that are wiggly can be a chore to paint, but they were amazing.Sandy was my nail technician that did my pedicure. I seriously have never experienced a more relaxing, gentle, but thorough pedicure in my life. She took her time and really put in the extra effort to help my feet. She gave me tips for helping my feet and was so kind. During my pedicure, the girl at the front desk ( I wish I could remember her name ) talked with my girls and even gave them some extra attention with some glitter nail polish. My littlest daughter decided she didnt like the first color choice she picked out, so she changed it for her. I was in shock and did not expect her to do that for her.In conclusion, as a mom, this place was very kind and accommodating to my girls coming with me (they do not come with me very often).As a woman needing a great nail place that pays attention to their customers, this place get 110% from me. Added perk, everything is natural and they do not use harsh chemicals in their products. I am so happy with this place and they have made a long term customer out of me. Sandy specifically will be the only one I let touch my feet. I highly recommend you try this place out.

Pure Natural Nails is fabulous. I had my nails done here, and the tech was so sweet, the place is very clean, the front desk staff was welcoming and offered something to drink. This is my new nail place, and I’m so glad to have something in Cedar Park that is natural, and GREAT!

My daughters love Pure Natural Nails and Skin Care!!! They are treated like queens and the staff spoils them. My girls will not let me take them anywhere else. I encourage people to go to Pure Natural Nails and find out why other nail salons are worried.

Went in for SNS nails, my experience was ok (clean facility, kind people, no wait) only she filed by hand rather than with a drill. She assured me this was better and healthier for my nails. I left with cuts all over my finger from being repeatedly scratched with a nail file. I went home and my nails began chipping within hours. By day 5, 6/10 nails have completely fallen off. The rest are chipped and loose and I am assuming will fall off in the next few days. SNS normally lasts me 3 weeks with no chips. I will not be returning to this nail salon again.

I went here a couple months ago for a shellac pedicure, set up my appointment with what I wanted online, but when I arrived they asked me what I was there for. I was not sure why they asked me when I already decided. It was a turn off they had a pile of dirty instruments they rolled out after my feet were already soaking. I should have left at that point, but I never really do this type of thing (2nd time in my life) and I was going on vacation the next day. The salon tech clipped the skin on the side of my 2nd toe and 1 day later it started to swell and become red. I was scared it was infected and put neosporin, which luckily fixed the problem. I was overall dissatisfied with the service, though the nails looked great and they didnt chip at all. I wont be returning.

Let me start off by saying I am a nail technician and I wont ever be coming back to this place! To start off my nail technician was very unprofessional, every other word that came out of her mouth was profanity. Not to mention the fact she talked to me the whole time without allowing me to get a word in. In all honesty I just wanted to relax. As soon as she found out I was a nail technician and where I worked she accused me of being a spy and coming over to scope out the competition. The spa that I work at Is where I usually get my pedicures from but, we were fully booked and Im going out of town this weekend. Yesterday was my only day to get a pedicure and it was my only option to go somewhere else. I did not like being accused of secret shopping. My technician was very rough and very abrasive with everyting she did. She also clipped way too much cuticle off, my big toe is still hurting this morning. I wish I had the opportunity to say something but like I said She wouldnt stop talking. She also dropped a pair of Nippers on the floor and I proceeded to say I hate when I do that because I have to open up a full new packet just for a pair of Nippers. She ignored that I said that and continue to use the nippers that she had dropped on the floor on me!!! This may not be a big deal to most of you but being a nail technician I know when you drop an Implement you must toss it is no longer sanitary to use on somebody! Not to mention there was Zero massage in my service that I received (that was 50 dollars), it was more of an application of lotion. I got their replenishing pedicure that came with the scrub and a mask. She had forgotten to dry my legs off so the mask didnt even stick to my legs. The hot towles were cold by time she applied them to me. Needless to say it was not the relaxing service I wanted. Oh, did I mention that my nail technician did not wear gloves. Dont waist your time or money here.
