Just stopped by and they are no longer in business. They have been closed since 2019. Rock heating has been piggy backing on their phone number and, presumably, trying to benefit from the closure of a competitor by pretending to be them. Though that DOES need to be verified by Google.

Edit: Just wanted everyone to know that I was able to get this job done by myself. Had to buy a pipe cutter, some pipe, and two shark bites, plus the backflow preventer from Home Depot. All that costed me about $200. I spent about an hour and a half doing it after watching multiple youtube videos. It really wasnt that hard and Ill be attempting my own repairs from here on out.INSANE PRICES FOR RESIDENTS!! I had an outside pipe at my house that burst during the winter. I could clearly see that a new valve would be needed. The valve was a backflow preventer that cost about 90 bucks online. These guys wanted $1300 to replace it!!! the job would probably only take 20 mins max for professional and about half a day for me. Im just going to do it myself as soon as I can figure out how to shut my water off.

The service technician, Derrick, called ahead and let us know he was on his way. He said he would arrive a little bit early and he was good to his word. He surveyed the situation, explained the cost, and alerted us to an out of code upgrade that was made two years prior by a handyman. Derrick was able to clearly explain the code violation, and give us a non-binding estimate to put things back to code. We asked him to provide us a non-binding estimated cost on replacing our vintage water heater as well. Very pleasant and professional gentleman.

We had a leak in our main water line coming into our house. Wed gotten 2 other quotes and both recommended a very expensive replacement of the entire water line. We had a problem with our basement laundry room backing up into the shower located one room over. Determining that there was no clean out access, and PRO Plumbing were not able to snake the line, we decided to go ahead and jackhammer the concrete out around the shower drain. Turns our the cast iron P-Trap was rusted totally shut. Our tech made the call to inspect the rest of the line with a camera, clean it out, and then tie the laundry room drain directly into the main sewer line. We overloaded that line for an entire week with no issues. Our tech came back out and filled in the hole, poured new concrete, and cleaned everything up. We could not be happier. I will recommend PRO Plumbing Services to everyone I know. Great service, totally PRO techs, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done to fix our problem.

I’m sorry to say that the issue I requested repair for was not fixed. The most frustrating thing was that the heat was turned up full blast in my bedrooms for weeks while I tried again and again to reset the thermostat. I could not get the plumber to come back to undo what he did to the heat. I finally called someone else who flipped a pin down by the boiler and fixed that.I payed Pro Plumbing $180.00 for nothing but frustration, wasted time and a big heating bill.Mary Phillips

I recently used Pro Plumbing for the first time. I appreciated Pro Plumbings knowledge, quick service, thoroughness, but most of all the value for what I got. Their rates were far more reasonable than the competitor that I originally contacted. Recently, I discovered a water leak under my kitchen sink, which normally I would be able to repair myself. Unfortunately, the tract-builder of my home decided to cut some costs, and installed throughout my house, some cheap plastic hosing and connectors, which I was not about to try and work on.I called Pro Plumbing Services, who came out and quickly fixed and replaced this cheap plumbing configuration that the builder had installed. It hasnt leaked since.Thank goodness for a good, honest locally owned plumbing company, who responded quickly, and repaired only what I needed done.

Pro Plumbing did a great job installing our new water heater. We live in an older house which had some legacy plumbing around the 20 yr old water heater. Chis came out and did the install and cleaned up the plumbing, which increased the water pressure as well. Did all the work as promised in the time frame they said. Called on Thursday and they came out on Friday. We have used them several times in the past 11 years we have lived in Castle Rock and we keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Overpriced! Had a toliet that was leaking, needed to be reset with new wax ring, maybe new bolts. Over $500 just for that! Get a quote folks. I paid their $69 diagnosis trip charge and will have to find another plumbing service. The only reason they got 2 stars is that the plumber was very nice. Just too expensive.

Turns out the parts and labor they wanted to use were $130 more than the work I could have had through PRO plumbing.They knocked it down $90 but I really wish I had just stuck with PRO plumbing. We used PRO Plumbing for a leak in our water main pipe that was causing flooding in our basement. I was able to reach someone right away over the weekend and they had someone out to look at the problem within an hour. Once the underlying issue was identified, they worked with me to get someone out to repair the leak as soon as possible and were very responsive and understanding of the need to get the issue resolved fast. This is the second time weve used PRO Plumbing and I would highly recommend them.

On Monday morning, I awoke to find a leak in ahalf inch copper pipe connected to the recirculation pump on my hot water tank. Mondays are busy days for plumbing and HVAC companies but the dispatcher at Pro (Patty) was friendly, courteous and helpful. She arranged to get a plumber (Derrick) to my home within a few hours. Derrick arrived ahead of schedule and did a terrific job. He was courteous, thorough and resolved the problem quickly. He cleaned up after he finished and the pricing was very reasonable. Their prices have skyrocketed but their service has completely fallen apart. It truly pains me to say this. Not good. We had our hot water heater pilot keep going out it stays lit for a short period then turns off completely and I’ve had to keep relighting it. so I looked up local reviews for a good company and they seemed descent.I called and spoke with Patty who was nice enough to set an appointment up for me and try to sell me a hot water heater for $1100 dollars and then promptly called me back to let me know they couldn’t do the original appointment she made a simple mistake and it was no big deal and then she had someone available right then! So we lucked out right? Wrong.We had Derrick out to our house to take a look at our hot water heater he was nice enough and after about 30 minutes of looking at our hot water heater and taking the hoses off and on, talking on his phone he came up and let us know the whole gas line is probably bad because the thing won’t even light. I told him I have been lighting it for days so I then take the repair guy down and show him how to light the hot water heater.... yeah so anyways, he looks at it for awhile we run then hot water it kicks on and off and then he just says he sees orange in the flame it’s the gas line probably? can’t help me really because the model number is rubbed off of the hot water heater let’s me know a new one would be $1900 to install up from the 1100? or I can risk ordering a 400 dollar part that may or may not fit...So I thanked him for the time asked what I owed he said $140 which was about double of what I was told for an estimate by patty but whatever. He returns with no invoice and says no charge for today we have a new baby and gave me his card so super cool right? Wrong.Cut to that night I put down our 3 month old went down to the basement like normal to do laundery and get smacked in the face with the smell of GAS not like a faint oder but a fog gas had filled the entire basement I had to turn the main shut off open the windows this was insanely nerve racking. I called them first thing in the morning Patty sent out someone right away Sonny was a nice enough guy figured out it was the hose.. you know the one the other guy took off and put on? And he was able to find a new hose without needing a model number and installed it free so I should be grateful they fixed the issue they caused?My point here is these guys risked the lives of my family by not checking a simple hose for a leak before leaving.I feel like this should have been a standard check up after putting it back on.Not ok.

Chris Fontana did a horrible job putting in facets that I bought from Home Depot. He knocked out the tile with a hammer and could have cut a square to make it easier to fix. The worst was the bill. Outrageous!! 900.00 to put the facets in and 400.00 for a one year warranty, which I did not want to pay. What a way to take advantage of someone!

I have never used a plumber in Colorado, so I really dont know what pricing is fair. Pro Plumbing sent someone out within 2 hours (this was not an emergency) and the guys they sent were very professional. I had a freeze break in the pipe going to the outside hose bib. They replaced 4 of copper piping and the outside hose bib. This took between 30-40 minutes. They did an excellent job from what I can tell. They charged $333. In talking with a couple of property managers, they thought that was a bit high. It seems steep to me, but I dont have any comparisons as I havent called a plumber in years and never here in Colorado.

Chris came out today when we found a reoccuring wet spot in our basement. He spent more than an hour going through various possibilities to find the problem, both inside and outside of our home. When he diagnosed it and realized that it wasnt a plumbing problem (irrigation problem), he recommended a restoration specialist to take care of the needed cleaning and repair and DIDNT CHARGE me anything! Not even the service fee. I am so impressed, and so thankful to find someone so diligent. I am almost looking forward to having a plumbing problem, since I now know who to call. :) If only they did electric....

I had a crushed sewer line under my basement floor. Pro Plumbing came out immediately and scoped the line and gave me a quote on the spot to fix it at no cost to me. I also had 2 other plumbers come out and look at the job. One would not undertake the major job, the other one showed up asked me to pay $200 for a video of the scoped line (which I refused to pay) and then I had to call this guy back 3 times before he sent me a quote to do the work. His quote was over $13,000.I called in Pro Plumbing a month later, they honored their original quote of $6,400 and got the entire job done in just a few days.I highly recommend this company, and Ill certainly call them back next time I need work done.
