The staff was very helpful and there was someone waiting at the airport for us. Due to a change in plans, we were able to switch to a different car to better suit our needs.

Horrible customer service. Car was fine and clean but solely based on the customer service I will never return. Simple questions are met with rude answers, no offer to walk around the vehicle and go over things with me. Just handed me the keys and walked away.The shuttle driver was excellent though!

Monday Feb 1st,my flight was delayed. I wasnt suppose to land in Casper till 830pm. I called them and explained that i was going to be past closing. They were willing to pick me up at the airport,so i could get my rental car. They are nice and will rent again from them. They made my week in Casper so great. Thank you so much.

Prior to going to Avis, I had made a reservation with Hertz, drove all the way out to the airport and ran into some discrepancies that led to a cancellation with them (the guy wasn’t very friendly working the counter). My partner and I were travelling to Casper for the first time, and the staff here made us feel so welcome. Friendly and efficient service, you could tell staff really cared.

We ordered a MIDI SUV! Instead we got a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Sport! It is a small vehicle defined as a mini or compact SUV. I told this to the agent there, she showed me that a Mitsubishi Outlander is a F-Class SUV, this is true for a regular Outlander but not For the car we got that was an Outlander Sport! and it is a completely different car, small, short, low, and much denser! It was really annoying and frustrating. The agent was unwilling to delve into checking that there was a difference between the vehicles. It should be noted that they had as many additional vehicles as we actually ordered like the Kia Sportage. Nissan Rouge, Toyota Rav 4 and Mazda SX but she refused to give them to us.

Staff is friendly and know my name. They are good with shuttling me back and forth to the airport.

The staff in Casper were wonderful and a total joy to interact with.

People were so nice. Price was very competitive. Shuttle bus driver was waiting for me when I arrived and was extremely pleasant. Full of local information. Good value and the car was great. A great Wyoming experience.

It was my 1st Time renting a car and I told the woman over the phone that and that I was flying out there and that I would be there for a few days so she took my reservation and when i got their told me she could not help me and becouse i had no Major credit card and that probably nobody in Casper would be able to help me.So I went back over to the airport And luckily rented a car.This was horrible customer service from start to finish. she was rude about the Whole thing When I Arrived and Although she Asked if I had a license she was incomplete in informing me on the phone that I would need A major Credit card to rent a car from her. Leaving me stranded.

Absolutely terrible service! Avis did not have the vehicle we reserved, so our group could not even fit in the vehicle. Then Avis tried to make multiple excuses to continue to try to charge us the rate for the larger vehicle even though we did not receive it. And on top of that, the vehicle we did receive was horribly dirty. Will not use this location ever again!

I almost missed my flight because the shuttle bus never showed. I called 1 week before booking my flight to ask about the return process. I was told the bus would be back and forth so I should just wait out front. I waited 30 minutes then drove to the airport to see if the bus was there. No bus! I called the numbers and still couldnt get it. After getting home I called the local office. I was informed that the shuttle driver was inside the building waiting for someone to come inside to let him know youre ready for transport. The shuttle bus was inside the garage. How are you supposed to know this unless youre told!!!! Thats ridiculous nonsense. That information should have been given when I called to inquire about the process. I left the car at the airport or I would have missed my flight. The workers couldnt have cared if I did miss my flight. Horrible company

This is the third time in a row that I have rented from this location and had issues with vehicles. On this occasion, I got keys to a Subaru Outback, only to turn it on and find the Check Engine light on. When I brought it up to one of the employees, they said something to the effect of, Oh, it will be fine.The employee that gave me the keys heard I had an issue and got me keys to another car. I turned this one on and found the TPMS light on. A third employee offered to check the pressure in the tires and discovered that all of them were low...This experience was consistent with the last two, where I had to cycle through two to three vehicles before I found one that didnt have some sort of issue.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was the first one in the building and the last one helped. I even spoke up and no change. I guess they go by the good old boy system (racists!!!) They wouldnt give me a ride home or even a cup of coffee!!! Thos place is bull!!! I will be calling corporate!!!

I reserved a car today from Misty and she was SO nice and friendly. I choose Avis based on their reviews and so far not disappointed. I am hoping she will be working when we get our vehicle. Very helpful. Great car. Its offsite, but close and super easy to get there and back. Van was waiting when we go there and took us right away when we returned.

The agent was waiting to give us a ride to the nearby rental location when we arrived at the airport. She was friendly and took the time to tell us about the local area and answer our questions (that she probably hears every day). Great car, exactly what we requested.We were careless and left something of value in the car when we returned it. The lady was very in arranging to have it mailed back to us at home.Prompt service at both pick-up and drop-off.Thanks Avis!

Getting there from the airport was not half bad...they didn’t have enough room for everyone in the transport van, so they made some folks wait another 20 minutes. Getting the car, at the end of the day, took 40 minutes...way too long. Today, upon return, the checkin agent told me I had to pay to fill up the car, even though it wasn’t full when I picked up (I made sure the vehicle had more gas in it when I dropped off). I showed her a photo of the gas gauge when I picked up, & then she still tried to charge me $97.00 for 4 gallons of fuel. After some discussion, she changed my invoice, and then literally threw my invoice at me without a word. I would not recommend renting a vehicle at Avis-Budget Rental in Casper, WY. They do not do things right, and have very poor attitudes

Feeling a bit frustrated. Delta Airlines changed my flight reservation on the Saturday my kids and I are flying in to Casper, and it happens to be the one day that the office closes early. My flight was originally supposed to arrive at 11:45 am, but for some reason the airline shifted all flights that day and now we arrive at 6:21 pm. There is no way for me to change my flight to get there any earlier because there are no flights arriving any earlier. I really wish I could change carriers, but I am already booked. I called the Avis office to explain my situation and ask if someone could possibly meet us there so I can still pick up a vehicle around 7pm. The young lady I spoke with said theres nothing that can be done except to go with another rental car company. Im supposed to be driving 3 hours to see family after we arrive, and now I am scrambling to figure out another plan and go with another company. If theres flights coming in, and I already had the reservation, I guess I had hoped they would be a little more understanding and accommodating. Id like to cry right now. Darn it Delta!

I received excellent service at a time it would have been easy to just hand off the keys and look the other way. Having just arrived after a major snow storm, my car was pulled out front onto a freshly plowed area, all snow and ice had been removed and the car was warmed up for me. Thank you for the extra effort, it is noticed. Youve won my loyalty!

Huge RAVE to the team and Avis car rental off Yellowstone HWY!!! We had big issues with our pay now reservation and with our card company being dumb but they absolutely saved the day!!!!! They got our reservation squared away promptly and even gave us an upgrade!!! Huge thank you to that team and their help!!! I wouldn’t rent a car from anywhere else!!!! My Kids were in here for a rental after their car broke down and the woman that helped them was very rude to them, her name was Missy Or Misty and i hope she is not treating all of your costumers like this because this is pretty sad excuse of an employee. i will not ever recommend this place to anyone!

I tried all the other rental places before Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, National. But once I tried Avis I have been using them almost every time. They usually have a nice selection of vehicles available and if you book over the phone in advance you dont have to pay a deposit, which can be nice in a pinch.

Avis was ready with our car reservation as expected for a Preferred member. We reserved it online about a month before our trip. We got in late from our flight so it was nice to know they had us all taken care of as we later found out they were out of rentals all together so it would have made for a bad night otherwise! The only funny thing was we ordered a compact or economy size car and they gave us a mini-van. We just laughed and enjoyed the extra room at no additional cost. If there was anything I would have changed it was that someone had previously smoked in the car. That was the only bad thing, but we didnt request one that was non-smoking either, so I will remember that for next time! Turn in was fast and easy!
