Unacceptable service experience. Sara, the person not returning my calls, gave me permission to leave this review. Simply needed a quote for some E & O insurance for my company. Almost two weeks in & no response from Sara. Finally after three days of chasing her down her only explanation for not returning my calls is She is doing the best she can.... I explained to her she was not doing the best she can as this sort of service was unacceptable and a simple 2 minute update call along the way would have avoided this unpleasant situation. If this is how they treat me trying to gain my business I can only imagine the runaround I would get if I had a claim.Do business at your own risk with them.

Tom dowd very rude and after I got referred to him for my homeowners insurance and auto insurance, some one contact me regarding my request and we did schedule an appointment for him to contact me regarding my insurance. And they did call for some questions and they suppose to call me back witch they never call me back am extremely concerned.
