My experiences have always been good. They have fixed my car on more than 1 occasion, for didnt issues, and explained to me what was going on each time. They didnt treat me like how some males treat women and try to get over or talk to me like I was dumb. I enjoy and trust bringing my car here.

Hello everyone. I just had to take the time out to post my experience with this particular location. I am very please by how I was greeted upon arrival. By a guy named Jay. He was the most professional and well mannered guy I have witnessed in a long time. He greeted me as I stopped and I did not have to get out of my car and ask any questions. I wanted a oil change and I received feedback from Jay that I needed a extensive flush,I was a little hesitant about the flush because I thought he just wanted to upsell Lol. However. This guy literally took the time to explain why. He also was very honest. I just wanted to take the time to Thank you for your excellent customer service. You never know who comes to your shop. I want to say to whoever hired this gentleman. Thank you. People do not have to be nice and honest. I can tell he loves his position. I thought he was the manager. To add everyone was nice but he was exceptionally nice. He went far and beyond and Im glad that I gave this location a chance. I highly recommend this location for their speed of service. The customer service and the courtesy of the employees. I have not seen this in a while and it speaks volumes. Got an alignment done here a couple of weeks ago, but my car is still pulling hard to the right. The mechanics were all pretty nice though.

Bought a Groupon for $40, had to pay additional for the oil filter which should have been included. I was told this was because newer cars have a twist on oil filter. If you have a newer car you will be paying more than you think.

I went here for the first time and this was one of the quickest auto places I have been too. Plus the people who work there are very nice and hospitable.

Jay helped me as Tony at Autozone said. He never tried to sell me any extra stuff. Never felt stupid and the customer service of that entire team seems to be on point!

Used my Groupon...good deal...BUT...attendant noticed moisture around oil cap...and gave me the spill on possible motor locking up...but for a mare 29.99 they could fix the issue. So we went with it.I noticed same attendant doing same thing to others.And one more thing...the door has a sign to mask up...and we do...BUT...all the workers wear their mask under their chin all the while working in and out of your car...just saying.

I had my car towed here in August to have it repaired for the serpentine belt and air compressor it was $1,292 already so it was expensive. When I got my car back the whole front fender was off and hanging on the tires the airbag light button was on for the passenger side, my headlight and neither did my tail light and Signal did not work, fuse box panel door inside was off and the hood latch is broken. I took the car back up there to have them fix the damage that they did to the car and the owner Tony was insinuating that they did not do it in that they had a hard time trying to remove different parts to fix my car. It made me angry that they would let me drive off with a broke car that could have possibly broke off and caused more damage or an accident to myself or any other drivers on the street. They attempted to fix it but only made it worse by putting nails in it in the wrong place and causing my tires to be scratched against the front fender and then they didnt even fix the other side I will not do business with them anymore I have done business with them and spent over $6,000 almost $7,000 getting car repairs there but Im not going back there because now they have new staff that does not know what they doing and the owner is not fessing up to his responsibilities or his liabilities in the matters of when the cars are not repaired properly and causes more damage on top of the already expensive services. These guys did a great job! I needed My a.c. fixed, only had to wait for about 30 min and I was out of there. They were extremely nice and professional. Waiting room was clean and they offer free hot coffee and cold water that is in a fridge. They have a tv and magazines for you to pass the time as you wait for them to fix you vehicle. I do appreciate that it did not take a long time and that I now have My a.c. fixed for this Texas heat. Thank you guys for a job well done.

The staff were friendly, professional, fast, informative; and efficient. Particularly during this time of social distancing, I really appreciate the care and attentiveness of the staff. My car was beyond past due for an oil change, and even with a global pandemic going on - I could not allow my vehicle to go another week without being serviced. It was my first time coming here to get an oil change and it was great. Since we’re still in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic they allowed you to stay in the car while they change your oil. Staff was wearing masks and social distancing. They informed me about my dirty air filter and explained pricing. They also saw that my coolant was low and refilled it. Overall I was impressed by their fast, friendly and professional service. I will definitely be back!

I was there today. I gotta say Im not that impressed with them. Told them I only wanted an oil change and they showed me like 5 different things that I needed done to my car. Also, stated I needed synthetic oil. My mechanic told me my car can take basic oil.. hmmm ok? So I will not be returning ever. Seriously, give people what they want and dont take advantage just for an extra buck. Just saying.

I have been going to Kwik Kar for a few years but have committed to only taking my vehicles to the Kwik Kar in Cedar Hill. The owner, Tony is awesome. Kendell and Brandon are very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer my questions. They show me what needs to be done and teach me how to take care of my vehicle.The entire team is professional. All the guys are complete gentlemen.

Bad customer service.. Tech shouted across parking lot asking what did I need. Eventually came little closer to see what I needed. Told me he had 3 cars ahead of me and come back maybe on Monday morning. This was at 9am on a Saturday morning

Fast Service for oil change

Since under new management the service is not the same. They want honor coupons on there website. The prices are ridiculous. Brandon is a great manager and try to keep the customers happy. However, he can only do so much.

I went to have my truck inspected today and received quick service. The counter person also suggested that I could complete my vehicle registration at Kroger, which got the process completed in one day. I will be back for my next inspection.

Approximately 4 months ago, my tire pressure was uneven so I pulled up, but they were closed. The gentleman was in his car, ready to leave for the evening got out to ask Maam, how may I help you, we are closed. I apologized, he said, no, thats okay. He unlocked their door to simply put air in my tires, he was friendly and professional. I was grateful that he unlocked the door to service my tires. I stopped by today because due to the weather influxion, all tires had too much air. The gentleman serviced my car again and explained they will vacillate due to inclement weather. I went here before to get an oil change and had no problem. I especially enjoyed the ladys Tuesday discount. Then I went in for my latest oil change. They gouged me for a fuel injector service that I probably didnt even need. They made it sound real good too. They explained it, made assumptions about what type of gas I put in my car, pointed to signs hanging in their office space. They charged me $79.99 for a fuel injector service! $79.99! I couldve went to Autozone and had it done for $10! Thus with the $34.99 I paid for the oil change, $2.99 in innocuous fees, and the $79.99 fuel injector I spent a grand total of $123.57 when all I needed was an oil change. No one should ever go here.

Had oil changed here 4 months ago. Price on the wall said less than $70 for semi-synthetic oil change. I have 200k miles on the car and have done the same oil change for the last 8 years so expected $70.This was my first visit to this location because we just moved here.The initial bill was over $120. With a question, the guy gave me a deal all the way down to $97.....which is still well over the posted price. Crooks. Oh and why did I get charged extra for a special filter? The Camry has cartridge filter, not a spin on, so it costs more. True, it is a cartridge. False, it does not cost more. OReillys is next door.He said the boss sets the prices, he hears complaints all the time but cant do anything about it.My fault. I should have asked if the price on the wall was right. $30 isnt worth the drama or blood pressure. Write a review and tell the people where to go.Where to go? Valvoline on beltline at 67. Nice folks. Professional staff. They tell you how much before they do the work......without you asking. Sounds fair to me. And the price? $70.So, what about the new management people are talking about these last 2 weeks? The boss sets the price in the computer. Did the boss change too. Did the management quit and get tired of hearing all the complaints which they could do nothing about? Who knows.I took my 3 vehicles and the fleet I manage to Valvoline.

I would never go here!! My boyfriend had a brand new camaro, they changed his oil and locked his engine up! The employees are so unprofessional calling him the “n” word. Though the guy was black himself it was still unprofessional. The manager didn’t care what they have done! I told my boyfriend he should sue them! Ghetto and a hot mess of a staff, seem like they jus picked them right out of a prison!! He had to purchase a new car all because somebody didn’t know what they were doing!!!

I went today to get my differential service done in my 2016 Challenger. They told me to go next door to OReillys Auto to get the rear end fluid and they would put it in since they didnt have the fluid I was told to use in it. Once I got back another gentleman told they wouldnt put in fluids unless they were purchased from them and it would cost me $75 after I had already purchased the other fluid. That got me stuck with nobody to put it in! I got it put in for $15 dollars at Ten Mintue Oil Change in DeSoto no questions asked by real professionals! If you want no hassles by true professionals do not go here! If I could give them Zero Stars I would. Dont sacrifice the investment in your car to those who will gouge you and not treat you as a valued customer.

First off let me say this. This Kwik Kar used to have some very good employees around a year ago. They replaced my alternator and fixed my starter for free when I was having problems with it. I dont know if they were moved or something, but these new guys are from the old Desoto Kwik Kar off of Cockrell Hill Rd that was shutdown and turned into 10 Minute Oil Change. I started getting my oil changes from these guys when I first got my Ford Focus. A year ago around this time, my rear left wheel bearing went bad. Long story short, the old Desoto Kwik Kar charged around 500$ to fix it, something like $537 I dont exactly remember the charge. One year later, Im hearing the noise again, only it sounds worse...So instead of going to them again, I tried a different shop. Turns out, It was the REAR LEFT WHEEL BEARING AGAIN. So they gave me an estimate of around $176 to fix the bearing total. Let me tell you something.... If you continue to go to these clowns, your going to find yourself getting ripped off just like me. Please, do yourself a favor. Do some research. Find a nice repair shop near you, and get your vehicle serviced there. This Beltline Rd Kwik Kar is going to get shutdown just like the other one. Youll see...
