I came in for the appointment 10 mins early, she filled my nails down quickly but then asked me to move. She began taking costumers before me, after an hour of waiting I got up and left. This place is a horrible business.

Called to make an appointment for Saturday at 1pm. I was told to come in so I did. Once I arrive (10 minutes later) there are 2 people waiting for be serviced and before I could sit down to wait someone yelled from the back of the salon very long wait and to come back in a few hours. So I call again about 4 hours later and was told again that now is a good time to come in. Once I arrive there’s a lady from earlier who acknowledged that I came back. Not to mention someone else is sitting waiting to be serviced. So after sitting for 20 minutes with no one telling me how long it would be I just got up and walked out. What’s the point of making appointments if they won’t be honored

OK, but when I asked for nail art for my pedicure, the answer was no. This was my go-to place for pedicures every time we visited family in Catonsville, but no more. There are too many establishments competing for business not to provide a full complement of services.Addendum: Evidently, there was a change in management, which explains the lackluster ambience and general indifference.

This is the third time I been here and I actually thought it was my new spot until I went on the 6th of this month. The ladies does a great job but Ken, he has messed my nails up twice. I called so he would know my nails was messed up and need to be fix. He had the audacity to tell me he couldnt do it. He messed them up adding to much as well put a nail on crooked & cut my skin while going my cuticles, during the ordeal he only said sorry. I would not return

Highly disappointed. Paid over 100 and the nail tech could not achieve the desired look. She made several mistakes causing my visit to last over 3 hours. I had to go elsewhere and pay for a polish change.

I was a little hesitant to go here to get my nails done based off the reviews but I had a wonderful experience. Emiley was my nail tech and did an amazing job. Everyone there was very welcoming and they followed all the CDC guidelines set in place. I will definitely be going back.

Best Pedicure I have had in a long time! They took their time and everything came out of a sterile package. I am totally satisfied and will be a regular customer from now on! Even the eyebrows were done perfect!

I need to make a correction immediately. I spelled the technician Amy name wrong. I spelled her name as Emmy. Amy gives you the best pedicure in the world. Get the $41 deluxe pedicure. Amy takes her time. She works on your feet for almost an hour. She is so gentle and thorough. It is so relaxing when shes working on your feet and you have the chair massaging your back. You can just sit back and relax or you could bring a book to read. I can honestly say if you want a good pedicure in the Baltimore National Pike area you definitely want to try Amy. Kudos to you Amy for a job well done. Ill see you in 2 weeks.

The tech had personal issues

Showed them a picture of what I wanted and was told they could do it. That was not the case. I was extremely disappointed with my nails

Signed up for the rewards last year. A couple of months ago they said they werent doing it anymore. Would not recommend trusting any of there promotions or reward programs.

They are doing a great job adhering to CDC guidelines and the quality of their work is still good!

They are very mean and unprofessional talk about the clients in their language and do what ever they feel is right instead of what the customer wants.

I have been coming here for at least 5 years I always get designs on my nails When management changed they did away with their design tech. I like coming here but not having a Someone to do designs is a deal breaker. Think I will have to go where I can get everything done at one place

Moved to Ellicott City, could not find a good place to get my nails done until I found this hidden jewel. Love it here, they take great care of you. The prices are good and they even have a reward program!

The first time I went the young male nail tech filed my nails down to the flesh on the sides. They stung for days after. And the skin separated under my nails from the aggressive filing. The second time I went I asked for decals on my nails. I literally had to make a fuss to get them to tell me who does decals, and then to have her apply them. Otherwise they painted my nails then ignored me and my requests despite the fact Id just spent $80. The final chance was just now, I came for a pedicure. They left me soaking my feet for almost 40m. When I asked when Id be helped the older male tech told me I dont know and kept doing what he was doing. Then no one even moved a finger to help, give me an ETA, etc. The pretty one who does brows and the young woman who does decals are the ONLY COURTEOUS PEOPLE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. Everyone else was ornery, rude, and acted like they were pained to address any questions or concerns. I dried my feet, left, and got exponentially better service across the street at PRONails. Ill never come back to these rude, manner-less people.

Not very happy i came in and sat down she was doing my nails then charged me more dollors for what when i left my nail had spaces in between and glue got ln my finger it was hurtin and im comimg in tommorw to geg it fixed its a shame

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year. I only go to one person (Trung). It’s a male Trung and a female named Trung. Go to the male Trung. Ladies go to Trung...He takes his time and cater to you.

They do a great job on my nails every time.

The 1st x I went I was satisfied. The 2nd x i wasnt satisfied and this makes the 3rd x and Im not satisfied again!!! I have gel polish all on the sides of my nail which is on my skin. She had yo redo 3 nails and irs still sloppy. Wont BE back. Its hard to find someone to do good gel polish.

Charlie was so rude to me for no reason. They charge to much for gel. They use the same powder for acrylic and gel, which should no be the case. Charlie is no customer friendly. I would not recommend this place.

I got gel manicure and regular pedicure and I was charged $60, however the gel manicure started to chip the very next day! There was a huge gap left from the sides and top of the nails which didnt look nice. I even asked the nail technician to fix that twice, but he just kept saying sorry and didnt fix it. I dont know if it was communication barrier or he was rushing, but I wasnt happy with my experience.

Went to place Honey Go to get a pedi. The girl was awful should of gotten her name. I wouldnt.t go there again she cut my big toe and kept bleeding. Never offered me anything discount or something all she said I sorry. My toe kept bleeding for a while and it hurt it still very sore today. NO WAY I go back first and last time

Prices and customer service is way better than other local nail salons in the area . Thanks to Ruthie, Charlie and all the other techs for making my experience enjoyable !!!!

Long wait time. One nail tech was chatting with a customer for over 2 hours, while people sat waiting patiently.I got a pedi/mani combo. The guy who did my nails was horrible! Laziest mani/pedi ever! I could of done a better job at home. Never going there again, would NOT recommend!
