After not seeing any reviews for my parrot that’s a African grey I was so scared to bring him here but I took a chance because it was a Saturday and I was super worried about my little feathered baby. I was super super super pleased with my experience. Even with the test that had to be performed and a emergency visit, as well as 2 prescriptions I walked away spending less than $200 bucks! I just knew I was about to spend a grand! Doctor was very professional and she took the time to call on the phone and come out in person and talk to me. She was very awesome! We will use them again and I sure hope our future visits are this great!
The staff and vets at blockhouse are great! Always friendly and helpful. They always give the best care they can to our dogs and cats.
So happy to find this vet. We ended up here because our other vet had a 4 week wait just to see our cat for a broken tooth. Block House got us in within a week even though we are new patients to the office. The vet Dr. Rayl, provided us a lot of options for the broken tooth and thoroughly explained them all. The price was very reasonable and we were comfortable with the whole process including leaving our kitty there for most of the day. Very nice staff, we will be back!
I waited an hour for pick up. Actually was on speaker phone for 20 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Was told they will be right out….40 minutes later and there was only 2 other cars there with me. I also requested 3 different times to 3 different people that I wanted nails trimmed. Didn’t happen and I honestly didn’t check because I wanted to leave and noticed after I got home. I’m sure I could take him back but it’s kinda inconvenient for me having to take off work again.
My sweet chicken had a respiratory issue andthe earliest anyone could see her was in 5 days. Pretty much a death sentence. But every vet I talked to in the Austin/Georgetown/RoundRock area was concerned, genuinely concerned, and they were helpful in giving me at least 3-5 numbers of other vets to call. That lead me to call #15- Block House Vet. They were busy but worked me in on that day and got Edith feeling better again. Edith is on her last day of meds as of tomorrow and she’s her plucky self. They were very thorough and helpful. Can’t thank them enough.
I know it seems odd to take a little gerbil to a vet but this little 2 month old deserves a chance too and, Block House Creek Animal Hospital gave her a chance. She is doing so much better now and is back to normal. I really appreciate them and am grateful they took the time to do the research to find the proper treatment.Thank y’all so so much!
I was kept updated throughout the exam (curbside). Communication was excellent! Everyone that I met had a great disposition and answered my questions thoroughly, patiently and had in depth knowledge of a range of topics. It was so nice and comfortable/comforting while talking with the vet techs because there was such a strong feeling of empathy, compassion and warmth. And everyone except for me (and Ruby probably) was so excited that she was pregnant! I was reassured that “I had this” and was cheered on from the car! 10+
Love this vet. I had a horrible experience with another vet in town. This one is always reliable and does a wonderful job caring for my pets. I love that they send reminders for upcoming care.
I love Block House Creek Animal Hospital. They are patient and kind. They do their best to accommodate requests and I feel like they listen and respond to my questions and concerns. I cant speak to the inside process as Ive only been a client after COVID started but I look forward to a life long relationship. Thank you for your hard work Block House Vet!
I have been taking both cats and dogs there for many years. They take very good care of your animals.
The entire staff herewas very friendly and communicative. I felt that my piggies were well-taken care of. Even though I was worried about my piggies’ after their spay surgery, the doctor and techs (Dr. Erickson, Stacey, and a bearded male technician) who were in charge of them were very helpful and reassuring. Thank you so much!
Great overall experience! This was my first visit, and my two ShihTzus were very well treated. I’ll definitely be bringing them back!
I had my dog boarding at Block House Creek and they were very good about following up with me about concerns. My dog is 16 years old, blind and diabetic so he needed extra care which they provided. I wont say it was cheap although the boarding fee was reasonable. I did authorize extra testing since he had issues which is why the bill was pretty high. They did take really good care of him and he came out looking and feeling really good.
The BEST veterinary care for my pup Willow. My fur baby had Parvo and they did their very best to help her recover and did a great job doing so. They also helped us financially which I couldn’t be more grateful for. I told them the max budget I could pay and they worked with that budget the best they could. They kept me updated at all times and told me in detail everything they were doing and planning on doing without just doing it and billing later like I’ve dealt with in the past. 1000000% recommend this clinic for your fur babies!!!
Dr. Rachel Blatchford is absolutely amazing! She is so caring and so good with animals. Its so nice to be able to trust her with your loved ones. I will make it a point to see her every time we need to have a vet visit.
I visited Blockhouse Creek Animal Hospital for the first time last week because we had an urgent need for our pup and our regular vet was overloaded. I am actually really glad they were because BHCAH has patient care down to a excellent and efficient science. I was thrilled how fast and professional everyone conducted themselves. They brought everything out to the car for me and I explained patiently and carefully all the aftercare my pup needed. The Dr came out and answered questions directly with her tech. I felt my pet and I were taking care of really well! We will be back next time we need care. Thanks BCHAH!
Besides being a client with my three pets I also used to work here for 2 years and this place is amazing. The doctors go above and beyond to try and help every single patient, they work long hours and dedicate their personal time trying to save everyone. As an employee I got to work with the best and most knowledgeable doctors. I have learned a lot and will be forever grateful. I fully trust Dr. Urbanczyk and Dr. Curl with my pets lives and this hospital will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you!
We love taking our pet here! They are quick and do a great job!
Very informative and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable and they took really good care of our dogs.
I’ve brought my dogs here a couple of times and consider them our family vet. They’ve always been kind and show concern for each issue we’ve presented them with. They’ve always resolve the issue and have always been reasonable in price.
Appointments are within days, vet tech are smart, caring and sweet...they truly love my Beagles
Dr Urbanczyk is an exceptional veterinarian. We have been customers for 30+ years only because of his knowledge, care & responsibility to our many different animals over this period of time. He is the only reason we have continued to bring our pets to Block House Creek Animal Hospital since it went corporate & the prices were increased. The biggest frustration now is how difficult it is to get an appointment with him due to a reduction in his availability, for some unknown reason. Y’all should do everything in your power to make adjustments which would provide more availability for Dr Urbanczyk.
Dr. Hodges is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We have been involved in animal rescue for over 20 years, have adopted many rescued dogs, have also fostered, and we know quiet a few veterinarians, and Dr. Hodges is #1!💛 She is the PERFECT vet; incredibly kind, truly caring and compassionate, sweet, high energy, friendly, but also professional... a perfect 10! We pass several veterinarian offices to get to Dr. Hodges and she is well worth the drive from Lago Vista. She is a great listener and responds quickly to your needs. We truly thank God that we found her! We LOVE you Dr. Hodges! Also, Cliff (tech) is a sweetheart. And, we love him, too.
Compassionate and caring! Dr. Rachel Blatchford, DVM took quite a bit of time with us and we were extremely appreciative!Thank you again!!
Dr. U and staff know their animals and can help them at any capacity. Been going to Blockhouse Creek for over 20 years and they have treated all my pets like they were their own. We have never thought of going some place else because they make us feel like family.
All the BHC staff are wonderful- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Dr. Curl is incredibly good, warm and caring with our pets! Thank you all.
The doctors and vet techs are all so friendly, caring and capable. We live further from this neighborhood now but still bring our dogs back here because it’s the only vet they’ve been completely comfortable with.
HORRIBLE SPOT FOR YOUR FURRY FRIENDS. They will take your money with a smile and a pat on your the back, but no real knowledge or compassion for animals. I brought my bunny in cause she had fleas. They took my money and sent her home STILL with fleas. SO now she had to go through this annoyance and frustration for over two weeks. Someone who can’t even find it in their hearts to help a lil fur-end in need and get paid todo is cruel and should be put behind a cash register at 7 eleven. DO NOT TRUST THESE HORRIBLE FAAKE VETS😡😾😤👿🔥
We have been patients of Buddy (Dr.U) for years and he has shown great compassion. He has teared up with us. He has gone in on his day off for our dog. He conservatively monitored and treated and saved the life of our dog who was bit by a rattlesnake. We trust him, we appreciate him and we continue to drive to CP even though we moved and have many vets closer.
They are great the only thing I suggest is after you reach a limit of dollars like $1200.00 you should get some kind of relief or discount. I know they have to make money too but as it is like with me I’ve probably spent $3000.00 this year.
I have used Block House Creek animal Hospital for the last five years for both my Chihuahuas that are aged. Every veterinarian is very engaged with you and your fur baby. The staff itself is very caring and helpful. I recommend this place highly
They were so good with my cat and they didnt hide any fees from me. Very straightforward about what was wrong with my poor baby and worked with me to make sure she was getting the best care for the best price. Love them.
I have been taking my dog to BHC for quite some time! Everyone is always courteous and friendly and they love your animals!Really like Dr Curl too.... she’s always attentive to my questions and takes time with me and my dog. She called me yesterday and must have spoken to me for almost ten minutes! She’s great and so is her staff!
Every team member Ive ever spoken to on the phone is AMAZING! So professional, helpful, reassuring and dedicated. From appointment confirmation to questions to checking with vet and getting back to us...thank you! Additionally, every vet tech and both the exotic animal vets weve worked with truly care and want to make sure we understand and have questions answered. We even feel the love when our vet gets just as excited about the progress weve made along with our Louise in helping her regain health. Yall are so worth our 30 minute drive from central Austin, thank you dearly!!!
Im so embarrassed I sent a friend here for her dog crying having pain when she walks and they try and sell her so many thing she didn’t need spends 400$ they didn’t even take X-rays and tell my friend her dog has hip dysplasia and we take her to other vet and come to find out it wasn’t hip dysplasia at all it was spine nerve damage that could have been fixed but because the supplements for hip dysplasia would be something she would buy from them regularly I guess they were trying to make a quick buck in the expense of a dog quality of life this place doesn’t care about animals except the money you spend this isn’t the only person who has had a HORRIBLE experience that I sent over there unfortunately.. please stay clear from this place !!!!
Ive been coming to this clinic for my exotic pets and I always have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and the doctors, especially Dr. Curl, take good care of my animals and take time to explain everything to me at the end of a visit. Even when I call in for an emergency at the last minute, I always get seen. They definitely put animals first here!
Been bringing my dogs here for 12 years. All of the Veterinarians there are great. Dr. Blatchford is our favorite by far though. So kind and sweet. She makes the tough conversations easier to swallow. Even when we move to Liberty Hill we will continue to drive to BHC Animal hospital for our Vet services.
This was my first visit at Blockhouse Creek Vet clinic. Staff was friendly and Dr. Curl was very informative and answered all my questions. I am a breeder of standard poodles and will make Block House Creek and Dr Curl my new preferred Vet clinic.
Thank you so much for getting my little finch in to see the vet. As a new finch parent, I didn’t know what to do when my bird was sick. She is now home and doing better. The staff is knowledgeable but more than that ... really cared and it made me feel so much better.
They always treat my dogs as their own. All the staff is responsive and friendly. The doctors take the time to answer all my questions and explain everything thoroughly.
We love Block House Animal Hospital!! Our little Maggie doesn’t stress any more since we changed to this Vet. They keep us up on all her vaccinations & needs. It’s also a “one stop shop” for grooming as well. Best in town!!
They take great care of my dogs all of the time. Dr Buddy was the first veterinarian to diagnose my dog correctly. Other veterinarians said my dog was just fat. He found she had thyroid issues. Won’t take my dogs anywhere else.
This vet has been the biggest blessing for me and my babies. My Libby was pregnant and needed an emergency delivery, they got her right back and taken care of immediately. Then a few weeks ago I had to have my old man put down, they fed him donuts and peanut butter and loved him as if he was their own when the time came. Today, Libby jumped through a window in the house and cut her head really bad. I took her to Heart of Texas in Round Rock where they quoted me 1500 dollars for her care. I sat there for FOUR hours and in that four hours they only gave her pain meds, didnt even clean her up. I called Block House and they said bring her here. Within 5 minutes of being there Libby was already in being taken care of and the quote was half the price.I can not say enough good things about BHC Animal Hospital. They always make things so easy and make you feel like a priority. Highly recommend!
This animal hospital has the warmest, friendliest, and most professional team of vets and staff Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I trust them to give my cats the best care possible.
Amazing group of people with whom I trust my pets health to.
We have been to this vet multiple times in the past and chose to go back because of good experience we have had previously. After over a year of having to keep our female dog separate from the others and away from our children because she has attacked our other dogs on multiple occasions and in fact bit my wife a month ago we finally came to the hard decision to have her put down because we could not risk it around our other dogs or six children. And also had the difficult conversation with our children that she wasn’t going to be with us any longer. I explained the entire history when I called to make the appointment and at that time they discussed the options with me and schedule the appointment for us to come in and have her put down. Upon going to the vets office they determined that they would not put her down and told me I had a duty to try and find her another home knowing that she has bitten people in the past and attacked other animals. I have had this dog since she was five weeks old and she’s almost 10 years old now and is a part of my family so this is a very difficult decision for us to make to begin with but I cannot risk her going to another home and possibly biting someone in the future or mauling another animal. Apparently this vet clinic isn’t concerned with that risk.
Its never fun to look for a Vet when your pet is in need. We have a couple guinea pigs, and that was what we needed to see a Vet for. From the first call with Block House Creek Animal Hospital we were cared for. With Covid restrictions in place, they were very clear, as to how drop off should go. we We waited in our car with our Guinea while they did paperwork. They they came to the car to get our little guy. Once the Vet assessed the situation, I was notified immediately, and then treatment was handled very quickly. Our Guinea Pig, came home later the same day, and did not appear to be traumatized at all. (Guinea Pigs are easily startled and stress so easily). We were sent home with everything we needed and very clear instructions. We felt very relieved leaving Block House Creek Animal Hospital with our little guy, knowing he was on the mend.
Thank you to all staff who helped us! A big thank you to our vet and vet tech (cal-poly) you were both so sweet in taking care of Kimber.
My dog recently passed away and I got him cremated. The reason for the poor rating is I never received my dogs collar or personalized tags back
My cat had a UTI and they able to see me within the hour. Love the curbside service to keep the staff and customers safe. Diagnosed the problem quickly and on our way to a quick recovery now. Thank you
Dr Rachel Clasen has been wonderful with my dog Luke.. She explains things carefully and thoroughly. I can tell she cares a lot.
I have been using Block House Creek Animal Hospital for the past 10 years. I recently brought my dog Darby in to get his teeth cleaned and to have a bee bee removed from his front paw (someone had shot him with a bee bee gun previous to my rescuing him). Dr. Urbanczyk and his staff took very good care of Darby, and I always feel comfortable with any procedure or health recommendation he gives me, including letting me know its time to let Molly go, when she was too sick to go on living a good dogs life. I highly recommend Dr. Urbanczyk and his staff for animal care.
I love Dr. U and his staff. I only trust BHCAH with my babies. Best in world!
They were open for emergency services when we had the freeze and my dog dislocated his knee. They follow up and are very informative of my choices to help get him fixed up.
Dr Buddy is the best vet we have ever had. He saved a litter of our pups and has given all of our dogs such great care.
The employees are always so patient with my anxious dog. Always great care!
Dr. Stacy Hodges is amazing! She helped me with my pup, Mika, who passed away from an illness. Dr. Hodges was professional, kind and caring as we did our best to get my pup back to health. She was always available for my questions and would stay after hours when I had an emergency with my pup. In the end, we had to put my pup to sleep. It was so sad to see my puppy friend go but I know Dr. Hodges and her entire team went above and beyond. I will forever be grateful!
All of the staff was amazing and super helpful. I was there as an emergency for my bird and everyone I spoke to (phone or in person) made me feel like I was important and that what I was going through mattered to them. The Dr even came out to talk to me when I had more questions and explained everything to me. I will definitely be a regular and bring back the rest of my feathered babies. I highly recommend.
This is Jigsaw’s go to!!! My boy is always excited to see the staff and get collected haha! The whole team here is awesome, I have transferred all my dogs here, Snapchat, Ember, Hershei, and the ones I yet have to bring! Love you guys!
Compassionate staff always willing to go the extra mile to assist. They understand our pets are part of our family.
Dr. Curl and her staff went above and beyond to make sure the health certificate for my dog was completed and processed so we could successfully move her to Portugal with us. They will forever have my gratitude!
I am new to Block house vet. Everyone was amazing, I recently lost a dog due to a difficult and prolonged illness and they were able to deliver bad news about another one of my dogs in a very caring way —-what was diagnosed by another vet to be a minor issue just a few months prior, was actually a significant heart issue. The care was extremely thorough and they gave me very detailed information which was helpful. They kept checking in with me, they were supportive, and sensitive. Based on previous experiences with vets, it takes a lot for me to trust and they were able to gain my trust which is necessary to ensure my elderly canine daughters get proper care. I am a single working mom with a daughter and two elderly dogs, it was refreshing that they were sensitive to my financial restrictions and were conservative with their testing. Most importantly they were extremely dedicated to getting the right diagnosis and the right treatment. After just one dose of medication I could see the relief my dog felt and her quality of life is improving. We are all sleeping better now. I can’t recommend this team enough.
We travel from central Austin to Block House Creek in Cedar Park for Dr. Curl’s excellent care. She is very thorough and eases a worried dog mommas mind. Highly recommend!
They are wonderful and take great care of my 9 month old lab! Highly recommend.
I visit the exotic vets here for my guinea pigs who got terribly sick staying at Happy tails resort. One was almost not able to breathe. Dr Clasen here work tirelessly to get her back almost close to normal. Still on medication. She has plan and plan options . She never runs out of facts and explains the situation well. The staff really empathize with animals which is most important. When my guinea pig had something fungal and rare..she did research and made a plan and gave me her contact to message in case of emergencies. Very out of the way help. My Skittles is alive and I owe it to them
Dr. Stacy Curl and her techs are always very helpful to figure out the best solution for our senior dogs.We appreciate all they do.
Above and beyond. Friendly and truly cared.
Anytime anything is going on with Chloe, Blockhouse makes the time to check on my pup. I will never change vets.
Both the tech and the vet were very nice and thorough with the issues my dog has or may have. The tech quoted me lower for a procedure and the invoice stated differently but when I called they gave me credit for the difference. The process with curbside was well organized and even though it took long they kept me updated the whole time. Will be back :)
I’ve been taking my kitties to Dr Urbanczyk since 2004. He is very experienced and truly cares about animals.
Id like to thank Dr. Heelan for being super awesome about seeing Vic and Id also like to thank Julie for taking the time to talk with me about job opportunities. Everyone there is super sweet and knowledgeable and very charismatic as well. Thanks for making my first visit here awesome. ❤️
Love this place! Best staff and dr’s ever!
Dr Blatchford is an awesome vet who works hard to cover all bases where my pets are concerned and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and make me feel a high level of comfort when trusting them with the care of my four-legged sons.
Even after moving out of the area, we still use Block House Creek Animal Hospital for Dr. Urbanzyk. Ive never had a vet be so attentive and compassionate. He goes above and beyond for his patients!
Friendly and professional. I have a very nervous dog and they put her at ease and what could have been a bad experience was a positive one
The whole staff is amazing and very caring, to you and your pet. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.
We are new to the area and did not have an established vet. After having our cat vaccinated at a mobile clinic, he had a vaccine reaction and Block House was able to get us right in with no wait. They provided exceptional care with reasonable prices. We now have a new vet for our pets!
Thank you to everyone that assisted in caring for Koda Lee and her double ear infections! Y’all were fast, efficient, and caring! I’m pleased to say we have found our new vet! From the bottom of my heart, many thanks!Heather D
This is the first time Im about to leave a review like this, but I find it important to discuss the major issues that occurred with our experience. Our family cat of age 6, Luna, sadly passed away a couple days ago due to several reasons to which this place contributed with. Believe me when I say my biggest mistake was trusting the vets with my cats health. Their lack of time and care to diagnose my cat with the right problem, their over priced appointments, and overall their indifference caused us to lose a member of our family. I will further discuss the details below but if you are skimming through the comments, trust me when I say taking your pet here may cost them their life and all the hospital cares about is money.1. Misdiagnosed or not checked thoroughly: I am not looking to blame anyone, but I feel it is the right thing to discuss this as it probably will continue to happen and has happened too many times. Luna began hurting one day and we could tell he was in a lot of pain that was related to his lower area and right leg. I called in to this vet, got a nice lady to make us a reservation, and she asked me what was wrong. I described to her his behavior of hissing at us when we touched his belly and leg and how I had a feeling he either hurt himself or may have some kind of urinary infection. However I was unsure since I read the symptoms of a urinary infection on the internet. The appointment is 60 to check your pet. Okay, thats fine. We took him in and waited for a vet for a while. When we got in, the tech asked us the same questions to see what was wrong with Luna, I told him about two times I was worried he may have hurt his leg and that he was acting weird peeing wise etc. He took notes and immediately said they would have to do an X-ray. They hadnt even looked at Luna. I asked if they could check him first and then decide. He said sure. So they took Luna and checked him and then came back saying they needed an X-ray. That is about 120-130. Okay, thats fine if necessary. Moments later the doctor came out, she was nice, and she said he had early arthritis. Yes, 6 year old cats apparently have that. She showed me the X-ray, which I literally saw no difference, but I told myself she knew more than me. She told me that was all he had and gave me pain medicine. I asked her if she was sure, to which she said yes. We trusted her word and payed up and took Luna home. A week and a half - at most- Luna ran out of his pain medication and began hissing and acting weird again. I called in letting her know he had just been checked and wasnt getting better, and if we could drop him by. The receptionist said she would have to make another appointment and then charge us the $60 again. I asked if she could make an exception since I felt they misdiagnosed him or didnt check him properly the first time. She said no. I took Luna to another vet in Whitestone and they IMMEDIATELY let me know he could be blocked. The doctor also let me know that this is very dangerous but common in male cats. They took Luna in, the doctor came out and explained everything to me for a while. So it wasnt arthritis.2. Today I ask myself, if it is so common in male cats, how come the vet didnt ask me more questions about my worry of his peeing? Why the X-ray immediately? That is because Lunas check up was literally 10 minutes max. They may be experienced but I doubt they take much time out of their day to fully check your pet. The worst part of it all, is their indifference in making exceptions or asking more about your pet and his experience. Instead, if you take them once, trusting they will cure your pet, they will make you pay every time they need to be checked even though it was the vets mistake.3. I called the receptionist 3 days ago now asking her if I could talk to the owner, and have yet to get a call back. However I will raise attention and will continue to call. I hope this NEVER occurs to any pet owner, and as advice I say trust your instincts. I sure wish I did.
Love Block House Creek. They take care of my pups with genuine care.
The staff is amazing! They were so sweet and gentle with my little hamster Manuella. I can tell they truly care about animals, they have a very bright and positive attitude! ❤
The staff were very understanding about me scheduling multiple appointments, then having to cancel. When I finally did make it in, they were attentive, helpful, and the Dr even came out in person to talk about my cat. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the place was huge. They have alot of skills and tools available for all kids of critters!
Everyone was so kind and informational, I never feel pressured or confused in any situation and I couldnt ask for a better experience! Katherine was so kind to walk me through all the steps and make sure I had all the information I would need to take care of my new pup at home!Thank yall so much
Took my chihuahua here in an emergency in aug dr hodges an staff are very good at what they do saved her eye treated with great care an took back last week as she was having a issue they got her in the next day called back Saturday with results they are doing a great job dealing with covid an caring for our pets .
The doctors take great care of my pets and me too!!!
I took my Shih Tz here for her exam as well as as a grooming. My Bella is almost 8 years old and she has always had to get some sort of sedation to get groomed due to her anxiety and stress levels. She has been to numerous amount of doctors and groomers who never could just groom her without sedation. I always ask the groomers if they could at least try before having to go that route and Katherine was able to do just that! I was so impressed and so thankful she took the time with Bella to work with her. I am so thrilled we no longer have to put Bella through that stress of having to give her meds before grooming! All the doctors and staff at this hospital are amazing! They are patient, kind, and truly made me so comfortable...even from the very first phone call I made to them.
We have been involved for over 30 years in fostering and adopting pets in Dallas where we had extensive training as volunteers to Austin, Cedar Park and Lago Vista where we became more active as regular volunteers.
Everyone at BHCAH is wonderful. Every phone call was met with helpfulness, enthusiasm, and care. The techs are always aware and knowledgeable, and Dr. Hodges is a credit to her profession. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Holly and Dr Clasen were very knowledgeable, friendly and thoroughly explained how to help our sick leopard gecko. Very impressed with their care and expertise.
Great service, diligent attention and friendly staff. The best!
WONDERFUL place to take your pets! I had to take my dog there for some injuries after being treated very poorly at another Animal Hospital in Cedar Park and they were amazing! They really cared about my pet and took great care of her!
Thank you so much for working me in at the end of the day on a Friday! It was above and beyond for someone who is not an established client.
I loved Rachel Clasen and Jill. Very nice and professional. Clasen is a great vet that I recommend if you have hamsters etc. Definitely coming back if I need!
August of 2019 we had to kennel our dog with you and I was very anxious and nervous about it and this very sweet gal there (not sure of her name) texted me photos of my dog every day that she worked for the whole week we were gone!! Thank you so much for such an amazing, kind, and wonderful staff!!
I appreciate the healthy safety precautions during this time. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The veterinarian explained all details thoroughly. She was optimistic...but prepared us for what may happen with our hedgehog.Thank you
Fast service, and very professional, gave exilent service to my pet
It turns out I have quite the sick bunny so the vet staff was very proactive and gave me a couple of antibiotics, nutrient dense supplement, and probiotics to get her on the right track. I am glad they did not approach her respiratory infection cautiously and they even provided me with additional antibiotics for the other two bunnies since they too were exposed. This proactive and immediate approach to her care will likely save the lives of all 3 of my bunnies so I am quite pleased with the care we have received.
Everyone was so friendly, informative l, and helpful! The admin staff answered all of my many questions, the techs were great, and my pup was so well cared for between the vet and the groomers. I couldn’t recommend more!!
