For the price, I was surprised. I have an SUV, paid for platinum service ($125), wheels were left dirty, not vacuumed.

Not sure whats going on, but expected a $300 detail to be pretty clean. Didnt expect spotless for my older car, but did expect wax to be fully polished off and not left on.1A Console was left dirty, bumper had bugs still on them. Missed many easy spots to catch if they washed the car. I just took the car home and did the detail myself. I wouldnt pay for a detail here, just get a wash and maybe shampoo and call it a day.

They did a pretty good job. Not above and beyond but the car came out looking good. My only disappointment was my back seats were down and I would have loved if they lifted them up to get the dirt out. My other places in GA and McKinney did this.

Love the work that do. That wash, and vacuum bacis detail my car and I get the 20 dollar job cant bet that.

Incredibly well run business. Great communication and fast for a hand wash style shop. The management is top notch and always super friendly. I get the 6 months unlimited washes and always so impressed how my car looks after. Great wifi to sit and work while you wait or you can walk to several fast food places to hang out. Recommend!!

Be aware of them trying to rip you off! Bought in my truck for a basic detail and almost got charged double what they told me it would be!!!

Unfortunately my can was the 2nd last car . I was charged 50 for interior and exterior . When I checked the car I found fries and sand still not cleaned/vacuumed, I asked someone to come and re vacuum the car, only one person was still there . He vacuumed it a little more but I ended up using the vacuum myself and cleaning what they didnt.I honestly didnt care about nothing in the package but the vacuuming.

The manager or owner was very dishonest and rude. He looked over my car and quoted a price. When I took it to him, he changed the price. Then he was very rude after I reminded him thay he did quote me price. He said Im not doing it an walked away. I dont mind paying more money but I will never spend my money where dishonest ad rude people are in changed. I should have k own by the reviews posted thay this was going to be a bad place to take your car.

Great car washes. These are hand washes, not a machine that can damage the car. The team is very friendly. It gets really busy on a warm Saturday.

Worst car detailing anyone can experience, simple dust that a vacuum can clean still there. If questioned they go aggressive. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Took my truck in for wash and detail. Not sure what happened to the quality of this car wash, but it lacking now. They did a good job of hiding the dirt under armorall and other cleaning fluids. I ended up having to take the time to re-wash and detail my truck. Very disappointing service.

Horrible Experience. Paid $175 for an interior detail and my car was still dirty. I was told by the owner or manager or whatever he is that they arent perfect and if I want to point out things that didnt meet my expectations they would try to fix them but if it requires a Q tip it could cost as much as $500. Mind you I was able to get some of the dirt out in the matter of 1 second. They were understaffed and didnt take the time to care. My car was there for 4 hours. I didnt take pictures of everything but here are just a few. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Unprofessional and will cheat you out of your money. Dishonest people here. Spend your money elsewhere or find out the hard way like I did.

So my husband paid $35 for this. The job they did was worth $10 to $15. They did a poor job washing the tires. Also When I was getting In car when they finished I had them reclean the front of the car to get bugs off.

My husband and I both take our vehicles to H20. Ford F-350, Ford Raptor and VW Atlas. Our vehicles look like they just rolled out of the showroom every time we get them cleaned there. Rich is the first to greet you with a smile and makes you feel like a VIP. We can’t say enough great things about H20 and the professionalism from Rich and the rest of the staff. Thank you.

It was clean and nice. Staff was great and helpful. My car turned out great. When you have 2 kids and 2 dogs it can get pretty bad but they made it look like new!!

What a horrible job for $30 on my brand new Tacoma. Yes. The was was ok but did not even vacuum my floor and dirt left in the seats. Was suppose to dust the dash but did not. I think that was not earning $30 worth of effort. Save your money

When I took my truck to wash I was really disappointed, almost look like they just put the soap an let it dry it look dirt im not going back to that place. They charge me 45 dlls thats crazy they really need to have employees that do a good job not these..

Have taken my car there many times. I have reasonable expectations when getting my car washed. I don’t expect showroom results. I do however expect the inside to be wiped down as indicated on the package I paid for. The manager is great but whoever is responsible for the interior team needs some retraining as it was clear nothing had been wiped down. There was still a coffee spot on the console and dust in the back seat and nose prints from my dogs on the back window.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS RUN DOWN LOCATION. ONCE YOU GET THERE THE VERY AROGANT MANAGER TALKS TO YOU ABOUT THE SERVICES, AND ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT, ITS WHAT HE WANTS. DOSENT LET YOU GET A WORD IN . ALSO IT TAKES FOR EVER!!

I paid for deluxe detail package. Very clearly says what they will do. They did not shampoo my mats, interior carpet, or the trunk area on my Corvette. Found an old empty cigarette pack under the passenger seat. It was probably mine but that goes to show you the lack of attention to detail. I doubt they vacuumed thoroughly because of the crumbs still around the edges of the seats. Got the car home and I had to buff off wax on the edges of windows and wax still left on the car. Very poor work. I will not be back.

So, I took my car to be detailed before I sell it. After seeing the car when they were done with it, I couldnt believe it was my car and decided to keep it. Its an amazing service and worth every penny. Thumbs up to Richard the manager.

Friendly service and did a great job cleaning my car. Ive never been to a hand car wash as oppose to the ones you drive thru, I decided to give my paint on my care some love and avoid the harsh bristles. The price is definitely a bit more expensive but nothing too crazy. I usually wash my own car and didnt have the time to get all the gear setup for it so its nice to have this as an option. Ill definitely be coming back again in the future.

For $35 they did a terrible job. Windows dirty, floor mats dirty, wheels dirty. I dont recommend.

A bit pricey but well worth it. Car interior is clean without being greasy from sprays like other car wash places. The only negative... Cash tips - you cant add tips to the credit card payment.

I purchased the executive wash package with a $15 upgrade on my 2 door Jeep Wrangler and was very disappointed. The exterior washing was sub-par at best. Not even dirty spots from the last rain were gone and the hood still had a large bird doo doo. They did not touch the inside other than taking the plastic mats out, shaking them and putting them back in. I was not expecting a “detail” but I did expect them to actually take some care and concern in washing the exterior and at minimum a wipe down and a vacuum of the interior given that was the package I paid for. I was the only customer there today so I had hoped some care and concern would be put into the wash of my vehicle. I unfortunately did not inspect the vehicle until I returned home and that is my fault or else I would have raised my concern to the manager. I suggest some training to the team and for there to be a final inspection by a senior member of the wash team to ensure the vehicle passed quality standards.

Didnt dry very well but the wash was powerful enough to take off the recent snow dirt from my car and wheels.

Always, always friendly! These guys clean my car to a shine. They have even uncovered my husband’s truck out from under the coat of mud that he covers it with every time he goes deer hunting. And they miraculously make it shine too!

Unbelievably bad experience. I called as I was driving over and asked how long the wait would be, and was told 45 minutes to an hour. Sounded pretty long but I needed to get this done so I went ahead and did it. I asked again when I dropped my car off and the lady at the front desk again said 45-an hour. I was there for 2 and a half hours (no exaggeration).When I requested the service, I paid an additional fee to get dog hair vacuumed and the rep said yeah when you add this they better get every last hair out. It was absolutely not and there were multiple places that were just completely missed, which baffles me after spending 2.5 hours.Lastly, I have three kids and the 3 car seats were in the car at the time. I got home and realized they had kept one of the 3, and they essentially blamed me for leaving it saying we left it on the side of the car for you, even though no one bothered to tell me that and the other 2 were put back.After all that they also flat out refused any refunds, even in spite of not providing what was promised.Terrible, terrible, experience.

Every large community has that one car wash that simply goes the extra mile and makes your vehicle look better than the day it rolled off the factory floor. H2O in Cedar Park is that car wash for Austin, and the surrounding area. They hand wash everything so they know when it’s clean. Now, there are good car washes around but those are tunnels (Maybe a hand dry if you are lucky) and if the car in front of you is very dirty, there is a good chance that dirt (and small rocks) will now scratch your car. Not at H2O, because they personally clean every inch- inside and out. Service is outstanding, and the work they do speaks for itself. If you care about how your car looks: this should be your car wash!

Let me start this by saying i came here ALL the time with my old car without an issue. I dropped my car to get detailed. I came back 3 hours later and it was parked off to the side like it was done. The windows had not been completed nor had the car been vacuumed. I had to wait another hour for it to finish which i can deal with. This is not why i am only giving one star. When i got in my vehicle for the 2nd time i notice my review mirror ornament had been broken.. No one said anything about it breaking. It was placed off to the side so it had to have been noticed that someone broke it. NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. When i called the assistant manager was really nice but i was told i would receive a call from the manager it has been a couple days and i have not received a single call. I would not recommend coming here what so ever even if you are just getting a vacuum..

Ive been to H2O before. Thought they did a good job at a fair price. Went back again today. Totally different experience. An hour and a half waiting and they hadnt even started the interior. At that point, I just couldnt wait any longer. I had asked to have the trunk vacuumed so I checked........ didnt get done. I ended up leaving without my interior being cleaned. The manager was going to give me something for the next time. Really?? There will be no next time!! I checked my car after I left and discovered they did a terrible job on the wash. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my car washed. This place is a total waste of time and money. My advice is to just go to another place. H2O is totally off my list forever. According to the reviews, apparently others think so too. Dont waste your money on this one. All I wanted was a car wash....... :-(

A great car wash. Hand washed, hand dried, then detailed. I had chocolate melt on the front passenger seat of my 6 year old Mazda with a gray interior. $100 for a shampoo of the interior, carpets and seats. It came back like new. No stains or marks of any kind on the seats or carpets. The chocolate was gone entirely. They do a really good job. When they are done you do a walk around of your vehicle, if something isnt done to your liking, they address the issue on the spot. Within reason.

I work for a fleet company and I always bring my trucks here! Very affordable and timely. They always leave ‘em shinin!

I never write reviews but felt inclined to after my experience. I waited 2 hrs with only 2 people in front of me. I had 5 others who came in well over 30 minutes behind me finish before me. When I asked what was taking so long I was told that they all got basic washes while I had the Executive wash. Hard to believe but still their vehicles had the exterior washed within 10 min of arrival. Mine took 1 1/2 hrs to get the exterior washed. The truck looked like it was rushed since I complained so I got a mediocre overpriced car wash. Not even an apology for wasting my time & money.

Best car wash in Cedar Park. They do a great detail job on your vehicle..hand dry, clean windows, hand wipe rims & dress tires. Dust, vacuum interior, wash rubberized floor mats. Vehicles are detailed by teams of workers after it is washed.

Dont ever go to this car wash! They told my wife 1 hour, 1 hour and 45 minutes later, my wifes car had sat for 45 minutes, and was now dry, spotted, and un-vacuumed. My wife had to leave. When she told the employee, he said you dont have to pay AND DONt COME BACK. She told the manager, and he seemingly didnt care. They also dont honor the birthday flyers (My mother-in-law tried to us hers and they refused) that they have sent out anymore either. Spend your money elsewhere....these guys are the worst. We wont ever be back.

Went today for wash, wax, and interior. They gave me a fair price as did a good job. Not a great job, but a good job. I had to touch up several spots and they went a little overboard with the interior shining fluid. Its still got that wet feeling several hours later. So I stopped that down a bit as well. But overall, good price, good work, I would go back.

30 minutes and they havent even started washing the exterior on a Sunday with only 2 cars in line ahead of me. Not worth the price even if it looks great, and definitely not worth the time. Update: took 1 hour 15 minutes to be done and they did a great job, but unless you plan on dropping your car off, dont bother.

Charger and bubblegum went missing after a wash here recently, goog thing I didnt leave my versaces in the case..

Crew did an excellent job washing and cleaning my car; no complaints. Understand, however, if you come in on a Saturday, expect it to be busy with a long wait time; but thats understandable to me.

They missed a lot of places inside my windshield, so I took it back and they cleaned it again. To be fair, unless the car is facing the sun, it is hard to tell if the windshield is clean.

Detailed & waxed pick up truck. Not cleaned for quite a while. Did a great job. Definitely recommend them 👌.

Here hour and watching as my vehicle is pulled up and left sitting with door open. Four employees working on vehicle next to it. Chatting with each other and on phone. $35 for wasted time and not showing my vehicle love. Wont be back.North Austin location also very slow. But employees work on different vehicles rather than 1. Inefficient, imoP.S. Radio on at high volume when returned (turned off before).

Paid over 200 dollars for there best package including interior detailing looks like it was once overed with a dirty rag and thats all. Very poor job.

This place does an awesome job at washing your car, it takes forever but it will leave there clean. The reason for the 3 stars is my husband had an item stolen from his car while getting it washed. The item was in a console too so buyer beware.

This place is SO upsetting. Not only did it take 2 HOURS for a car wash the guys didn’t even wan the seats which is the whole reason I spent money on a professional car wash. What a waste of time and money. Don’t come here. Do not recommend.

While they did a great job on the outside, (excluding not removing the window chalk on the windshield) the inside was left incomplete. I paid to have the rubber mats washed as part of the Executive Wash - not done. Failed to vacuum underneath and around base of seats. Dash cover and instrument panel still covered in lint/dust. Unless the hand wash aspect is important, save yourself the trouble and a 2 hour wait... wash-n-roll is much cheaper, and their complete lack of interior services matches the effort put in here.

Had the SUV washed here. Basic wash is $22 and that covers hand wash, vacuum, wheels, and tires. They are very friendly guys and no tip pressure. They pool their tips. Ill be back because they work hard and did a great job.
