I sit here and read these reviews and I wonder where this agent and I failed to get on the same page. I was in constant communication with this agency and I had nothing but issues. They seem nice enough and willing to help but the end result was a lot of poor communication and extra money being withdrawn from my bank account. I use to sell insurance and I have never seen this level of disorganization. Then at the end Brad Morgan himself told me to stop complaining, instead of trying to figure out where the breakdown was, he just chalked it up to me complaining to much. Unfortunately, I cant do business with a guy like that. I took my 3 sometimes 4 lines of business to another agent in the area. The only reason Brad and his team didnt scare me off completely is that the rate is so good.

Looks like another kudos for Conner Walsh. I called him because I was on the search for a better option. First, Conner educated me on the kind of insurance my builder provided me---I had foregone switching to other plans because mine was so good. It wasnt, I did some extra nerd-research and found out Conner was 100% right (I had been sold snake oil). Then on top of the education, Conner saved me >$600 on my auto insurance. I saved more than half on my auto insurance by switching to State Farm with the same policy coverage. Ask for Fisher when you call - He went the extra mile to make sure I understood what I was purchasing.

A couple weeks before my insurance was to be renewed, I was informed my family was no longer going to be covered due to my sons driving record, which he was being penalized for being victim of a hit and run. He didnt have a perfect record, but it wasnt worse that my other sons and we didnt have this issue with the previous state farm agent. I was given a single option of paying over 1500 for a 6 month policy for 1 person, which wasnt even through state farm. After spending several hours shopping for updated coverage, called to cancel my policy.I was informed that they couldnt do this until I provided proof of the updated policies, which was promptly provided. Approximately 45 days later, I had only received refunds on the auto policies. The homeowners polices had yet to be refunded, but the customer service could confirm all policies were supposed to be cancelled and advised I had to speak with Brad Morgans office. Upon speaking with Brad I was told the checks should be received in 7 to 10 days and he couldnt explain why this happened. It has been 2 weeks and only one policy had been refunded. Their action have caused me complications with my mortgage companies and they have been totally the opposite of what was experienced with the previous agent who retired. At this point, I wouldnt recommend this agent since the care for the relationship appears to stop when the commission does. I say this because Brad told me they wish to earn my business back after I cancelled my policies, but they had 0 follow through on the actions that were supposed to take place after. The insurance was cancelled. I had to follow up on why 2 homeowners policies had been cancelled, not refunded, and I was being billed for a renewal on one. I am still having to follow up on one of the policies at this moment too. Update after owner response. I contacted State farm general number and was informed I needed to speak to the agent about the refund. When I spoke to Brad he advised I am not helping my cause by writing a bad review since he is the one who would have to look into the refunds. He also blatantly told me I was oblivious to how insurance works. Moments later I received an email indicating the missing check was issued either on 12/03 or 12/06 (there were 2 checks issued and only one received). This nearly 60 days after my policies were cancelled. To be clear, I am not an insurance agent nor am I versed in this line of business. I do understand the risks of carrying kids on insurance and accept that the consequences for that are mine and mine alone. I also understand that I may have discarded the 45 day notice as junk mail. However as a consumer, I am relying on the company to provide the necessary information and tools to better understand the circumstances. My complaint is largely around the complications I endured when cancelling my policies and the attitude when I am seeking the refunds for the policies that were cancelled. I would recommend State Farm as an insurance carrier, but I will go out of my way to find another agent if I ever return to State Farm. Still a 1 star review.

I have been with progressive for my auto and renters insurance for a few years. Ive heard that progressive rates were generally higher than other companies, so I decided to get a quote from another company. I spoke with Amy Davis and she was very informative and attentive to my needs. The quote came quite a bit lower than what I was paying. She walked me through the process of switching and made incredibly easy. I am really happy about my decision and Amy made the whole process so much better than I couldve expected.

The main reason for the bad review is how long it took them to cancel my policy. I was still being charged long after I went into the office to sign the cancellation docs. (I went back to progressive). Statefarm refused to cancel my policy until I provided them with the details of my insurance policy with progressive, which was very upsetting. I didnt have this issue with progressive when I left them to go to Statefarm. I also dont believe I received my full refund, but I was tired of going back and forth with them. And cancelling my life insurance policy took months and repeat cancellation paper being signed and sent to Statefarm. My personal experience was terrible. Sarah was great, however!

Sarah in Brads office made it super easy to transfer our policies from out of state. She explained differences in coverage and pricing and was generally really friendly and easy to work with.
