I had my first Brazilian Wax and was very nervous about getting it done. Andrea was the best she was very kind and understanding. She explained what she was doing, what to expect and when she was doing it. Even though some parts of the process was painful Ill get it done again because she made it easier to get through. The sell the best ingrown hair regimen. Results were seen instantly over a 10 hour span. Tried the serum. Went back to buy a slow growth polish and oil.

Arrived exactly at my appointment time and had to wait 10 minutes. No big deal; didn’t mind. The receptionist isn’t the nicest but nice enough I guess. I was having my eyebrows, chin, and upper lip waxed. The wax tech was very professional. However, during, she was kind of slow applying pressure after removing the wax so it did hurt more than normal. I get my face waxed almost every month so I have a good tolerance to the pain. After finishing my eyebrows, she used tweezers to clean them up a little, but she kept plucking in one area that quickly became sore. Afterwards, she escorted me to the front to pay, and I received my eyebrow wax for free since it was my first visit to this company, which was great. However, the next morning, I realized I had a scab under my right eyebrow. It’s not painful or anything, but it’s also not supposed to be there.

About four weeks ago, I came to get my first Brazilian Wax. The person that rendered services was awesome. So awesome that I signed up for their member pass to come as often as I needed. On Thursday, I came in and asked the person, the same person that completed the services before if the hair was long enough to get a clean up and I was told yes. She completed the service and I went on my way. Later on that evening, I checked down there while showering and it felt like stubble!! I immediately called and they told me that I can come in and get it cleaned up at no charge within the five day window. I scheduled an appointment for 230 pm Saturday. I arrived at 240pm and was told because I was 9 minutes late, I missed my appointment slot. I am very upset and disappointed that the service was not correct and on top of that no one could see me because they are booked up for the day. I waisted time and money to come back and get something fixed. There was no manager to speak with but the receptionist stated she would fill a form out but I have to wait 2 days to speak with someone. I tipped really well and paid 85 dollars for a service that was not done correctly. I will be sure to update this post as to what is the resolve to this matter. If I dont hear from anyone, I will cancel my membership and create a complaint on the BBB website.

New to the area and have always used Depil. The first two times were Amazing! Lexi was made having to switch wax centers easy for me. However she’s gone ;( I had Kim last time…. Why I see a lot of nice reviews that include her name. I was not pleased. Now I’m 2 weeks past due for a wax cause I just can’t go back to that

The receptionist was rude and unsympathetic to my situation. This was my 3rd visit. On my very first visit my technician was running behind and I had to wait about 10-15 mins for my service. Not a problem, I didn’t get upset. I had nothing else to do and to be honest, it happens sometimes. Once I got back there, she was very friendly, professional, quick, and I was satisfied with my service; which is why I booked her again. Fast forward to my 3rd visit I had on the 20th, I called to say I would be running about 5-10 mins late due to an emergency with my children. The receptionist goes to telling me I only had 9 mins and that was protocol and wasn’t trying to hear anything else. Let me first state that, I understand she was trying to do her job, but it’s not what she said, it was how, and the lack of empathy or “problem solving”. Again, on my very first visit I had to wait, I even had to wait on my second, so with that being said, since I was never late before AND I had to wait on my first 2 visits, I think I was well within my right to ask that I still be seen even if I was 10 MINUTES LATE INSTEAD OF THE “9”. Customer service is everything and without HAPPY CUSTOMERS you guys wouldn’t have a business. The PROPER thing would have been to apologize, inform me of the policy, and see if the manager and or the specialist was willing to give me a courtesy this one time. LIFE HAPPENS AND PEOPLE SOMETIMES RUN LATE!

My daughter Ella had a 245 appointment yesterday. We called on our way and advised there had been an accident and that we were running a few moments late. They advised that as long as we were there by 255 she could be seen. We arrived at 255 but by the time we got to counter it was 257. They refused to see us. She said they were fully booked for Friday and Saturday. Now I get that you need to stay on schedule but there was zero compassion for the situation, no offer to call another location, and general coldness.

Walking into this place it had a very bad smell of body odor even with my mask on. I was offered a free wax for training purposes, I agreed and was asked if I could change my appointment to 7:00pm instead of 7:15, Someone came out and announced they were running behind and my waxee was “going as fast as she could” after hearing the front desk person with a dissatisfied customer on the phone at 7:20 I decided to leave. I would not recommend this place.

This was my first Brazilian and I was nervous about having someone’s face all up in my cat and the pain, but Kim was SO comforting! She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the entire process with some girl talk throughout the appointment. I will definitely be back! Oh! Shanice at the front desk was so kind and had such a pleasant demeanor, even over the phone when I called to check in. (Total upgrade from what I’ve experienced before with the front desk.) On April 20th I had an appointment for 6:30pm came to my appointment which to remind you I drove 45mins to get here to only find a note on the door that they were close for the day then I spoken to the manger Melissa who was rude about the situation also I was to suppose to receive a call back from her and never received a call I had to call her so that I can try to resolve the situation but I didn’t get far she wouldn’t give me the corporate number so that I can try to talk to them about my situation if the owners of the company can reach out to me that would be greatly appreciated

First let me start off by saying the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful! I had trouble finding the wax center and she went out of her way to help me. The service was fast, clean, and friendly. Tina did my wax she was so informative and friendly(it was my first time). She talked me through the whole process I would highly recommend asking for her. Also, it doesn’t hurt as bad as people make it seem!!! I would rate it a 3/10.

I was thrilled when they put one closer to where we moved and my first few visits were ok! Not the level of service at the other locations I have visited but convenient. Today was definitely a 1 star visit however . My appt was at 11:15.. I’m currently sitting at the front desk waiting to be checked in!!! Literally no one has came to the front since I’ve been here. I can hear talking in the back so I thought there was a meeting despite 3 clients sitting in the lobby. A client literally just walked out and I’m speaking to another guest regarding her experience . The receptionist just came out and apologized because they are short staffed .. my wax specialist was great and apologetic which is why I added 2 stars but the owner should really address the staffing issues ASAP or unfortunately this location will not last much longer!

Let just start by saying the customer service is very great! As a first timer on Brazilian waxing I was very nervous as far as being uncomfortable/ and pain wise. But my wax technician Mia was amazing made me feel very comfortable, she kept a great conversation going to distract me! And would let me know to take a deep breaths before removing the wax. She was very informative on all my questions! Definitely recommend coming here! Thank you for the great experience can’t wait on the next appt!

Glad we finally have a location in Cedar Hill. The staff is super friendly. Ive been here twice and havent had any problems since Ive transferred from Arlington. The service level is great and the outcome from my Brazilian wax is amazing. It is a MUST to visit this location. Mia was a great esthetician. This was my first visit to the CH location. I was a little scared because my last visit at the Arlington location was traumatizing. She made me feel comfortable and was very gentle. I definitely would recommend her. The facility was clean and neat. Convenient, close to home, and lots of free parking.

It was my first time getting wax and I was a little bit nervous but Lexii made me comfortable and talked to me so that calmed me down and it didn’t hurt too bad. I’m definitely coming back again☺️

This was my first ever bikini wax. I read online that you should not shave for 10 to 12 days before your wax, which I did not. I told the aesthetician that it was my first bikini wax, but she was very cold and unfriendly. She told me to undress and lie down, but did not leave the room or let me know what she was going to do before she did it. Is this normal?? When she was almost finished with the entire wax, she told me that I should have gone three weeks without shaving and that she was unable to remove very much hair. AFTER she was almost done! So now I’m on fire for NO reason. She was not compassionate or apologetic about it. In fact, I don’t even know her name because she spoke to me so little. Also, as I was getting dressed, I noticed a big clump of long hair on the floor.

I’d like to start with Mia that works here is a wonderful waxer, really sweet, and quick. She is my preferred when I come in which I’ve been to this location quite a few times since opening but after today unfortunately I will not be back. The receptionist was very rude. I received a call to confirm my appointment and was informed the 15 minute grace period. When I arrived right at 9 I was on an important call so I parked in front of the doors where she saw me because we made eye contact. Due to Covoid The door has a sign that you must call before entering, no problem. As soon as I wrap up the call I contact and enter at exactly 9:11 and was informed that due to my lateness she would not be able to fit me in for another hour and a half because there is actually a 9 minute grace period. For 2 minutes when she saw me outside prior to that. I stay across the street from this location and I’d rather make that almost 30 minute drive to the one in Arlington. I’ll also advise my friends as well.

I had my first experience with mikesha and it was amazing! I had a Brazilian and eyebrow and she gave me the best service ever. I am so happy that there is great people at the new European wax center in cedar hill!

This was my first time ever getting a wax, so I was super nervous, thankfully Mia made it as least awkward as possible. It actually didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would the pain subsides pretty quickly. By the time I got out to the front to leave a tip I was sure I would be back!

I received my first Brazilian waxing and it was painful ONLY because I didnt trim my hair down. I was sore for a few days. The staff was pretty friendly, however she didnt give me tips on how to manage it...for instance, you need to use a exfoliant and natural moisturizer for the irritation.

I made my appointment 2 days in advance. I was told to come at 6:30 and arrived ad 6:25. I waited 10 minutes before the specialist, Mikeisha, came out to tell me it would be another 10 minutes (but not even). It is now 6:58 and I have yet to be seen. When I asked about the additional wait I was told that my appointment time was actually 6:45 (lies!). I have visited 3 other European Wax Centers and have never received such poor customer service or treatment. Never again!!! Don’t waste your time.

This place has a nice environment, the staff is wonderful gave me great service i was nervous by it being my first time waxing the lady educated me on waxing and the after care. I will be going back absolutely loved it!!!😃 Stop right on by and give them a try you wont be disappointed.
