The customer service was excellent. They took their time and were kind. Our nails looked great!

I went in for a fill in but they had me waiting then came out and said the person that does fill ins are not there. The approach and tone was very rude to someone trying to spend money with them. I won’t be going back. Then as I’m leaving one of the other ladies that was doing nails starts to laugh. It seemed to be racially motivated/ or homophobia because it wasn’t that many people in there. But I learned my lesson never going there again!

Entered for a pedicure. Nails were files crooked. Fell polish puddled in cuticles. Chose the $56 pedicure and brow waxing $12. Was told total wax $78. Why, I asked. Answer we charge $20 for gel polish.WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!

They were really great. I had the best nail experience here. I came in with an old set I hated that the other shop did but the ppl were really nice so I paid n left. But this set of ppl made me laugh the entire time they worked with me. I went on a covid Sunday. Very empty, good music, nice ppl clean place. The only thing wrong was using old equipment on me. Like the nail files and stuff but 🙄 it’s what ever. Lol. I went to two men one did my nails his name is Tony and the guy did my feet his name is Ken brown. They are awesome fr. Now it was my first time so idk how well they hold up yet. But like I said I came in on this set and it was falling apart after a week. So I won’t be able to rate how well or long they last or hold up. But the service was awesome.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Popped in to get my nails done for an event that evening. Upon walking in there was only one customer and the nail tech. The nail tech asked me what was getting and told me to pick out a color. She then said that there would be a 10 minute wait which was fine with me. I picked up my color within a minute and asked her could I sit it with her while I run to the car. She said if I walked out the door she would put someone before me. I asked her if I was courteous enough to patronize her business she at least give me a minimal timeframe to run out especially since I signed and it’s first come first serve. She then continued to argue her stance so I never left and waited for her. Upon service she aggressively rushed threw the job only polishing my nails with one coat doing a half job. I would never patronize this business again when there are so many other salons who appreciate the customers. Basically I felt like this business can careless if people patronize them or not.

Very bad Customer service. Very rude to customers. I went for the first time paid 70$ for gel fill in eyebrow in a toe nail change . My nail broke next day. I called to see if I cn get it fix I was told it’s not their fault in I was told they can’t talk busy with another customer. Very rude.

I like getting my pedicures done by Ken! I dont like the way the one short chubby lady does my eyebrows though. Ive had better!

Another nail salon that uses store bought acrylic! Your nails will fall off and they do not fix them! Three days after getting my fill in my two nails fell off! The tech who sit on the left hand side first table by the isle (lady) does a HORRIBLE job. The customer is pure disrespect and it’s because we support these businesses. If anyone takes there time out to let you know there experience and then you scroll down to see what seems like the same bad service!! DO NOT SUPPORT this NAIL TRIX. Atleast she could have offered to fix the problem. The do not have many customers. Mainly seniors who get dropped off it seems and folks who really haven’t been to a real nail salon.

IF i could give them no stars i would ! First off its like only 2 people that work here. Secondly, i came in at 4:40 to get my nails done and they said that they were closed, when they closed at 5. And then their excuse was that the man that does nails went home, when in reality they all know how to do nails because each one of them have done my nails before. I will NOT be coming back!

The Nail Tech. was friendly. The hands and feet massages were the best. Also, I really enjoyed the massage chair. I might become a regular.

The woman who did my nails took her time and did an amazing job! My nails have never looked so beautiful! She didnt even charge me extra for getting two colors.

I went to get my nails done with my cousin 4 days ago and my gel nails are already chipping. They look terrible. My gel usually last me 2-4 weeks. Their gel is either very low quality or they putting that stuff in to water it down. And my pedicure was very rushed. That is ridiculous. $70 gone down the drain. I will never go there ever again.

They do a really good job. The nail technician was friendly and the shop was pretty clean.

How do I report them? I got my nails done by them on June 4th by June 10th my nails looked like the picture below. I paid $87 and they refused to atleast do my nails over. I can also provide a receipt. My nail is green and the overlay is lifting. DONT GO! If I could give a zero I would.

This was my first time going to this salon. I had a wonderful experince.

I was skeptical at first cause it was empty inside. Even when nail salons open, they usually have a few customers in already. It was the first time a guy did a good job on my nails. I got the cat eyes but it didnt really show (which is why im giving 4stars).

So far I am disappointed. I was recommended this place and here I am waiting for them to open when it is clear that they should already be open. Ran into a regular customer we both are waiting ing just a little bit longer before going somewhere else.

Did a horrible job on my nails yet the LOWEST price was 30?? Got a BUNCH of acrylic on my hands and blamed me because i didnt wash it good enough i had to explain to the worker who tried to embarrass me, that its a chemical reaction and can not be removed with just soap amd water

Their customer service is poor. Im a easy going person, but I won’t go for disrespect. Crystal is ignorant and can’t do nails, so I had to request someone else. Tony is Ok but his paint job is mediocre. They are empty for a reason. I won’t be back.

The customer service was completely horrific. Very overpriced and rushed. The final product was immensely under average. I advise going somewhere else......... ANYWHERE else.

4th visit, and I never had an issue with service, or the staff. I get Pedi/ American manicure, and it normally last 3-4 weeks. I would recommend visiting them.

Very clean, very fast, cheaper than other places Ive been to! I went in needing a fill in (acrylic) and gel polish on my nails. I was seated right away and the guy did a great job repairing two nails that had broken tips from another place Id gone to. He was super fast (maybe 40 mins tops) but very professional and my nails looked better than the place Id been going to for several months!Now I took one star off because a couple of my finger tips (bottoms of fingers not anywhere near the nails which is what he was working on) were stinging quite a bit. He hadnt done anything that I could pinpoint to causing this. Maybe it was a chemical they used to clean the tools? I dont know why they were stinging and I asked the guy we were both confused. Hes never heard of it happening. Ive had this happen before at other places every now and again so I dont know what it is that causes that stinging sensation, he didnt do anything that would have caused it so it was weird. Maybe I just had a weird reaction to the powder when he filed them...weird. I dont think it was his fault. It might just be my sensitive skin. But it was annoying.

The water was cold in the foot spa. I was constantly pestered to add more services onto my pedicure. In the end my pedicure looked worse than what I wouldve done. I definitely wont be back.

Quality of pedicure is poor. The nail technician barely scrubbed my feet and when I asked her about it she said “ we don’t scrub your feet to remove dead skin, you have to do that at home”Never Again

Ok so I paid $85 for my feet and nails done, there should not be any reason why my nails are already chipping away...the chrome is coming off and they layered the acrylic TOO thin because now my real nails are breaking. This use to be my FAV place! But I think its new ppl that run it now because the service is not the same. Wont be going here again.Advice: if you want your toes done; this the place to go! But anything else I would advise NOT.

This was my first time going I was in the area the worst experience every I went to get a clean up on my eyebrows needless to say she was clueless pedi was something I could have done myself mind you I paid for the calluses removal the woman literally stop doing my pedi to do 5 people for eyebrows how you leave a customer she told me to wait this wont take long 20 min later I had to get her I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!

I went because its conveniently located next to my job however I sat and waited for 1 hour and no one was attentive. I will never go back!!
