My wife came in today to get a new hairstyle and she came home crying. I’ve been cutting hair for years but was not comfortable taking her hair this short. The hair cut was uneven, choppy, and way to short. My wife said that the gal just wouldn’t listen and argued. I took her to another place which I had to go in and explain then have the beautician come out because my wife was to embarrassed. Thank God, all though still to short she was able to finish and clean up the cut!

If your into bad haircuts this is your place. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to one stylist and her young shoeless daughter. While I understand as a parent myself the kid at the workplace the no shoes and bad behavior was very unprofessional. The hair cut seemed to be rushed and is very uneven in length all over. I have had my hair cut here before and it’s been up to the low standards you come to expect at a Supercuts, this experience will never get this guy back in any supercuts ever.

I let her do whatever she wanted for my cut and she did a amazing job. I love it.

The staff is friendly and did a great job on my hair. They gave me options on a possible look for what I was going for it was nice.

Good clips but 45 min for cut is a bit long

I cried acual tears after i left. Bumped all of my peircings multiple times. Completely messed up my bangs and the person who did it was a manager! I will never come back.

Walked into the establishment with one person in waiting I was told I would have to over an hour. Additionally the app said a 0 minute wait. No excuses when the waiting room is empty and app says 0 minutes.

I took my son to SC for a trim. His hair is very VERY curly and finding people to cut his curly locks has been a problem for a while. SC has been the safest bet in Casper so far. The staff is always kind and respectful to my son and for the most part his hair turns out okay. The trick is to get a stylist with curly hair too. They usually know whats what when it comes to curls. As long as SC continues to keep me out of trouble with my sons momma Ill keep coming back.

Worst hair cut of my life. Once I got home was able to see better. I wanted razor cut she said she could do it with regular scissors ended up with crooked blunt bangs. The sides are 2 different lengths.

I have used them twice now. Once for myself and then once for my daughter. Both haircuts. Had a good experience with both ladies and was assured that if things looked weird after a day or two of doing our hair, that we could come back in to fix it. I like that.Friendly staff. Price is good.. I plan to go again in the future and would recommend to friends.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not the haircut or color that I wanted.

I called about getting a head shave I was told yes. I came in the only thing she did was use electric clippers to a 0. If someone calls in for a shave they should know the difference between a close cut and a shave. Waste of money and time and false representation of their business and what they provide.

She is attentive, precious and ensures that the services shes provides are done to your liking. So if anyone is looking for a stylist I would absolutely recommend her. She is located at Smart Style located in the Eastside Walmart on 2nd St.
