The service was amazing! Easy, simple, and quick! We had to travel for a funeral and had to stay an extra day. The customer service was easy to contact on a Sunday morning. Which is usually a nightmare with most places. Very happy with our experience and will be using Enterprise for our vehicle rental needs from now on! Shout out to the Casper Wyoming location!
The guy that brought me my car did no walk around, and was a little rude. The girl that was working in the office was wonderful, friendly and helped me change out the rental.

Even though on-line it showed vehicles available, they didnt have any this morning. They said theyd call with an update around noon and they may have something available around 3 or 4. Its nearly 5pm and have yet to hear anything back from them.

Had everything ready for me. They communicated with me up front, even called me a few times to make sure I was getting what I needed. They handled everything with my insurance company, all I had to do was drive the car. Excellent service with a professional and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

The enterprise people were nice and courteous and happily answered all of my silly questions. I havent seen the final bill though so if theres any surprises I might revoke a star or two haha. So far so great so far though!

I made a reservation on the 16th of march. for the 24th I went in today told them my confirmation number and they said I was not in their system. They said they do not have a rental and do not know when they will have one. I called the corporate office they said I was in their system and did not understand why I was told that. I am waiting to hear back from them.Even if I end up getting a car I will not go to this place again.
Worked with me. Gave me an upgrade because they didnt have the vehicle I requested. Had to drop off the rental after hours. They did the walkthrough right after they opened and refunded my deposit promptly. Thanks guys.

We were in an accident while moving cross country which totaled our car and we were scrambling to find a car big enough on labor day weekend. The whole ordeal was incredibly stressful and difficult but the woman who works there, Katie, was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She was so patient with us as we had to keep calling her with new information from insurance but she was always polite, professional, and a genuinely an amazing person. Even after we had the rental and left Casper, she was still helping us out. I wish I could give her 100 stars. Ill rent enterprise from now on because of Katies service.
I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. It was ready on time and Enterprise picked me up at my dealership. When I turned the car back in there was no hassle and Enterprise took me back to the dealership to pick up the car. I appreciated the service, but my one complaint is that I had to air the tires twice while I had the vehicle as the low air pressure warning was covering up other details. The vehicle should have had the tires aired to factory specs before I received it, thats the only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5.
The vehicle served its purpose but the prices were really high, very few options available - especially for the high $ amount, and it is one of the few and I stress few rental car locations anywhere in this area of WY. Cheyenne has options. Scottsbluff, NE has some rentals. Im almost sure Gilette and Jackson have some options. But in the middle. It is just this in Casper. And to be fair to the company, the staff was excellent, they worked with our insurance company. And again to be fair there was a big storm and a lot of cars were in the shop so...
Horrible, communication with this place is ridiculous. Told me i was set up with a vehicle, would be ready for pick up. Get there and they dont have a vehicle all of a sudden. Why you tell me you have one ready, set to the side then? A waste of my time, 2 insurance companies time. No call back of the situation or anything just lead me on
Friendly staff and fast service. However, did not have the vehicle that was supposed to be rented out to me, nor did they have an equivalent vehicle. So in turn I had to wait for a car rather than the SUV I was supposed to get. Highly disappointed in that fact.
The Casper Wyoming Enterprise team gives outstanding customer service, consistently, and as with my 1-week rental went off with out any challenges. Absolutely horrible experience, reserved a car that they rented out before we got there. Then made us wait 5 hours, which we didnt have time for. Completely wrecked our plans, would never recommend.
Great Rental Place
Was at the location for over two hours trying to pick up a vehicle. My pickup time was recorded incorrectly and they had a shortage of available cars. Once all was figured out, I was able to get on my way. The young lady who I was passed to, was very personable and professional, which was different from the gentlemen who originally waited on me.
Excellent service... Airport personnel were rude and unfriendly- I was going to use a different company but I have used Enterprise for years and I am glad I didnt give up on them. The 2cd street Enterprise here in Casper is top notch I highly recommend them. Great Job.
Excellent service when we are stranded on vacation because the transmission went out on our car. We were able to continue our trip without any additional problems.
I ordered a mid size Suv and got a subcompact. Then they overcharged my original quote by over $200. Stay away.
The one person working here seems to really hold the place together. She was on the ball worked hard and was very efficient. That said she seemed under staffed and over whelmed. The current covid procedure seems hao hazard and foolish as it requires you to knock on one door and wait for someone to pop out another. No signs indicating anything other than please knock for service. The car its self is okay, nothing to write home about and not the worst.

I was good other than they booked my rental for following week and I almost didnt have a vehicle while my personal truck us in the body shop, but they took care of me no problem thanks.
You can tell a lot about a business by sitting in the waiting room. I was waiting for my husband to pick me up for about 30 minutes. I heard nothing but professional conversations about customers and delivery. I am incredibly impressed. And the service I received was excellent, as well.

Ive never had an issue. There have been a couple of instances that were out of their control where the car I reserved wasnt available or might not be available... They were very helpful and accommodating when trying to find a solution.
Weekend rates were awesome... Ethan even offered me an upgrade at a greatly reduced price for the long holiday weekend. Overall, a very easy rental experience!! Will definitely come back here should I need another rental.
Due to a car accident in the family, I had reason to work with this office and Kevin Buckley the branch manager. Kevin went out of his way to answer my what if questions, worked with us dealing the our insurance and generally went out of his way to help us.Car selection was great, no issues with the car during the period we had it.In short, I dont see anyway that our contact with Enterprise and Kevin could have gone better.Thanks
The manager of the Casper outlet was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a better car when the size I requested was not immediately available without trying to get me to pay for it by using the standard line about would you like to upgrade. He went with me to the car and helped with the inspection and made sure I was familiar with the car adjustments. I will definitely be back next time I am in Casper and will check out Enterprise in other cities.

I dont write reviews very often but I have rented from this location twice now and I probably will again. They are so nice and accommodating and they have answered all the questions I have had. They make the renting experience fun. If I need to rent again I will DEFINITELY only go through them. They seem like a great company to work for too!

Worst service I’ve ever seen in any business. The managers at both locations are the worst possible people I’ve ever met who have zero customer service skills. I’d go as far as saying that these individuals probably suck at life itself. Very disappointing. The reservation made over the phone with specific details of our situation were no problem until we got to Casper and dealt with the locals they have working there. Very unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my family’s valuable time.
I now know why I like National rent-a-car. I can pick any car I like and their is no extra charge for upgrading. I can drive out in a suburban and pay the same price as the original mid size that I choose at time of reservation. As the commercial say I am the boss. Enterprise upgrades you and charges you more for the upgrade. Unfortunately I need enterprise because they own National and our company account works for both and we need to use enterprise in small airports where their is no National rent-a-car. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Enterprise in Casper WY has a unique situation, they are currently not located in the airport, but they have friendly helpful people waiting for near the other rental counters at the airport.Shuttle service to rental office is quick and friendlyYou can drop your vehicle at the airport of the office, your choiceif you drop at office, again shuttle is quick and friendlyGreat team working in Casper, I will continue to rent through Enterprise on all future visits to this market.Thanks

While my initial contact with Enterprise on this particular rental was good, my ending experience was the worst Ive ever had there.Checking out the car before I left it was still dirty and not the level of clean Im used to from there. He did offer to reclean but I was in a hurry (and this should have been done before I rented).During the trip one of the lights came on, after reading through the manual and talking to someone else somewhere in Cali I was told that they had no other similar vehicles but I could check with other Enterprises, however they were closed for the night.We filled the tank and then the light revealed it was low on washer fluid (we hadnt used the wipers so it should have been full).Got a flat in the middle of nowhere. Called said roadside could be there in an hour. Then they (roadside) called back and said another 3-4 hours. It was getting dark and I had small children in the car. Called highway patrol who helped change the tire. I wouldve done it but Im handicapped. Proceeded home getting home after 2am.Talked to Enterprise who informed me the flat was our problem and we would have to pay for it. It wasnt just about the tire. The experience caused me to complain to someone above the local shop who was very rude.Customer service this time lucky to get a 2 star rating.I will say this is the first bad review Ive ever given and Im hoping the only bad one I will ever have to give.Enterprise I really hope you can improve your customer service. Talking to your customers and resolving issues is very important for the well being of your company both locally and nationwide.
Had a rough go with Enterprise. Set it up for a date and when I arrived at my truck appointment for damage getting fixed the secretary there called and they said it was set up for the day prior and that they showed up and waited there and tried to reach me so they left. She said call him and speak with him and they were able to get right through to me. I had reserved a truck and they brought a small car, Hyandai Elantra out to me. I understand there is confusion, but my size 15 work shoes barely could get to the gas petal without catching the brake (have to find some humor) so I brought it back and found a ride for that week. Honesty goes a long way Im sure we could have worked something out. Hopefully it will work out better in the future.
My personal truck broke down 1000 miles from home. Called Enterprisein Casper,WY and they came and got me. Pretty Red Jeep there that the manager was using. Told him that I wanted to try new jeep, so he prepped it and sent me with it for the same price as a medium SUV.Returned the Jeep several days later and within a few minutes they had the vehicle checked in and I was ready to go. They then took me to the auto dealer to pick up my repaired vehicle. These guys at the Casper Branch are awesome. Its Enterprise for me whenever I need a rental from now on.
I had a great experience with the sales team at Casper, WY.From the first phone call to clarify the logistics of picking me up at the airport and getting to the rental center downtown, the representative was outstanding, very helpful.They were on time waiting for me at the airport, had a car waiting for me when I got to their office. The paperwork process went smoothly, and she explained all the details of the contract thoroughly.The most important thing; she did a complete walk around inspection of the car with me and was very patient to explain all the features of the car. This inspection process is EXTREMELY important to make sure any pre-existing damage has been noted before you leave the rental lot. She did a great job notating any visible issues. Many rental companies will not even walk out the lot with you, beware of those companies.All the staff in Casper took a moment to thank me and let me know they appreciated my business.Bottom line, from past bad experiences and poor quality cars, from this point forward I will not consider renting with anyone other than Enterprise.Thank you again,Sam

We rent about once, maybe twice a year. We always use enterprise. Everyone is super helpful, even when I call 10 times in a week. I love that they can pick me up so I dont have to leave my car there. I actually ended up saving $20 last time I went in cuz they had a better deal after I made my reservation!

The staff representative that helped me while renting this truck thought outside the box. Holiday weekend and alot of what ifs. He hooked us up and took care of my what ifs and in turn had a great vacation. Thats customer service x10.
I booked reservations in April 2016 to pick up car on June 19. Received confirmation number and printout stating they were open from 1pm to 6pm. Arrived at Casper Airport (came from California) only to find out the local office is closed on Sundays. Call enterprises customer service and they were no help. DI NOT RENT FROM TJIS COMPANY ...what a joke!

I rent cars through the Casper 2nd Street location often. It is always fast, convenient and professional. Renting a cars should not be a major event. Once youre in their system its quick and easy.
Reserved my car rental through enterprise. Online showed enterprise to be within the terminal. Had to call the number on my paper to get a ride and find out my rental is through Quality Auto. I get to the place and they tell me theres a $150 deposit, that I was not expecting and did not see anywhere on the website when reserving. I return the car the following day to hear my deposit wont be back on my card until the following day (Friday) or Monday. I called Monday afternoon to find out when to expect the deposit since theres been nothing. The guy didnt even know how the deposits worked and asked me to wait until today to speak with the manager.

It would be in your best interest to rent from Avis/Budget, Hertz instead of this company. Made 5 reservations within a 5 day period. All 5 reservations were bumped off with not one valid reason. Was told 4 seperate times I would be on a waiting list and called 1st when a vehicle was returned. Was told 7 different lies to why they were supposedly waiting for a car to be returned, while they had 3-4 vehicles ready to rent on the lot. The morning off the last reservation and supposedly 1st on the waiting list, this POS location rented out 14 cars and skipped my reservation once again. Once confronted on their lies ineptitude and their incompetence, they took no responsibility and blamed the customers! This location should be shut down! They are not providing a quality product nor a quality service! Walking would be better than using this POS location!
I often travel for work and need to rent a car on average about once a month. The staff is always very professional and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs.

50 bucks to clean floor mats, if its over 30 minutes to clean ok what ever but when told Avis will do it for no charge Id take that into consideration the next time I need to rent a car then I was told we have plenty of business sounds to me that they dont care about the customer

These people are super difficult to work with. They have a shitty sense of morals. Me and my family needed a car to get to my cousins funeral they were extremely unreasonable and lacked any sense of compassion. I will NEVER rent from them unless Im in dire need. They should all be replaced with better people who actually have a heart.

Big shout to Bob, Courtney, and Sterling. First I was traveling for work, which I had to book online, well I ended up booking for pick up at the airport. So I called expecting to have to pick it up out there instead they switched it and down to second I went. Sadly though the vehicle is rented just was not comfortable for me it just felt awkward to me, so I called and sadly they could not replace the vehicle for me right then and requested I called at 5 to see. Sure enough at 5 they had a vehicle for me!! Overall they went beyond my expectations and helped me I will continue to see this crew for my Rental needs!!

Very friendly staff. They couldnt get my billing correct while I was checking out the car, but they did get it right before I was actually billed. They didnt read the reservation very carefully and didnt have a one way car ready for me.
Every time Ive tried to rent from them, they have had no cars. The people are not empowered to help the customer. All they can do is stand behind the counter and play on their computer. I think they are playing Gallagher.
