Tried it as a simple way to change oil. Blew me away with how good of a job they did. Great price! Good service! Enough said. Well…could update the waiting area…but oh well

Even during the busiest time of day, they were still able to get my vehicle in and out at a reasonable amount of time.

I purchased 2 Cooper tires at a great price,and had them installed very quickly.

What to get my oil changed only two cars ahead of me. The man said it would take an hour and 20 minutes so I left.

Tires I bought were great. However, I had to go find out where the were a day after they had been delivered. I had an appointment to get them put in at 10 after going to pick up tires in pick up truck was pulled into bay to get tires around 1020. 1142 no tires on truck yet. No communication at all.If you need service here be prepared to wait

I came in approximately 4:55 PM for a nail in my tire and I had warranty, they immediately pulled my truck into service and 30 minutes later pulled my truck out. Thinking it was done I walked up to the counter and waited another 20 minutes and informed the lady at the counter was my truck ready, I just saw them pull it out and she then asked the service workers was I ready to go and she came back inside and told me they pulled my truck out because another person had an appointment mind you my truck was inside for service 30 minutes before the appointment. Now Im still here waiting at 6:40 pm still waiting for service.....thank you last time here for service

Needed decent tires for my older Civic. Good price compared to other quotes I got. Only had 3 of the 4 tires, had to go back a week later to get it. Noticed 1 of the other tires was low when I went in and it was because it had not been sealed correctly on the rim originally. However, it was fixed and is fine now as are all the other tires. Also, they promised they would call me when the 4th tire came in but didnt. I called 3 times during the week and each time was told they would call. Once 6 days passed I called to find out the tire was in stock. Would have been better if staff had kept their promise and called me first.

Its clean and the store clerks in this department are usually the MOST helpful people working in the store.And another plus is they are knowledgeable in their department.I have found this to be true in Texas and Alabama.

I drove up and parked my car hoping that I’ll get a simple, well needed oil change. I literally sit in my car for almost 20 minutes watching this tall Caucasian man mope around and moving slow. So I get out my car and go to the counter and ask for my car to be checked in at least. The guy at the counter says to go to the same guy I’ve been waiting on to 20 minutes. I tell him how long I’ve been waiting and he still tells me that I need to speak to the man moving slow. So I then go up to the slow moving man and ask him if he could check in my car. His response: “I’m super busy”. I didn’t say anything and got right back into my car and wait about two minutes for the guy at the counter to motion for me to move my car up. As the guy from the counter checks me in, he had such a negative attitude. Like what kind of customer service is this? I then wait about an hour for them to get done. All I know is that this will be the first and last time I go to this location to get my car serviced. It was ridiculous!

Work is good usually but dont expect too much. As someone who works in this store(not automotive) I can say the department is understaffed and lacks management. At the end of the day youre still taking your vehicle to be serviced by people who make the same or less than the person who checks your receipt on the way out the front door.

This place was fine the first time I came here, but once I went for my second oil change the guy who actually did my car was useless and unable to perform his job properly. Apparently, they did not have my oil filter in stock, but he did not check that even when his MANAGER told him to (his manager was dealing with a guy who brought in a car with a really messed up engine). The guy dealing with my car drained all of my oil, then proceeded to fill it back up. This took 3 hours to do. In the end they did not require me to pay, but now I STILL need an oil change and the guy who actually did my car only threw my keys at me and walked off. The manager talked to me more than that guy did. They were decent... until this incident. Im actually afraid to go back up there.

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE Young men cared more about free chicken than the did about me or my car. How do you send me away with out my engine oil cap in place? I hope you enjoyed your lunch.

Hey they did a quick job. Changing my tire and even kept my tire over night with no issues they had it for me when I came back in my car and put it on for me as well the next morningThe garage manager was great and seemed to be just an alright guy.Great experience with this store and hey who says that about Walmart now a days.So yeah he gets kuddos cause I am always in a hurry running a company and do not have the ability to slow downBut when a blow out does the trick I am glad I was close to this walmart.....

They need some work in this department. The oil change took well over and hour and the manager spent the whole time explaining to people how he was just taking over and noone there knew what they were doing. This was about 3 months ago so I hope they got the much needed help.

No cell service! How can you call for help if there is emergency!! Its always hot in there especially when the temperature is 100 degrees or better!! They never have enough cashiers like other Walmarts have.

Dont bother getting tires here. Went in for one price, got quoted twice the price after all the add-ons. Ill admit it was still slightly cheaper than what i paid at discount, but they were upfront about the cost for a better tire.

Nice friendly people even put my windshield wipers on for me!

Very, very slow servicing my vehicle... I discovered that they used water instead of windshield washer fluid. Wonder if management suggested that as a cost saver.....

Battery was bought in and they out ot on a charger for almost 2 hrs before they determined they need to replace it. Dorks

I came to get a battery and an oil change. It didnt take long at all and the customer service was pretty good.

They take forever. Not good customer service. Now I remember why I stopped coming here a year ago.

Horrible experience!! First..some guy just walks up near my car and looks. Shouldve been my clue to leave. After abt 15 mins I go to my car to find dirt and oil fingerprints on the inside. Floor doesnt look vacuumed. French fry....crumbs..coins on floor. So I go back and ask...says he did front. Went inside to discuss with mgr...she says vacuum wont pickup frenchfry...what??!! I was wasting my time. The one window to clean was smudged and streaked. Im inclined to believe half the items checked probably werent. And it wasnt even busy. Ugh!!

Dont let Wal-Mart work on your car. You know how horrible their customer service is? Imagine that same service on your vehicle.

Couldnt get any help, but finally found what I was looking for. It was a different aisle than what it said on line. Went to check out in automotive and the the girl who was checking out wasnt pleasant at all.

Told me to wait outside and a tech would write a ticket for oil change. Waited a while,no help. Back inside, I was told to wait outside and they would tell someone to come help me. Never happened. I left, will change it myself. Disappointing.

First of all someone took my dads wallet(that I left in the car) and we later found it in the trash apart from that it was a great experience.

I told the mechanic I want high mileage oil be he put in the standard low mileage

Called just to get a price for some tires and got transfered 4 times and then waited about 10 mins with still no answer and finally hung up. If this is how slow and unprofessional their going to be I do not want my buisness going there.

Always go to wal-mart for motor oil, parts stores dont even try to compete.

Two hours for an oil change and tire plug. Then right when they’re done the ONLY person that works at the back to check me out goes to the front. This place is a joke and the guys are the most lazy team I’ve ever seen. Never again....

Not what I expected, did not have the tires I need, long wait for someone to assist you, and all were rushing to get you out of the way not listening to what I was needing.( I also needed a oil change and waited 10 min for someone to assist but was never helped, I left the establishment without being seen)

Worst place ever to get your oil changed !!! I recommend you make this the last place on your list to visit for an oil change . When I arrived I was told my oil change was going to take 45 mins no longer . I come back an hour later to find out they havent even started on it !! When I finally left I ended up spending 2 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change !!!!!
