I went to this place for the first time for lash lifting and I had an amazing experience. Nadia took her time to do an amazing job, she even put a blanket on me to make sure that I wasnt cold. I cant wait to go back!

This was my first facial ever and I have to admit, I was very nervous at first (I was 100% certain my skin would have a negative reaction) due to my sensitive skin and I honestly never see many estheticians post their work on darker skin tones which is also why I waited SO long to try facials. Nadia was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to care for my skin. The overall experience was very relaxing and I will be adding facials into my “self care” monthly routine!

I was a little nervous when making my appointment because it was my first spray tan and I was having it done for my wedding. Nadia was great! I absolutely loved it and everyone kept commenting on how great my tan looked!

I got my lips filled here and they have wonderful service they let you know before hand what you will get into and as much detail as possible. very helpful and my lips came out great will be returning back.

I was able to get in a last minute appointment with Amanda! I’m so thankful she was available because my face needed some TLC! She let me know what was going on my skin every step of the way, and I was very relaxed! The facial massage was To DIE FOR! I left feeling refreshed, and can’t wait to be back!

The booking process was simple and efficient. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable setting. Nadia talked me through the entire process and gave some great tips to keep my skin clean and problem free. I used to have a membership for facials in Korea and had not yet found a local salon that matched the level of care. I’m really happy Natural aesthetic is open and caring for our skin!

Amanda is FANTASTIC. I absolutely loved my lashes. They were comfortable and looked more natural than most. They stayed longer than any lash extensions I have had. The facial was super relaxing and felt amazing and my skin glowed for days!

After going to the same person for lash extensions for 4 years, it was so hard to find a replacement when she moved. I finally found Amanda Grace and she has not disappointed! Amanda is very attentive and detail oriented. She listened to my concerns and preferences for the lash extensions and then has been making slight adjustments each time for continuing improvement! I feel that Amanda treats me like an individual and doesn’t just do the same thing each time. She is also very skilled in her cleaning and applying the lashes, so there is no pain or discomfort as I have felt in the past but still a very thorough job. I’ve never had someone so dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and I am very thankful! The salon is comfortable and relaxed. I also appreciate Amanda does not make small talk during the treatment as I love to just turn my brain off and take a lash nap! Prices are very fair given the caliber of her work and her careful attention to each lash. She also has weekend and evening appointments which is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Nadia gives excellent facials. I have followed her from Raleigh to Cary, even though it is a longer drive for me, as I live north of Raleigh. Shes the only esthetician I know who also massages neck, arms, hands. Ahhhhhhh

I absolutely love this place! I received a birthday coupon and decided to treat myself to a facial, just for pure relaxation. I went with the Crystal Balancing Facial and also added the scalp massage. This was hands down the most relaxing and wonderful facial I’ve ever had. Nadia did an incredible job and I left feeling so amazing. She massaged the tension out of my neck and head and the whole thing was a wonderful experience. My skin was also so nourished and glowing. I have been without eyebrows due to Thyroid disease for many years, however I felt very comfortable with Nadia. She answered all my questions and explained the entire process before we began. If I could give Amanda negative stars I would. But google is making me give her at least one star. She doesn’t even deserve that.I attended one of her courses for a lash certification and she refuses to send me my certification for a class that I attended and PAID FOR IN FULL. Mind you this was a dual certification and Amanda only handled the lashes. This dual certification cost me over a grand. So you can pretty much call Amanda a con man. She refuses to give me my lash certification and instead says she will provide me with an attendance certification because I haven’t sent over photos of before and after. During our training we were to sign a disclosure stating that training wasn’t a guarantee of certification if our work wasn’t up to par during training. Amanda never stated that my work during training wasn’t sufficiently adequate and that I would have to provide her with additional photos of my work after training and before receiving certification.When I went to her and communicated my concerns she responded by yelling at me for coming to her before writing this review stating that I was threatening and harassing her. She also proceeded to block me and erase messages she sent where she yelled at me and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner (over a paragraph in all caps). All I want is my certification that I paid for and worked very hard for.It’s a shame that this is how she decides to run a business.If you’re looking for an honest instructor I would go to someone else who is reliable and willing to compensate their students for their hard work during the time spent at training.Whatever you do save your money and go ELSE WHERE!!!!

Ive had my lash extensions and a facial done at Natural Esthetics and I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY. Ive never really had terribly broken out skin, but recently had been noticing some uneven texture and sensitivity. I went in for a facial and worked with Amanda and she has MAGIC HANDS. As soon as the facial finished, I felt lightweight and like a new woman! My skin was unbelievably clear and radiant. And the best part is that the skincare she used was natural and they WORKED! Sold on it all. Highly recommend if you want RESULTS that last. My skin still feels amazing two weeks later.

Not a pleasant environment or service!!!! I went in for lash lift. The music was obnoxiously loud and not the usual spa music Ive heard at other salon and spas. Nadia did the lash lift although I had originally booked with Amanda...not sure why the appt got switched. What the esthetician Nadia should realize is when your client is laying on the bed, do NOT put all of your lash lift supplies right beside your clients head. Anytime she grabbed something or ripped open paper, it was directly in my ear!!!!! Lastly, my lashes are not pretty. I have kinks in my lashes and actually had to trim them! Its that bad. I have lashes bent awkwardly and now have to wait for them to grow out and shed naturally. Do not recommend at all. I had high hopes given their best of award. Nadia needs customer service skills training, too. She was silent and left the room at one point. Overall, I wouldnt recommend them.UPDATE: Thanks for responding. Ive been getting lash lifts for 5 years now and Ive never had such an uncomfortable experience. The esthetician was not personable at all. You have great excuses for all of the downfalls but no good reason as to why my lashes are hideous. My lashes are not curled at all. They are going different directions and have some crimped ends. Thanks for your explanations, though. Id love to do a lash lift on the esty so she can see how her work and actions do not make for a pleasant or satisfactory experience. Overrated spa in all aspects.

This was my first time getting individual lashes done and I am more than satisfied with results! I was very nervous at first but Amanda and her staff were very professional and comforting! They took time to get to know what look I was really going for and provided a look that not only enhanced my lashes but natural looking at the same time! The location is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will definitely be returning!

The perfect tan! Amanda is great - super professional and very good at what she does. Went there on a short notice facial. Like less than an hour short notice, they squeezed me in. Nadia did an awesome job, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Plus the extraction was so quick I was nervous it wasn’t thorough but when I looked at my face afterwards she had done an awesome job. As a guy, it can sometimes be intimidating or weird going to a salon or spa, as they can often seem girly or pretentious. That is not the case with this establishment. I felt very comfortable and the facial service was relaxing and very well executed. Amanda really knows her stuff and was able to lay out a good routine for me and I really like the organic products so far. I will definitely be back.

Its difficult to find a waxer that you can trust, feel comfortable with, is knowledgable on skin care, and consistently does a good job of hair removal. I had a fantastic time getting my lashes done at Natural Esthetics. Caylee, the women servicing my lashes, was very patient and kind when I was asking questions, (as a first time customer I found this very considerate.) Caylee was very knowledgeable about the products being used and very outgoing. Overall the experience was excellent, with a relaxing environment, outgoing staff and overall welcoming atmosphere. I definitely reccomend coming here, especially if you’re trying out having lash work done.
