The agent was so awesome, she left no questions to be asked. Our policy was half of what our other carrier had us at. Not to mention we had been with Pronto Insurance for 3 years. We kept asking why we didnt get new quotes or discounts due to us both in our late 50s as well as no accidents or tickets. The ladies have always made it easy to pay and its convenient and they have ALWAYS called to give a personal notification that a withdrawal will be made... Where Im at in life I like that. If they didnt have good customer service I would go elsewhere

Cancelling our policy as they make it very difficult and now impossible for me to pay for my elderly moms monthly payment online or via check. They allowed me to pay by check over the phone twice and on the third time Sandra said they werent supposed to do that and I replied if they werent supposed to do it, why did they do it twice? She said that their policies change all the time. They just lost a customer because they made it hard for customer to give them money. Think about that.

They issue a policy fast and are efficient. Prices seem high and over a years time seem to almost add an extra payment. I would watch very closely and make sure that you dont let them keep moving your payment date back so that you have less than a month for each payment you make.

Very bad service

I am not prone to post reviews of any kind; however, this branch is very unprofessional. The apathy is disturbing, reconsider at least going to another branch. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.

Rude unhappy staff. Manager refused to take care of me and lost a customer.

Cant believe this is a business. My pregnant wife was in an accident over a month ago. An insured motorist hit her while making an illegal turn. Cut and dry, the fault is with the other driver. Fred Loyas default was to not contact the other insurance company, to not contact the police officer and instead automatically bill my wife the deductible. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer any questions. She never received a return call to any of her left messages. I eventually had to do their job for them. Its been a month and her car still isnt back in the driveway. Shes been without a car or a rental (even though her policy covers a rental) solely because of the negligence and incompetence of their employees. Both locally and at the 1-800 numbers. Well be switching her to my insurance company ASAP. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY

My vehicle was hit by an individual that had this company. They have been a nightmare to deal with.

This is a horrible, unethical, untrustworthy company. Do not do buisness with these people as they are crooks. We were lied to and scammed from day one. Read all the complaints on various websites, including BBB and consumer affairs. Total crap.
