SO....Our heater went out a couple of hours into the cold snap and first snow of the year - (Its going to be single digits tonight) - We had to find someone to repair our furnace as soon as possible. We called Chris, who was very professional on the phone and he promptly came over to our home in Elizabeth. - Happily he had the part we needed (Igniter)!!!He then serviced our furnace to make sure it was running great for us. Chris is very friendly, knowledgeable and fair priced! - 100% chance we will use him and his company again!

My furnace motor went out on a Saturday evening on one of the coldest weeks of winter. I called Budget Heating and Cooling of Castle Rock and Chris was able to come check it out within a half and hour. He gave me some tips on how to keep my house warm until he could get the part. He was able to get the part a day earlier than planned, called me up and came over to replace it. My house is warm again and the whole process was way easier than I anticipated. Thanks for the urgency! I will definitely call for future issues.

I saw posts about this company and Chris was the tech who was referenced. From the first call until Chris left our home I felt good about him. Chris had already diagnosed the problem and advised what he needed to do prior to making it over. Chris made some suggestions with future issues...not pushy...Chris was very professional and personable. Only charged minimum fee for what he did. I will certainly consider this company again even after we move.

Poor communication, $225 minimum for a 10 minute quick fix, never responded to email or phone messages for a receipt for credit card payment. Just a poorly run company that i would never recommend
