Nadia was great! I booked her for my Brazilian a couple times with no regrets, but as of today I can tell you Nadia nor Janette work at this location anymore - They work at a different location far away from Cedar Hill. This location rarely has anyone to answer the phones ( just an FYI if your calling and no one answers ) I have not personally worked with the new ladies - planing on looking else where in the area that will actually answer the phone :)

This is my second time coming to this location, this time I received sugaring. Arianna is very thorough and precise! She made me feel very comfortable and calm. Usually I feel very anxious getting waxed (cause it hurts) but she works at a good pace so my mind can relax more. This time actually hurt less than my prior experiences and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Bring Nadia back to this location! If Jeanette leaves this location is doomed!! I got a wax from one of the new ladies due to Jeanette not being in today and it was horrible! I would have been better off shaving! Go to Jeanette only if you visit here!

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for a wax service. The young lady I spoke with on the phone TOLD me my appointment was set for 2:45PM later on the same week. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to my appointment, and when I arrived no one was there to check me in. I waited another 10-15 minutes, only to be told at first that my esthetician has only a 5 minute grace period and that my appointment was automatically cancelled. And I explained that I had been sitting and waiting but no one was at the front desk to check me in. THEN I was told that whoever I spoke with on the phone on Monday scheduled my appointment for 2:15PM earlier that day. And that there was nothing she could do but reschedule me. I will NOT be returning.

I love this place! This was my first time getting a wax and Gabrielle made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was amazing!! I do recommend first time waxers to start here. I love this business so much my yoni already looking better. Thank you!

Nadia is the GOAT. My first time going there i basically double booked myself (my life) and really only had 20 minutes to get everything done. She worked diligently but was careful to remove everything. Even the ingrown 🙌🏾🙌🏾!! She was super funny and the conversation was great. Id never been to a salon with TVs in the room that was a for sure PLUS!!I got an authentic braz and underarm.

I scheduled my sugar Brazilian with Nadia. When I arrived no one was at the front. But that didn’t really brother me. Finally, the esthetician whom I assume was Nadia came from the back and ask me if I had an appointment and what my name was... as I proceeded to get up she told me very dry to have a seat she will be with me in a moment. Then her client came from the back to check out.... she asked if she would be able to squeeze her friend outside in the car in. She told her yes it would be about 20 minutes give or take. I should have left when I heard that. We got back to the room and she told me to get undressed. (Didn’t leave the room which was a first for) not a big deal tho. She asked me if I ever had sugar before I told her yes and during mid explaining my experience she interrupted me and ask in a very dry tone “are you going to get on the bed” once on the bed she instantly started working on me. This was the worst... it felt like she was trying to rip my V OFF.. like it was so aggressive...don’t want to do this let me hurry up and get the over with type energy. Never not once asking if I was ok or anything. When she was done she told me to go to the front ... once I checked out her tone slightly changed when it was time to tip. Now I am an esthetician who also sugars... the bedside manner and the quality of work this is not how things should be done. (Hairs where left) I am not sure if this was Nadia or not she was Hispanic short with glasses.... cause I too read the reviews and everybody raves about Nadia(reason why I booked with her) but it doesn’t matter I will never go back.

I came here for 2 Brazilian sessions. My very first appointment was my first time ever and the technician said point blank to strip and lie down. I had no idea what to expect, and she wasn’t offering me any details, which led to a “deer in the headlights” response from me. Utterly embarrassed and insecure, I did what I was told. Not a single time during the session did she explain what she was doing, what to expect, check in, or give me after care instruction.I did make a second appointment in hopes the next session would go better, figuring that maybe she was off her game that day. Well, if that’s the case, then I’m guessing she is always off her game. The second appointment was almost worse than the first, she missed a LOT, and was more cold-shouldered than the first session. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was grudgingly going through the motions. Plus, I ended up having to tweeze a bunch when I got home.While waiting in the office for my second appointment, I talked to the other technician about the in grown hairs I was having issues with. She happily engaged in conversation with me about it, giving me some information. I’m guessing sessions with that technician would go better, but I didn’t go back. I scheduled my next appointment with Beauty 369 in Mansfield and was so much happier with both her bedside manner and wax.

I definitely found my new wax place and new esthetician! I loved every bit of my wax experience. The place was extremely clean. Nadia was very professional. The service was quick and easy. Not painful at all! Nadia made sure she removed all the hair; she’s definitely a perfectionist but I loved every minute of it. Thank you Nadia!

I just tried to book with whoever answered the phone and explain to them that I booked an appointment earlier this morning at 7am but the website was confusing so I wasnt clear on if I booked it correctly and I wanted to see if they had something available past 4pm and she just talked to me as if it was so inconvenient for her book me in today. Then when she mentioned I missed my appointment for today at 11am, she sounded as if she was so disgusted by it. She made me feel so uncomfortable to even re schedule my appointment.This place needs training on customer service! I didnt even bother to book my appointment she had available and just told her never-mind and hung up the phone.

Janette was awesome! Its been 4yrs since my last wax. I usually use clippers.. Janette made me so comfortable and gave me some great tips of what to do between waxes. I will definitely be back in 4weeks😁

The place was a little hard to find. If you are going here it looks like a little purple house before you get on the freeway. The staff was nice. When it came to the service it was normal however I feel like she could have been a little more patient.

I was nervous at first to try a different place to get my Brazilian wax, but Nadia made me feel comfortable. It was fast & the pain was even less than what it usually was at my old place. I waited 4 weeks to leave a review, my hair came back thinner & a lot less. Overall I’m happy to have been serviced by Nadia.

Jeanette was good. My first experience and she made me very comfortable and talked me through process. She answered my questions. It was not as bad as I thought. Jeanette you rock!!In regards to customer service,some of the staff could work on it. However, there is no receptionist. These ladies are the estaticians, receptionist, and schedulers. I was just sitting and watching the different tasks that had to handle. I can understand why customer service may not be the greatest at times.

I came here because they have hard wax, but learned the (un)hard way that they still use strips on your legs which I find incredibly painful. The roller was different/convenient, but cooled quickly and she kept having to switch them out to warm them back up. Used the hard was on my eyebrows, but didnt do the middle and had to do a few touch ups and the wax was almost too hot. I was excited to come here because of the hard wax, but I wasnt impressed from the start having issues parking to walking in and the person at the front desk (who also did my waxing) blasting personal music. Unfortunately, I wont be coming back.

Everything was fine at first.. Once I walked into Jeanettes ( however you spell her name) room & saw the trash overflowing !! It looked dirty in there .. I convinced myself to stay I fought traffic to get there.. She exited the room then walks back in without knocking! Then stayed in the room as I got dressed.. Ask if I wanted to leave a tip once we made it towards the front I declined. She began to speak to others as I stood in front of the register I had to ask her if shed schedule me for my next appointment... She wasnt as pleasant as others described her.. I didnt even get a mirror or the chance to check myself out!! Ugh maybe she had a long day Im not sure.

My initial thoughts on this place were so positive. Too bad it turned out to be the worst experience ever! Ill never come to this place again. I didnt even get a name of the esthetician that created this terrible experience. Everything was so rushed and my work half way completed because she couldnt take her time with me even though she knew it was my first time. Though they were able to see me after the initial appointment time, Im so disappointed in her for treating a client like that. Completely heartless.

I just left and couldn’t get home quick enough to leave this review. The young black girl in front is extremely RUDE. She was so aggressive with my wax and when I tried to tell her to be a little more gentle she responded with “this is how I am with all my customers” I just got up and left after that. I won’t be returning. If you don’t mind terrible customer’s service then head over there but I won’t be spending my money where I’m being treated with disrespect.

Called this place to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. They were booked but I won’t be calling back to try and get an appointment later.... and no, she didn’t try to find a way to obtain my business. No apology, no offer to help find another time. Just “we are booked” and a goodbye. I understand most places need an appointment, which is why I called. I would have been more then willing to find another day, but that was not the intention of the receptionist.

Save your money! Go somewhere worth it. Im telling you. Dont go here. I will never get waxed here again. It wasnt the mediocre wax that I received. It was the unbelievably horrible service that I received here. Janette was my esthetician or whatever she was. I waited in the waiting room for 25 minutes without even being acknowledge. Yes, there is a sign on the counter saying they do not have a front desk person. But even still that is unacceptable. Then comes out with as if she was rushing me. Didnt even greet me. Just said if you need to use the bathroom...or help yourself to water or wine its there. I said I dont need to use the restroom. When I followed her in the back. She had me undress in front of her!! She didnt leave the room. She just said undress from the bottom down. Rushing me. It made me very uncomfortable. As a customer getting a wax and her representing a company. She did a horrible job. She got my brazilian done in 15 minutes. Rushed the entire time. Worst wax Ive ever gotten in my life. Do not reccomend this company to anyone.

I didnt get the young womans name that did my wax today but she was a young African American woman who was very rude and said I insulted her after asking her to change her gloves after leaving out of the room and returning. She was not comforting for me being a first timer to this particular chain of places. Overall customer service was horrible.

Just called to set an appointment the receptionist was so rude and certainly not helpful. Asked what day did I want I told her she then asked what time as if they had many openings. She then goes on to say I put you for 4:30 and hangs up before I have a chance to even speak!! I call back and no one answered! Horrible customer service. Not interested in their business I’d rather go to Plano.
