I switched to Cypress Creek Pet Care after hearing glorious recommendations from both a family member and a friend. I am so glad I switched! Dr. Kim is so thorough and took time to address all of my questions and concerns. She followed up with me personally a few days after my appointment to review my dog’s blood panel results and ascertain if I had any additional questions or concerns that she could address. Even though the facility is 25 minutes farther from my home, I will always be bringing my dog here for subsequent visits and services. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her staff!

I really like this practice. Even with curbside protocols in place I never feel rushed. They take time to answer questions, before during and after an appointment. I absolutely love Cypress Creek pet care. I started taking my dog there in 2018 to get groomed by Deanne. My dog definitely doesn’t like to be groomed but Deanne is very patient with him and has done an excellent job thus far. He has also gotten his check ups and neutered by Dr. Kim at Cypress Creek Pet Care. Katie and Char are always answering all my questions or concerns with a positive attitude. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Bouloy and the entire staff here are exactly who you want when caring for your furry babies. They are skilled, compassionate, caring and friendly. In traffic it can be an hour long drive for us and wed do it every time to know that were giving out babies the best care!

These veterinarians have been taking care of my three cats for almost 3 years. They maintain the highest medical standards and treat the pets with kindness and compassion. There is a separate waiting room for cats where dogs are not allowed. All services are thoroughly explained. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My cat now has ear mites after seeing this vet for a general checkup. I cant prove that he picked them up here, but he didnt have them beforehand, and now he does. He hasnt been anywhere else except for our house and this vet.

I called and my Blue Lacy, is too big at 53 pounds. NOT the right breed...He is the State dog of Texas btw. The lady on the phone danced around, until I finally said...youre a salon, right? They advertise big dogs? Seems to me, as soon as she heard the word adopted she immediately started naming other placesShameful and felt totally disrespected

This place got good ratings!! New to the area and my pit needed her monthly prevention so we checked this place out! I like the fact that they have Online pharmacy. Wait time was a little long like 15 mins after our appt. time but overall good experience.

My wife and I chose to drive from Houston to Austin to get our dogs vasectomy. We had other options that were closer, but after speaking with Dr. Bouloy over the phone, we decided it was worth the drive to receive care from a doctor that truly cares about his patients.We were very impressed with Dr. Bouloy. He was available and responsive to all of our questions before and after the surgery. The procedure was a success and our pup is now recovering well.We could not have been more satisfied with the experience, and I would absolutely recommend this clinic for pet care services.

We found a cat trying to cross 620! back in 2008. We immediately adopted her and named her Kiki. Unfortunately, we found out that she had FELV and a few months later had to put her down.Not only did we receive absolutely competent and professional service from the vets at Cypress Creek Pet Care throughout Kikis short life, but I would like to recognize Dr. Kelly Schubert in particular for her compassion when we had to have our poor kitten euthanized.We loved this kitten and were quite upset that life had dealt her such bad cards. The actual moment of ending her life in the name of compassion was very difficult. Even 12 years later, we deeply appreciate the kindness and empathy Dr. Schubert showed us. I just cant imagine a better more compassionate way of going through the euthanasia process, when that horrible day comes.Vets are like modern day Renaissance Men. Not only are they responsible for all the tough work of keeping your pets healthy, but also must deal with the emotionally-draining task of euthanizing the very pets whose lives they normally seek to lengthen. And, console teary-eyed owners on top of it all.We appreciate you, Dr. Schubert, and all vets and vet techs very much. Even if it takes over a decade for us to express it!

Weve been to Cypress Creek Pet care a few times when our regular vet was backed up and we just couldnt wait.Both times weve seen Dr. Holloway, and I gotta say - we love her. Shes very thorough, and very kind, and Im pretty sure our cat thinks shes pretty great.Its never fun to have to take your animal in for surgery, or because of an injury, but when the vet and her staff care for your animal the way you would, it makes it much easier!

Great medical staff, responsive to every one of your fur child’s needs. The facility itself is very up to date and clean.

Dr. Kim has always take great care in making sure our pet is well taken care of and receives the best treatments.

Once we had a mobile vet give our cats vaccinations and one went into anaphylactic shock. Dr. Bouloy promptly dropped everything in order to save our cats life. We now have 2 cats who have had routine and surgical care there with a puppy on the way and Cypress Creek Pet Care will be our vet home for life.

I went to multiple vets in the area and felt their concern was money driven not what the pet truly needs. I had to take my rescue to an Eye vet specialist and she only refers patients to Cypress creek pet care. After a few visits and medicine pick ups I can see why! Plus anyone who answers the phone is sweet & friendly!

I cant speak highly enough about this clinic. The front staff is always kind and accomodating - even with all the stress of having to do so much more during Covid. We love the techs and our dogs see Dr. Bouloy, or Dr. Kim. Both are wonderful, caring, and super knowledable. We have used Dr. Laurie Kim for about 18 months now. She’s seen 3 of our pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) for everything ranging from new puppy visits to surgery to geriatric care. We were unable to get our pup in to our regular Vet due to their volume. They recommended Cypress Creek. I read the reviews and thought I could probably trust them. I was blown away by the time, care and diligence. This is a difficult time to take your dog in for an unexpected vet visit. They had detailed procedures and even though I wasnt in the room with her, I felt totally comfortable. The level of communication and follow up was incredible. I think I just found our new Vet.

Dr. Bouloy and his staff always give my Red Heeler top rate care. Most recently, we were there for my dogs annual visit. They looked at the immunizations that she had last year and then told me that they didnt recommend the influenza vaccine for her because, since we moved, she is not exposed to other dogs. I appreciated that recommendation! I know that when we go there, Dixie is in loving, caring hands!

We love Dr Bouloy. You can tell he really loves animals. Hes been really good at trying to find out whats wrong with our dog, but hes reasonable and gives us options keeping our budget in mind.

Ive been with CCPC since they merged with Hiway 620 Animal Hospital many years ago. The front desk staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The vets have always taken great and thorough care of my dogs and communicate with me regarding testing and treatment. They have also been terrific during COVID keeping everyone safe and informed.

Even with the Covid-19 safety measures in place, the curbside processing and consultation over the phone was a great experience. They were able to safely retrieve my cat from my truck, treat her, and return her without any issues. The follow up call the next day was a nice gesture.

Im sitting here trying to write a review and Im at a loss for words. To say that Dr. Kim went above and beyond her duty or job requirement doesnt even begin to describe it. Not only did she give years of the best, most attentive care to our dog, when he came to the end of his long fight with liver failure, she saved us from having to take him to an unfamiliar emergency clinic in his last moments. This amazing act of kindness and compassion wasnt even at our request. We had an appointment with her in the morning and our dog was nearing the end. But, at that time, we decided he was strong enough to spend the day with us. Unprompted, she personally called us that afternoon to check on him when we didnt even have an appointment, right as we were rushing out the door. She had absolutely nothing to gain by doing this, other than to help a family and a sweet dog in need. For as long as I live, I will never forget what she did for us. Shes not just a great veterinarian, shes a great person.

Thank goodness for Cypress Creek Pet Care. I had a last minute issue pop up for my pup and needed to get her seen ASAP. I spoke with Shara (hope I spelled that right!) on the phone and even though they were completely booked, she empathized with the pain she knew my pup must be in and was incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly. It would have been easy and justifiable to simply say, Im sorry, were booked (like another place I called first did) especially since weve never been here before. But she spoke with Dr. Kim and they arranged for us to drop our dog off and assured us she would be seen inbetween other scheduled visits as soon as there was a spare moment. It didnt take very long after we dropped off Mrs. Pickles and we were able to speak directly with Dr. Kim. She took the time to explain exactly what was happening, why it was happening and what she did. She was thorough and not at all rushed and very reassuring. Pickles was a happy camper when we picked her up and is healing up very nicely. I see no reason why wed ever go elsewhere.

Weve been seeing Dr. Kim for the last year after moving to Austin. She had the unfortunate duty of alerting us to a cancerous growth in our senior cat. This meant multiple conversations as we went to other specialists and communicating about our cats hospice care. Dr. Kim went above and beyond on spending time working with us on this, even working with our previous vet office. On a lighter note, weve also brought in our brand new kitten for a check, and our adolescent cat. Dr. Kim and her team really care for your pets and its clear in every interaction. They do *not* try to sell you on things you dont need, and when it comes to medications they talk through all the options and pricing with you.

Ive taken my dogs to other places and been way over charged for services and medications and wont take them any where else after seeing the difference. I have two dogs, one of which ate a saga palm branch a couple of yrs ago and was poisoned, thanks to their fast response she was saved. I respect the fact that they care so much for the animals that they treat and groom. Yes I am a fan!

My 13-yr old Lab had a very intense teeth surgery and the staff was very VERY helpful. They were clear to communicate every time, they treated our pup very well, and they made us feel like we could trust them wholeheartedly with our pup after the first visit.The doctors are excellent and everyone else is incredibly kind and helpful!

I absolutely love Dr. Laurie Kim. She is so sweet to my pit bull mix. She gets on the floor with her, lets my dog lick her face, and gives her lots of love. When my dog had surgery (lump removal) Dr. Kim really cared about her progress and called me at night to make sure she was doing okay.The staff is also great. They actually remember Jules when we come to the clinic. What makes me even happier, is that they do not judge her for being a pit and they know she is a sweet dog. They also remembered that she is great with people and kids, but doesnt do so well with other dogs. When they see me walk in - they tell me Its all clear or Hey, another dog is coming out.Such a wonderful place. I highly recommend.

Ive been going here for years now, Dr. Kim has sort of become my main vet here, shes great! But all the vets (and other staff!) Ive met here have been nice. Theyre very good with my cats, even though one of them is a total grouch at the vet. They do make special efforts to make cats more comfortable there.

Took our Siberian Forest cat in for a lion clip as he HATES being brushed and winds up matting, and its summer, so he needs to be cool. He looks great! Hes pretty happy as well, has a nice ruff all fluffed out, big fluffy tail, smooth body and cute boots! Wonderful experience, beautiful facility, great staff. Will certainly return.

Dr. Kim is my favorite. She is very smart and current on her veterinary knowledge. She is also very personable and always considers the ride home after a vet visit. Once she cleaned out my cats carry-bag herself. She doesnt push unnecessary treatments but discusses why certain treatments may be more prudent at some times versus others.Kudos to the staff. I have a very hectic life, including caring for sick family members, and I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment but was still squeezed in, so I didnt have to reschedule. I dont do that often, but I appreciate that they were able to do that. I have a lot going on and not having to reschedule for another day, when I had already scheduled the time off of work to come in was so appreciated.

We have been going to Cypress Creek for just about 8 years now. Dr. Bouloy and the whole team are just simply great people. They care about you and more importantly they care about your pets. We have a good sized pet family, mostly dachshunds and until last Thursday our beloved Bella the Beagle. Bella was getting up there in age and was also living with a disease that was being maintained. Over the last couple of months she had become slower and weaker and we knew that our time was limited. Let me just say knowing that your pet is heading towards the end does not make it any easier to deal with when the time comes. This past Thursday morning was that time. Bella was slowly breathing and could not even raise her head so I rushed her to Cypress Creek. We live a little ways out (35 minutes or so from the clinic) so I called, pretty upset and probably barely understood on the phone but the lady who answered (I apologize for forgetting her name) was very understanding. I told her that I was rushing Bella in and that she was dying. She assured me that staff would meet me in the parking lot. About 15 minutes later she called back to make sure that we were okay and to find out about how far out we were from the clinic. As soon as I pulled in I no more got the door open to pick Bella up and there was a tech meeting me at my vehicle. Unfortunately Bella had passed on the way there. He rushed her in to make sure that there were no signs of breathing/heartbeat and indeed there was not. I was pretty much an emotional wreck from the time I left our home until I left the clinic. All of the staff were amazing considerate, and especially respectful of what had just happened. Just about every staff member expressed their sympathies and made me feel like I was not alone. Dr. Bouloy was especially reassuring and his demeanor is always that of kindness and caring. You are doing yourself and your pets a disservice if you dont bring them to this clinic. Top notch place!

We are always greeted right away and the staff talks to my dog, not just to me. The doctors are humble and listen. All the assistants and technicians are gentle with our old lady.

This is the cleanest and friendliest Veterinary Clinic that Ive ever been to. Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing! They took us on a tour of the facility before we decided to become patrons. Every time weve been there its been a terrific experience! Even the pet grooming is outstanding!

A great staff that you just know cares about pets and the owners. My daughter had to let her cat and longtime friend go they were so caring and when we visited with our little wiener dog Harley who on principal doesnt like anybody, Dr. Morreli made friends and took such great care.

Over the 6 year period that we have used Dr. Bouloy to care for our dogs, he has proven to be a compassionate and highly skilled veterinarian. He has often gone the extra mile to help us. He is absolutely the finest.

Very knowledgable staff. They were very good with my pug. I got right in with no waiting. I needed several different types of medication for my pug and the doctor was very consciousness of the cost trying to save me money. I recommend Cypress Creek to anyone for any breed!

Our dog is very nervous and frightened whenever he goes to the vet. We had to leave him there for 10 days and were very worried about how he would handle it. They were so accommodating and even let us bring his bed and favorite chew toys. They sent us pictures of him during the week so we would feel more comfortable, and he was smiling and looked happy in all the pics! They were so patient with him and by the end of the week he was completely comfortable with the techs. It is obvious that everyone here loves animals and will care for your pets as their own. Can not thank them enough for taking such good care of our boy. We live in central Austin but will be taking our dogs all the way up here from now on as it is definitely worth the drive.

Doctor Kim is the best! She was great with my old dog who passed away and is now wonderful with my puppy. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

This is the best veterinary ever. I love the fact they are always ready to accomodate me. Whether an emergency or not. The doctors are fantastic, specially Dr. Kim, she spends time with me, explaining what was done, and the best course of action. And lets not forget the front desk team Always smiling, always helpful, and very competent. And the techicians, quietly behind the scenes, making everything run smoothly. Thanks to you all.

After years of being highly satisfied with boarding my dog here, something has changed and changed for the worse. First, front desk personnel are no longer friendly and competent. Second, there is a failure to communicate the increase price changes, and third they think nothing of adding additional services($53) and telling you that it now mandatory and if you dont pay it they wont board your dog. They had me over the barrel yesterday as I was needing to board a plane and they screwed me. Furthermore, after years of making advanced reservations they now require a $50 deposit to hold the reservation. This is NO way to treat loyal existing customers.
