Im irritated with this store. My nails do not look like i wanted it. I said roses the dirst time i got dam swighle lines so he restarted. I asked how much for gems cuz plain black is boring and he nodded no and kept talking!!! I paid for 3 ppl 205$ while all of us had issues

Horrible experience - called for price and was told $50 for mani pedi, ended up that I was charged $75. The pedicure wasn’t terrible but the manicure was awful. She was unprofessional, sloppy, paid zero attention to what she was doing. If a customer gets nail polish remover splattered in their eyes, this is a problem.

Great visit with Lynn who did my gel fill. I love going to get my nails done by Lynn. Nails are always clean and she takes her time. Mimi always gives me a nice and relaxing pedicure as well.Love how my nails turned out and recommend Lynn and Mimi to anyone.

I love this nail salon. They have great prices, do excellent work and are very accommodating.Ever nail set I’ve received from them have been just what I asked for. My pedicures are perfect. They take their time even when it is busy!

If I could I would rate a no star. I signed in and wait to be patiently seated for a fill. My sister and I came in at the same time. She got picked first to do her fill and I having the anticipation that I would be either next or close to next. 4 people came in after me and were seen for either a full set or a fill btw they didn’t have an appointment but yet were seen before me. This nail salon either plays favoritism or just didn’t want to do my fill. I definitely won’t be back. Also staff ain’t friendly. If you do decide to come here GOODLUCK!

Amazing I chose the Princess Pedicure and my nasty feet are super soft, my toes feel pampered. The lady was gentle and made me feel pampered. I will return. Thank you Always Nails.

Spent $115 plus tip for 3 full sets of nails. 2 out of the 3 of us are NOT satisfied The gentleman that I had do my nails did not listen to what I asked for. I paid for a full set of nails. I ended up with nails that are crooked, very thick, fake looking, barely painted nails that look like they’re a couple weeks old because they don’t go all the way up to my cuticles. I’m not sure what other people prefer, like or expect to get when they pay to get their nails done, but I prefer, like & expect mine to not look like a child did them! For them to be straight & at least try to make them look like they are not fake! When I said something about it several times I was ignored. I will be going back today to have them fixed & redone! Not happy about having to spend time out of my day for something that should’ve been done right the first time!

I got an acrylic fill and gel color from a women. She was extremely careful and precise with her work. She also was very communicative about what my needs were. As a result my nails look amazing! She wrapped my hands in a warm towel after which was a nice extra touch. Besides, she served me free water. Love it! Will definitely be coming back here.

Terrible service, unprofessional

Took my mom to the salon for a girls day and Nickie and Mimi gave us exceptional service. We got the BEST pedicures and service ever. They took their time, were friendly and gave amazing massages.

I needed a full gel set for a wedding I was attending while visiting in town and looked through Google for reviews in this area. I made the appointment a few days ahead and showed the gentleman a picture of the shape I desired. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and thorough filing and shaping work. He measured each finger next to one another so that every nail was equal length to its counterpart, sanded the base of the nail to create a gradual growth-look so it didnt have that bulky or thick appearance, and made sure to cover the edges with paint so you didnt see the actual gel nail. Very thorough and kind to top it off. The prices are also cheap! That deserves 5 stars in my book.

Lynn was awesome and made me feel amazing. She knew just the right spots in my foot to hit and for my first time, it was terrific and I would suggest anyone to go and get everything done. Full Send!!!!!!!!!

Today I got fills and my nails arent fully polished!!and my 2 young nieces got manicures not even that, they got their nails polished with gel polish, which they didnt ask for nor did i tell them to do gel then they gave then flower design on 2 fingers which they didnt ask for that and the technician didnt ask if they wanted one.. And my nieces are 10 and 11 years old! So Their finger nails are tiny.. They charged $25 each!!!! And my fills were $28.. My fills i understand the price but to charge 2 kids almost the same amount of my nails is ridiculous!!! Plus it was just a polish not a manicure, they didnt file their nails or do the lotion massage or clip their nails.. Nothing!! Just put polish on and i was charged $78!!!!! And when i asked why that much they didnt seem to care... And the guy who did my nails didnt polish them right at all!! I will NEVER come here again... I wouldnt recommend it either!!!

Update: I just went and had the worst Mani and wax experience ever, I felt rushed and unwanted in there. The tech didnt talk to me, other than to ask if I wanted polish, and still got charged $30, which is something else I get charged different depending on who rings me up

The people here are awesome! Peter and particular is one you can ask for anything, and he will work towards it, stop-ask some questions, and work towards it some more, until he gets it right. Peter and Kha are very wonderful nice people. I really like Lynn too

This place use to look nice and clean now its starting to look very messy no need to make a appointment you will still have to wait I think its time to take my business else where. This place was way better when Michael was here he cared about his customers seems like no body really cares if the customer walks out and they never replace there polish when it runs out seriously need to clean this place up.

The lady that did my pedicure didn’t even paint my nails right and she did the pedicure and didn’t take her time. She sat me down to get acrylics when she told me it was $25 but then said I had to pay for the shape of the nail and then $10 more for gel. The outcome was bad I didn’t notice till I left that they were bad. I want my money back😤

Wow! Im so impressed and happy with my nails. This nail salon has allllll the glitters and foils for us who love a bit of extra sparkle! My technician really paid attention to detail, not only with the sparkle design but with the shape and feel of each nail. Its really hard to find a nail artist in Casa Grande who does creative and clean work. The prices are really cheap. Thanks and Ill see you in two weeks!

UPDATE: I went back today and had my nails fixed free of charge. According to the nail technician, the polish company was the issue. Thank you again....... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid $45 for terrible work; crooked nails, asked for matte color and the nails look shiny and non-smooth. Just terrible!!

My pedi is still perfect and usually lasts me a good month before i need a polish change. They clipped off SO MUCH skin around my nail I felt like I lost weight on my toes! Amazing place overall!

Let me just say that this place is AMAZING. Last week I got a mani-pedi from Always Nails and they did my shellac nails earlier this month and my mani is almost still perfect.. with the exception of my right pointer finger. Sure, its only been 5 days but for me to go this long without chip-age happening is a miracle :)

Picked a color for gel nails and came out a completely different color than what I had asked for. While I was getting my full set, a lady walked in to ask how much a change of color would be and my nail tech was about to say $12 and instead shouted $20. This place is overpriced do not go here

My previous set was not taken off properly, I was cut twice, and my nails were not properly cut before applying the new set. Place overall looked dirty/dusty and my technician was rude.

Was disappointed that just because I didnt want a manicure, she didnt cut my nails. Now Im stuck with gel polish and super long nails! Im going to try and file them and hopefully it doesnt ruin them. Also smudged on the sides.It didnt occur to me until she had a coat on them... Im just used to having them cut without asking!

They seemed rushed to get us out, the gel coating looks really streaky and my toe nail is crooked. I used to love coming here because they were awesome before but not anymore.

My mother and I decided to try this place out. I paid for a gel manicure that is pealing off a week later, so I am not too happy with that being a waste of money. I always get gel manicures, and this is the first time it is pealing off so early on. My mothers pedicure is also pealing off, and the nail tech. didnt remove all of her OLD polish, so you can see the dark colored spots underneath the NEW polish. Customer service is mediocre. Dont think Ill be returning here with the quality of service we had.
