I had such a great experience this past two days! I ended up dropping my old IPhone 10s and Taylor and Randy helped me upgrade to the IPhone 13. They helped transfer all my information over to the new phone and were very friendly and polite! They helped trade my old phone and gave me a great deal on my new phone. I also ended up buying a pair of AirPods with Taylor’s help. She was wonderful. I then had to go back the next day to get my old phone traded in. I also needed help pairing my older Apple Watch to the new phone. Even though it took a while due to my Apple Watch not being updated in quite a while. Dakota, Joe, and Randy were very helpful in getting everything working again. While waiting on the updates for the phone and the watch I ended up getting the new IPad Pro. And Dakota helped set it up for me. Finally at the end of the long day I ended up also getting the new iPhone for a mobile hotspot and was helped setting that up. Overall my experience was wonderful and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for your plans.
So I didn’t know that the store was taken over by a new manger I have to say that it was a very positive Experience being in there everyone was very helpful and knowledge and I loved that even though they were helping other people that they Acknowledge that I was there an got to me as fast as they could. I will be back to see Randy an his team for any of my issues

Went in for a phone upgrade Saturday. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful! Got us in and out quickly, very personable experience.

They were very helpful,,it took a lot longer than expected but we delt with it. They helped us get our grandson his first phone,,hes only 6 so we got him a dumbphone & an awesome tablet. Weve always had good luck with this store.

I understand they are busy but arent we all... I went in for help but they werent the least bit interested in assisting me... I ended up driving almost 1,000 miles with no phone...no contact... Thank God the staff in Casper dont mind taking care of customers

First time crowded and left.Second time was very quickly greeted by the manager and was helped to check out my AT&T account and she found ways I could reduce my cost since moving to the area.

Sam and Brent did an excellent job of helping me make an informed decision on my new phone upgrade and showed me relative products that would benefit my purchase. They were very knowledgeable, quick and overall had great customer service.
Super impressed with the service I recently received while upgrading my phone. Mario was quick and got me exactly what I wanted. Very professional didnt try to pressure me into anything I didnt want and made sure I checked my new device that all of my stuff transferred over properly before resetting my old phone. I will definitely be requesting him anytime I need assistance again.

It was time for a new phone so went in to look at what options they had. The gal who helped me was very nice. I believe her name was Summer. Wanted the iPhone 12 Pro but they were out at the time so got the 12. She walked me thru the features and even got a trade in on my 6s which was a plus.
I received such poor customer service from Dakota today that I am switching providers.
Jesse Lopez helped us make the switch from union to att and what a mess that can be she handled it with the most highest level of customer service! Even when my husband wanted to change his mind on what phone he wanted the next day she helped him with that I just can’t give this and Jesse Lopez a high enough rating! 10 star store and 10 star for Jesse !
I took a friend over for some settings changes on his cell phone. The staff greeted us at the door and the settings were fixed and we were out the door in 5 min.
Hands down the best customer experience I’ve had with AT&T to date. Went in because I broke my phone, was in and out of the store in under an hour with a brand new one. They will continue to have my business as they weren’t in it for a sale but trying to make sure I had what I needed and went as far as to show me where I can save money with different services they offer.

The sales associates are friendly and the store is clean. They were able to help me right away and get my new phone set up quickly. Hate having to wear a mask in the store but it only took 15 mins to finish there so not so bad.

We walked into this store and the gentleman working there was very rude so we walked out. Went to the AT&T store in Sams club and worth it.
The young store rep Karl Gustafson went above and beyond to help me solve the issues caused by another rep. I went in mad and upset and he handled the situation well. He was very knowledgeable on what I was asking and wanting and he did a fantastic job. I wish all the reps were as great as him. I wish I could give more stars than 5. Good job to you Karl.

My phone wouldnt making calls frequently. It would drop calls frequently. Texts weren’t going through frequently. They told me I needed a new phone. I bought a new phone. Same problems. I came back in, they adjusted this and that. Still didn’t work. So here I am with all the same problems except $50 more a month for a new phone. Came back in to give them new phone back because it didn’t fix the problem but they won’t take it because it’s past the 14 days. Wow
How is that the location in the mall has better customer service than this location? Associate was not only rude but when I told him he was rude he told me to meet him there at 7 when he got off. He continued to tell me that I better bring a gun because he’ll have one. Haha forget this I’ll be switching to Verizon so I don’t get threatened
Bought a phone back in October with a Buy One, Get One promotion. I walked out of the store feeling great about my purchase thinking I got a sweet deal. The deal was not honored, ATT kept telling me that my plan was insufficient and upgraded my data plan, increasing my bill then telling me I was good to go..on numerous occasions only to arrive mid May of 2020.. bill increased by 56 a month over time dollars over time.I was told today by customer service, that the dingus in the store should have made sure my plan was sufficient to be eligible for the promotion. Thank you, for 7 months of frustration, confusion, and higher bills.

Was not thrilled with the bored persona of the manager as he announced he had to go to lunch *drives off in his BMW* parked in the nearest space to the door. His employee helped me and did a good job.
Very little instruction. Took a long time. Issues with password later when I tried to set up an account. Estimated cost much higher than the Rep told me.
I’ve had nothing but problems with AT&T. They don’t value your time and you keep having to go in for the same issue over and over again. Lost my trade in Device so I never received the credit for the promotion for a free iPhone have had to continue to go into the store and keep explaining the same story because they can’t seem to remember the issues they fix. This place is a joke and when I am done with paying off this phone I’m changing phone carriers. My issue still isn’t fixed.

Great people but the cell phone service is so bad here in Casper drop calls all the time. No one can hear me when I call them. I had version when I moved here and it worked great. Really wish I would have never changed to At&t

The store clerk that helped me was amazing, however, the coworker named Mario working with her was extremely rude and disrespectful. I spoke zero words to him, and he kept trying to rush me out of the store and continued to repeat himself when telling me that I could set up automatic bill pay online so that I didnt have to come into the store. I dont know this man from Adam, so I took it quite personal that he was this rude and disrespectful to a complete stranger and a paying customer. All I wanted to do was pay my bill and be on my way.
I have never had such a hard time spending my money ever. If your looking to just go and buy a case or screen protector or what not. Expect to wait a minimum of half hour. Opposite of convenient
Rude and ignorant
This has always been my go to AT&T store in Casper until today. Not sure who they have managing the place, but he is extremely rude. Ive been having a hard time with my current phone and went to buy a different one out-right. A gentleman was getting ready to help me, when a different man walked over and very rudely told me If you want to buy a phone outright, thats what Best Buy was for. Um, if AT&T is my carrier, why cant they sell me a phone??? Im sorry, but selling phones is your job. And selling a phone outright is probably the easiest sale. Im not entirely sure why he came over in the first place, as he seemed more interested in the girls that were hanging around than helping a customer. The whole situation was weird and extremely unprofessional.
They have been a really great phone service for me but after last Monday or Tuesday I am not very happy with them!

It took about 45 mins for them to help but they were busy once we were helped we were out in 20 mins
