This was my first time at Take5. Its awesome that they are open on Sundays. I had less than a 5 min wait until it was my turn. The team worked great together getting my car taken care of. Now I dont have to take time off from work or sacrifice a lunch break. A+++

Changing review from 7/30 due to issues . Took 2020 Ram 1500 for Oil change on 7/30 service was good and fast, told at the time that the oil filter was up there and there was a little spillage which may cause spotting for a little while. After a few weeks oil was still present on my driveway and actually getting worse. took back to Take 5 to be told it was just a messy oil change not cleaned up properly and there were no leaks. End of September still seeing oil under vehicle that looked to be coming from drive shaft seals. Took car to Ram dealership to have fixed under warranty. They called today telling me the car was fixed, but it was not a transmission leak, but oil was from a loose Oil filter that had not been tightened properly during the oil change at take 5. $152 charge for the diagnostic and tightening of the filter.So now im out for the cost of the Oil change and the cost of diagnostic work. Manager at take 5 offered 3 free oil changes as compensation (NO THANKS). I will not take my vehicle here ever again and would not recommend this quick lube to anyone due to poor workmanship.

Always take our truck to Take 5 when available. They are very nice and professional. They do the job right the first time. They sometimes ask when we last came i because the oil looks to good but we are commercial and oil changes is the life blood of a vehicle. We put a lot of miles on our truck and it must be cared for well. We do not skip oil and filter changes. They will also change air and gas filters and keep them in stock, but we do those ourselves. Sometimes i take oil and filter with me too and they are just as nice and professional with those. I have never had a bad experience and we actively seek out Take 5, if they are in the area we are driving.

Professional, honest and friendly. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant say enough about the employees at this location. I always leave with a renewed spirit at the level of service provided. These are tough times and it is reflected in many businesses understandably. Huge shout out to these guys!!!!

Only my second or third time going here but always courteous and professional. one of the few auto service places that you get extras without asking! Kind of like the old days when your gas was pumped for you, and taking a quick look under the hood was was just the little extra you became accustomed to!

Anytime someone is honest with you and not trying to get over. This worker realized that my car wasnt reset to show the correct amount of fluids. So he reset it and I didnt need anything done. I had recently bought the car and everything had already been inspected and service. I like how he kept it real with me. I will be back when I actually need any service done to my vehicle.

Great customer service and quick process. I was busy and dreading getting an oil change but this place made it easy and Convenient for me. I won’t be going anywhere else now!

I went in to get an oil change because the light was on. Mark greeted me and gave me the instructions to pull in the bay. Thats when they started to check my oil. Mark showed me that my oil was clean and I did not need an oil change because the oil could go another couple of thousand miles. I was impressed that they would tell me that. They now have a customer from here out. Thank you Mark and Take 5!

I arrived and was greeted by service agent, He then asked me for the milage on my odometer. Once I gave it to him, He said that they would not change the oil in my truck because I had an oil leak and that i had surpassed the mileage from the last oil change. I sensed the frustration on the servicemans face from the moment I drove up to have my oil changed . I showed him a coupon that I had received via e mail as a means to get my business. After the way I was treated I will never give this location my business. And this review is posted so that other patrons dont have the same unprofessional customer experience.

All I can say is they went above and beyond. When I turned into the parking lot I hit a curb and busted a tire Mark came out and put my doughnut on then got my oil changed. Definitely coming back.

Stopped in to get an inspection and had Ritchie take excellent care of us. He even replaced a dirty air filter for us and gave us a bottle of water. Thanks Ritchie for all your kindness and taking such great care of us. I highly RECOMMEND this place and I know you will be as satisfied as we were!

I got an oil change here and when I looked at my receipt it says they check my air in my tires and topped off my windshield washer fluid. Neither of these were done. I put my own washer fluid when I got home and no one checked my air pressure on my tires because the receipt says 35 PSI but thats not my current psi. The oil change was pretty quick but youre not getting all the services that youre paying for.

Was a wonderful place, very friendly, and honest. I will be going there from now on. Its so nice to know that honesty still exist in the world anymore. Love thisplace.

Ritchie usually assists me, Im always completely satisfied and happy with his help. He always has a great attitude and makes sure that everything is checked. Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Very thorough. Professional. Ritchie the store manager performed the service. I appreciate the safety check after the oil change which includes starting the engine while someone underneath checks for leaks. They also show you the oil level on the dipstick before you leave. Also included was checking the other fluids and topping off the windshield washer tank. Changed the engine air filter and cabin filter. All this without leaving your car. Service was prompt and professional. I will return here for future service. Vehicle is a 2017 Silverado.

Service was excellent. The assistant manager Alvin went out of his way to provide superior customer service, and made sure to discuss the service and other needs for my car with me. The technician was quick and efficient. I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. Highly recommend, especially when youre short on time.

It was a great experience. I was able to stay in my car while my car was being serviced. Social distancing is very important to me and the ability for me to sit in my car made me feel safe. Also knowing that no one else is sitting in my car is a plus.

I literally think I was there for three and a half, maybe four and a half minutes. Ive never been to a oil change place where you just stay in the car. Great! Ppl very friendly too.

The staff at the Cedar Hill location are so professional and courteous it made a routine oil change an excellent experience. They also performed a DMV inspection and were very thorough and prompt. I would highly recommend them and will return for my next oil change.

I dont usually write reviews BUT I stopped in here because it is close to my job to get a quick oil change and my inspection during my lunch hour. Service Tech was extremely nice and professional, he checked my oil, he then shows me how clean my oil was and explained I did not need an oil change even though where I usually take my car tells me every 3K miles. He explained to me that my car uses an oil that can go up to 6K - 8K miles between changes. They all were quick and very nice. Ill start giving them my business from this day on.Thank you, Take 5

I go here for all my oil changes, inspections Reg the manager and his staff makes a woman feel good she not getting shafted just cause she is a woman. I know that sounds bias but you just have to go and experience it yourself. Great service, guick and courteous.

Guys were great, topped my oil of at 3k miles and rest me to come back in 4k miles since I have high mileage. They were great and ensured I was set to head out of town. Made a new customer a customer for life. Husband will now be using you guys as well

Was good, know what they’re doing. Was quick, rolled in for an oil change waited less then 5mins. We stayed in the car and brought or own oil which I think made a big difference. Was very adorable. Good crew and work space. Didn’t try to up sale the whole store to me lol which is all I can ask from any car shop.

Customer service was quick. Both the service and assistant manager were amazing.Originally only wanted one of my cars for an oil change. After they presented me with amazing service. I came back 5 min later with my second vehicle for an oil change as well. That’s how quick they are they were able to knock out two of my cars in less than 30 mins

Got ripped off. 82.00 and they didnt top off my fluids. Brake light was on next day because they didnt fill fluid to sensor, so my mechanic said, no fluids were topped off. RIP off.

Kinda unprofessional but luckily there was one guy there who knew what he was doing. I took my BMW here for an oil change, they didn’t know what to do with it and it showed. I usually go to the dealership but they are closed Sunday’s and needed the oil change for a road trip. They got it done. Probably won’t go back though as I feel the customer service should’ve been better.

Came in for an oil change on my wife’s Mini Cooper about 10 minutes before closing. I had just left another oil change place that was shutting its doors at 15 minutes to closing. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Will do business here again.

Was great, fast service people know what theyre doing and are very friendly.

Problem came up with oil spewing out after filter was removed and was not informed. Found out after oil spots were seen on my brand new driveway. Went back to check the problem. Was assured it just needed tightening up. $850.00 later had a new lower oil pan gasket installed. Not a good experience.

I waited 45 minutes and a guy with dreadlocs tried to up sell me. Lied like they didnt have my oil. I left without an oil change. Their approach seemed racist and biased to me.

I am currently looking for the Corporate number to report a Cashier by the name of BILLY. He has been very unprofessional since Ive been a consumer here and as of today 11-29-2019 he took things way too far.

I just got off work and went to get my oil change (4:34)I was told they are closed to go to another location in Duncanville ... I looked up the hours online and it clearly states 5:00pm Thanks for running me off guess I won’t be going here anymore
