UPDATE, THEY ARE PERMANENTLY CLOSED. BANKRUPT. MAYBE SOMEONE WILL BUY THIS LARGE FACILITY AND THE ONLY INDOOR COMPETITION GRADE TENNIS FACILITY IN HUNDREDS OF MILES.Two decent gyms with the ability to do what you need for training. West location is fairly basic with older equipment but well maintained. Pool at East is very small but long enough for lap swimming. Never too crowded and not the attitude and meat market of PF. Biggest issue is some members are just gross, few wipe equipment, and at east there are always guys who walk around the locker room and sit in the hot tub like they are ancient Greek wrestlers. There is seldom any staff in the weight rooms and its not there job to wipe off equipment every time but management could do a better job of enforcing basic gym etiquette by talking to the offenders and kicking out the repeaters who dont care about anybody but their gross selves.

I enjoy the uncrowded and low pressure environment. Clean and full of top of the line equipment. Friendly staff and even nicer members. Worth what you pay.

The employees are very friendly and the equipment is really clean. They also just recently got a massage therapist that does deep tissue massages ( the good ones) and it is a really great price for the quality of the massages.

What a great club. I went in with a friend and was able to enjoy a great workout. The manager Whitney was very friendly and helpful. I will be back to this club and I do recommend it.

Great facility that has everything for you exercise regime. . .pool, tennis, racquet and basket ball court and all the latest weight lifting machines. Oh and awesome instructors for a wide variety of classes.

Casper BEST FACILITY! The WAC has more to offer than any club in town. TENNIS COURTS, racquetball, swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, Awesome instructors,and a variety of fitness classes, daycare, massage. Come check it out!

AWESOME Gym, You can work out practically any part of the body

I have been a member here for several years but the last few weeks I have been very frustrated by them. I have a 13 year old that loves to play basketball and for weeks we would take him and allow him to play. Then out of no where the young man working the front desk said he could not play without supervision. I called after taking him home and left management a message to discuss what the change was. I called and left two numbers for them to call back and no return call was ever made.Upon addressing the failure with the front desk it was clear they were unhappy I would ask about the issue. I stayed to supervise so he could play and when the basketball was returned and the gentleman returned my keys I thanked him and received no response at all. Service is such a key in any industry and this place has zero service from management to staff. I will be cancelling my membership of several years this week and look for a place that wants my money or at least cares enough to respond. Good thing new years resolutions cause gyms to have deals!

I love working out at the WAC. I can drop off the kiddos and do a group fitness class. Everyone is friendly and they offer so much. Swimming, group classes, massage, tennis! Im very impressed and the remodeled has just added to the already great atmosphere.

WORST GYM IN CASPERThis gym has terrible management, poor maintenance of their equipment and they treat their staff like second class citizens. I was only a member at this gym because they offered one class that I liked. After cancelling that class (and firing the instructor) I cancelled my membership. This was in October of 2017, I got a call today (May 2018) from a collection agency saying they turned me over to collections? I never received a call or letter from the gym itself regarding any unpaid fees, simply this collection call. Just another example of the disappointing service this gym offers. There are plenty of gyms in this town I would highly recommend ANY place other than this one.

Great club. Offer lots to chose from from swimming to lifting even relaxing with a massage. Too much to even list!

Unprofessional and incoherent staff who are rarely in the office. They aren’t even familiar with their own scamming policies. They take your keys upon giving your one month notice. Fitness One lets you actually use your last month. The one you have to pay for. In addition to a $150 fee. Sorry I can’t get proof that I’m moving when other people’s names are on the bills and lease.

My grandson was scared of the water after a bad experience. Thanks to his swimming lessons with Dave hes a little fish. Im so grateful to Dave for getting him past his fear!

Spent my week off work going to WAC. It facilitates all aspects of a gym/spa/family rec center. The staff is friendly and the equipment is well maintained.
