Ryan came out the day after the 4th of July - his holiday. He could not have been nicer and more professional. Taught me a few things about the AC unit and replaced the capacitor in about 20 minutes. Great service, super nice guy. Will definitely be using them in the future!

We reached out to them several months ago for some major work we needed done. Assessment process seemed much more intensive than other bidders and the guy that came out really spoke to me to explain what was happening and our options. Work was done in two days and we replaced our furnace, A/C, and humidifier and all up to the new codes of the town. Inspection passed easily and even got comments from the town inspector on the quality job. Only negative is on the rebates available, I was told about a number of rebates but I feel I was just and of left on my own to figure out where and how to get them...process on that side is a bit exhaustive, but maybe that is by design.

We decided to install A/C in our home. Tim McKeown, a true professional, came out and did a complete evaluation of our current heating system. He provided us with several options including upgrading the furnace system which perfectly matched our home for size and efficiency.The technicians were very courteous and professional and kept us updated every step of the way.Overall, one our best contractor experiences!

Warning: they charge $120+ just to get a repair estimate. Called to schedule a repair appointment for condenser that stopped working. Asked if they charge to give an estimate. Lady on phone didn’t know. She had a tech call me back and said was a free repair estimate and to call on a Monday to set up appointment. Called on Monday and turns out that if you want a repair they charge $120+ just to give you an estimate. I took my business elsewhere as there are other vendors that know how to bid competitively to earn your business without getting their hooks in you for $120+ just to look at your equipment.My experience with companies that charge this much upfront just to give an estimate are very likely to give overpriced bids. Read the other reviews on price and do your research ladies and gents.

Called and they got me an appointment the same week in the busiest part of the a/c repair season. The techs that came out, Kyle and Stephen, were very professional and friendly. Kyle explained everything clearly and concisely. Would absolutely recommend them!

Nytech was awesome. First off, they have a professional dispatch center that always picks up the phone (unlike many other HVAC companies) and they jumped through hoops to send us an experienced technician on the same day to handle an inoperative AC in our new house. He arrived in the expected window and it turned out nothing was wrong with our system at all - he found a separate thermostat that we didnt know existed and confirmed the system worked fine. They didnt charge us for the visit, which was awesome. When this unit needs replacing or servicing, Nytech is definitely who we will call again.

I wouldn’t have any one else work on my HVAC system other then these guys. They are on time and go the extra mile to make sure everything is functioning right the first time. I have used NYTECH to have my air conditioner repaired and most recently to have my furnace serviced that quit working. Both times they have been able to get me in same day and are very friendly. All of the individuals that have came to repair have been super nice and have offered to pick me up coffee on there way to home. The most recent visit we decided to have a new furnace installed. The installation was done very well, and the area was left clean and nicely presented with the finished product. I just moved into my first home and I contacted Nytech on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad that I did. Their customer service is phenomenal: from the people who answer the phones to the people who came out to inspect my system and the team who came out to install equipment I was impressed by every one. I had an new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed and the team who did the install - William and Troy - were professional, efficient, and friendly. They paid attention to every detail, from booties on their shoes to drop cloths on my carpets, and taking dedicated time at the end of each day of the two day process to walk me through what they’d done and answer any questions. I so appreciate that they educated me on the different parts and shut-offs (gas, water, electricity) that I wouldn’t know having lived in apartments my entire adult life. My equipment works great and looks great - it was clearly installed by dedicated and qualified professionals. My dog absolutely loved that they even took the time to give her cuddles throughout the two days.

Kyle, showed up on time. Totally professional during the entire visit. Performed a thorough inspection and got our furnace up and running. A couple days later our furnace went out again. Kyle returned and identified the problem and provided estimates. Diagnostic fee was waived yet still took the time to look at everything once more. No pressure to replace multiple parts or the unit. Just felt honest and focused on the actual problem. Will definitely do business with this company again.

This is a fantastic company. I called them a few weeks ago when I was having problems with our furnace. Benji was very professional and friendly and did a thorough analysis of our failing unit. He reviewed our options with us, and we decided to bite the bullet and replace the furnace with a higher-end model, fixing the missized original ducting at the same time. Wes and Troy did the install and were a pleasure to work with. Sean did a great job with the electrical work. Overall, their workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism were outstanding. We had a great experience with Ricky coming to our home when our furnace failed this week. He was so friendly, professional, and knowledgable about what we needed to do to get up and running again. We appreciated his taking the time to test our furnace and helped us troubleshoot when the CO levels were not where they should be. I dont know how they do it, but Nytech keeps finding friendly, respectful, knowledgeable folks to work for them. They call ahead to let me know theyre on the way, they ask where to park, theyre mindful not to let pets out. They are very careful about tracking in dirt. They answer all my questions so that I understand any issues I find. From both technical and personal perspectives, my interactions with them have been very good in the two years Ive used their services.

We called Nytech to work on the furnace after we had intermittent heat after we replaced a broken flame igniter. Nytech was quick to come and help out the morning we called. Unfortunately after about an hour after the tech arrived, we were told we needed a new furnace. He told us the board is malfunctioning and he recommends a brand new unit considering the age of the unit. Obviously not what I had expected to hear. Cost of a new unit could run anywhere from 4k to 8k.......wow!!!! Then before he leaves, he said we could also buy the board. The quote of the board is only $700.00. But ultimately he recommends a new furnace. That doesnt sound right at all. I called a friend who is a home inspector and he walked me through removed the flame sensor and cleaning it. Basically everything I read online but couldnt figure out where it actually was. Cleaned the flame sensor and put the furnace all back together.....and by some miracle we have continuous heat. Its sad the tech didnt address this issue in the beginning and feels like a total scam.

Its never a good day when your furnace needs to be replaced. Ive had 2 other furnaces that needed to be replaced in a different state. We just moved to Colorado last year and our furnace which was pretty old decided to call it quits.We had worked with another company to get some repairs when we bought the house but it seemed like they just tinkered with the hopes it would fix the issues. It never did.We took a recommendation from Nextdoor to use Nytech and are super glad we did. They were in time for everything, set appropriate expectations, and offered some options to choose from. When we made a decision the work was done on time quickly and cleanly. Everything was a explained before the sale and at the time of install. Post sales the support and follow up has been great as well.I hope to not need another furnace for a long time but I will certainly use them for maintenance going forward and recommend them to anyone else for HVAC work.

We are very happy with the service we received from Nytech! We had another Castle Rock company replace our systems 3 years ago and it was a terrible job and the AC never function properly. We had Nytech out for what we thought was a typical service visit, and they immediately went through all the issues with our system install and why it was not functioning. While it resulted in us spending money we didnt anticipate, we now have a properly installed system that doesnt freeze or leak and will save us money on our electric bill because the system doesnt have to run 24/7. Nytech went way above and beyond my expectations. I woke up Sunday morning to no heat. I called nytech in the morning and was told my tech would give me a call when he was on his way. Our 26 year old furnace stopped working on a Sunday night when it was -6!!! What a nightmare! We started looking on line right away and found Nytech which is open 24/7. They had good reviews so we gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. A service representative came out; and of course, the furnace started working again!! He very patiently stayed here for three hours hoping it would stop working again so he could assess the problem. Even though it continued to run we decided we were probably on borrowed time anyway and wanted to have the furnace replaced. A sales rep came a couple of hours later, took all the measurements and helped us choose a furnace. Mike and Brett were here two days later and did a great job installing our new furnace. They were courteous, punctual and made us feel comfortable having them in our home. Everything looked neat, professional, and clean when they were finished. We have been using Nytech for a few years to do regular maintenance on our HVAC system. They let us know that our furnace and AC units were likely on their last legs and gave us some options to keep them going. We just recently decided to pull the trigger and replace our furnace, AC and hot water heater. Nytech spent over an hour evaluating our setup, our house specifications and gave us a thorough cost estimate. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. The company honored a coupon that had expired, a picture of the technician was sent to us so we knew who to expect at our door, they texted us 15 minutes before hand so we knew when to expect them, they wore booties on their shoes and were very pleasant and professional. Nytech has a customer for life! My furnace went out 2 nights ago and a tech was at my house within an hour of me calling (even offered to pickup coffee and donuts on the way). The tech fixed the issue but did warn me that there was an issue with the control board and the fix may only last a couple of hours or maybe weeks or maybe a year. He didnt push me into buying anything, just gave me the facts. Unfortunately the control board went out again the following evening. I called and let them know. They searched around Denver and found the part that I need and came out to my house at no charge and allowed me to finance the part to get my heating up and running without being a massive financial burden.This is the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They were compassionate, honest and professional. I will never go anywhere else for my HVAC needs and I would highly recommend Nytech to anyone that would listen.Thank you Lisa and Ricky! You guys were amazing and represented your company extraordinarily well.

In the 2 years weve owned our home weve had multiple HVAC companies out for repairs. We found the Service light flashing on our humidifier and called Nytech. Very helpful on the phone, and when Benji showed up (on the dot), he proved to be one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, and competent service reps I have ever met. He fixed the humidifier, cleaned the furnace, and diagnosed a problem with our thermostat that we werent even aware of, all the while taking the time to explain what he was doing. When I called on a Sat morning of a holiday weekend the phone was picked up immediately! The service tech (Ricky) was out out to our house within an hour. They sent me a text with picture so I knew who to be expecting. He diagnosed and repaired our furnace right away & walked through everything he was going to do and all the possibilities that it might be. He made suggestions of what he would do (or could do) and allowed me to decide on additional repairs. He was very congenial and personable while doing a very professional job. We have never called Nytech before but I will use them in the future and will recommend to friends and neighbors. Thanks to my neighbor who suggest I call.

My Aprilaire humidifier was not working. Benjie from Nytec came to find the problem. After finding no problem with the wiring, he found there may be some missing parts in the water distribution part. He called the tech service at Aprileaire who was very helpful and agreed to send the missing parts free of charge. Benjie said he would be back to install the new parts. Nytec has been very helpful in taking care of my AC and furnace.I couldnt ask for better service from everyone there.

Benji spent time explaining the issue with our furnace. He was honest and did not push to get me to buy a new furnace. He offered all solutions and fixed the furnace quickly even though it is an older furnace. I would recommend this service and I would recommend Benji. Thank you for the great service.

Amazing service! From my first call on the weekend they had a tech (Colt) out in less than 40 minutes to come look at my water heater. After about 20 minutes he was able to get it back up and running and it lasted until they could get my replacement part the next day! Friendly, fast and efficient! Definitely my go to place for anything needing to get done!

It’s the little things. Every time I call a friendly human answers. I get a text with the tech’s photo and a 20 minute heads up before they arrive. First time I was asked if they could bring some hot tea or coffee since it’s so cold out. Who does that? A company that values customer experience. I had my system for AC/heat system checked. Benji was on time, competent, polite and efficient. He inspected everything, gave me information such as “You could add a ground fault interrupter” and “You will clean the fan next, but it’s not needed now.” He wore shoe covers and was sure to lock the yard gate to keep the dogs in the yard. Smart, respectful and skilled. It was a great appointment!

Reached out to Nytech after our water heater started leaking. It was 20 years old, so definitely time for a replacement. Benji was in the area and was able to come over a few hours later. He was awesome and provided some great detail on all available options - including tankless, as I had asked about it. We went with a standard tank replacement, which Benji and Mike installed the next day. Installation was fast, clean and looks great! Anyone that knows the service industry knows that from time to time mistakes happen. What becomes the most important quality in a service provider at that point? How they respond to error, and how they communicate. Benji has been absolutely phenomenal over the last couple of weeks to work with. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does and is by far the most knowledgeable technician I have encountered. Great service as always! Had water leaking from our hot water heater. Called and within 2 days, Colt came out, assessed the situation and provided a solution at a reasonable price. He has taken care of our heating and cooling needs for about the last 3 years. He is always friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. You cant go wrong with Nytech!

We had a complete overhaul of our HVAC system and used Nytech. Tim, our sales agent, was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time throughly explaining things to us. He checked in with us throughout the process and even came by the next week to check the work. The pest control company who came to spray for spiders after even said the installers did the best job hes ever seen sealing any holes.

My heating went out on a Sunday morning. I called Nytech and spoke with a pleasant lady (not voice message). She sent Ricky to check out our heating system. He arrived within an hour and even called in route offering to bring us donuts and coffee! He fixed our system before the snow set in and our pipes froze. He also signed us up for the maintenance plan so we don’t have this happen again. I would highly recommend Nytech’s professional services.

Hottest day of the summer on a Friday afternoon our air conditioner stopped working. Mike came over within an hour of our call and had our air flowing nice and cool soon after. He was very courteous, helpful & informative. He happens to also be a Colorado native and a great fly fisherman!
