This company has no respect for your time, if you have any kind of issue you will be on the phone for hours with someone ( from India Im guessing) that has no interest in helping and you will never get any thing resolved.If your time is of no value to you, this company would be a perfect fit... look forward to an eternal nightmare.

Called to ask why my bill is being raised AGAIN and why there was no notifications. Was told I should read their newsletter and that was about it. Nothing was resolved and they didnt seem to think that raising basic internet bills during a pandemic where people can barely afford important bills was a problem. Total crooks I wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemies and they have been my internet provider for 5 years. Well this time next month that will not be the case. Im not giving this garbage company one more cent.
