Tiffany and Melanie are the best!! I always look forward to seeing them! They are both very personable, professional, and do an amazing job! I have very sensitive skin and I have no issuewith the Hydrafacial. Its my go to! My skin has never looked so good...thank you ladies!!

Ive been here a few times for various facials but today I was consulting with Melanie for different treatments and she was amazing. She spent extensive time with me going over the different things they offer and she was so personable and friendly. She went over their different products to help me get started on a skin regimen. She made me feel welcomed and I highly recommend that you ask for her. Abbey, at the front, was super sweet and welcoming. Like I said, Ive been there three times now but these ladies were so sweet I had to review.

I went to Bodylase to get a chemical peel just like everyone wants a better skin but the only thing I got was a damage skin, it left me some burn marks on my face that I don’t know how to take away now, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, they didn’t tell me that could happen and I went back to see if they could do something to fix it but they didn’t do anything, I’m so sad because now I have to wait until all of these marks go away and I don’t know how much time it’s going to take, if I have a way to post pics I would do it with any doubt. I know people are going to read this so please be very careful with anything you do in this spa.

I recently had my first botox experience, so I was very nervous going into my appointment and didnt know what to expect. The spa itself is exceptionally clean and classy with its decor. The team clearly took proper precautions and I felt very safe. Melanie was able to ease my nerves and was clearly very knowledgeable in her craft. She explained everything she was doing and why she recommended certain areas to be worked on versus others, while being attentive to my requests. I have full trust in her and she made me feel super confident. I was so impressed by the professionalism of all the staff and would definitely recommend Bodylase. LOVE the results and cant wait to come back!

First and foremost, I love the staff and atmosphere of the place. It’s beautiful and clean. I never have to wait and the the precautions they are taking to keep you safe during the pandemic are above and beyond. In particular, I work with Stacie for special “treatments” and my esthetician Melissa. They are both wonderful. I trust them with my skin completely. There is absolutely NO pressure to purchase, they are only interested in making your experience the best. I would highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment at Bodylase in Cary after going to a medical spa and a dermatologist and having zero improvements in my very deep, painful, cystic acne. 2020 was an extremely difficult year for everyone, and it affected me greatly. I developed cystic acne, which was a very emotional and scarring experience in my life. I never would of thought that as a professional at the age of 26, that I would develop this type of acne on my face. Ive had acne since I was a teenager, but have never experienced this strain of acne that left deep scars. It was very embarrassing for me and caused me not to go out because of the way I looked and felt. After my initial consultation with Mel, she recommended skincare products that were customized to my oily skin. I followed this skincare routine that she put together religiously morning and night and came for a follow-up 2 weeks later. While there was little improvement in the first two weeks, Mel recommended a new treatment that Bodylase was offering - Morpheus8. This treatment combines micro-needling and radiofrequency in order to stimulate your collagen production and therefore speed up the healing process for acne scarring. I did my research and agreed that this is exactly what I needed for my scarring. I have had two treatments now with Morpheus 8 and my skin not only looks amazing, but it feels amazing! I have no active acne left whatsoever, and only a few faint scars on my cheeks. I am in tears writing this review because I have not worn makeup for the last two weeks now (which has not happened in the last 8 years), and I feel confident. Thank you so much for everything you have done, Mel! I highly recommend Morpheus8, and I highly recommend Bodylase!

I know of someone that went to this place to get a chemical peel to you know get a better skin but in the end he got a really bad marks on his skin and I feel so sad because he was so excited to finally get one, his skin wasnt bad at all but he just wanted to make it better, they didnt tell him that was going to happen with his skin.Be very but very careful with chemical peel in this place.

I received both Botox and filler from Mel last week, and she was AMAZING!!!!!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She is extremely professional, sooo sweet, patient, gentle, and most importantly, an incredibly talented injector! I hadnt done filler before, so I was pretty nervous, but Mel talked me through the whole thing and made me feel so at ease! I really appreciated how she explained the product that she was going to use, and exactly where and how she would inject the product. Its been almost one week, and I am SO happy with my results!! Also, the BodyLase med spa is beautiful. Everything was pristine, and their COVID protocols made me feel very safe! I will DEFINITELY be returning, thanks mainly to Mel, and also because of the beautiful, clean, and relaxing ambiance of BodyLase! Such a great experience!!!!!

I have been to BodyLase many times in the past few years for my face to be “worked on.” When I say worked on, I mean it. Through all of my visits, I have seen Tiffany. She has helped me to improve hyperpigmentation and overall skin appearance. At the beginning of every appointment, she takes the time to discuss how I think my skin is doing and how my skin care regimen is going. As a skin care professional, she can easily see what is happening. It is extremely nice to know that she wants my input. Many times, I think I know what I need, but she steers me to the service that benefits my skin goals. Even during this crazy Covid time, Tiffany and the BodyLase Cary take extreme care to provide a safe environment. Facials are my self-care treat and seeing Tiffany for my appointments makes it even better!

I came here seeking laser hair removal. Both visits I’ve had so far have been great! Minimal wait time (I had zero wait time for my initial consult) and beautiful facilities. Anna was extremely welcoming upon my arrival and was prepared with all the paperwork. I consulted with Melissa who was SO patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very nervous during my first treatment but Melissa talked me through the whole process and quickly eased my anxiety. I love that they have a cooling device in conjunction with the laser because it made the process much more tolerable. The process was actually a breeze once I got over the anxiety. All of my concerns were addressed in a professional manner and it was a comfortable experience. I would absolutely recommend BodyLase!

I have a package for laser hair removal and every step of this process has been phenomenal. Tiffany is incredibly sweet, she will talk you through everything you could possibly want to know or ask, and never rushes you. Whenever I come in, she is nothing but smiles and positive vibes. She does her best to talk through some of the more painful areas (laser on shin bones and ankles) to help get your mind off of what is happening. She remembers the small details that I mentioned in my consultation and genuinely has an interest in things going on in my life. I have been going to bodylase for over two years now and I see Melissa. I go monthly for dermaplaning facial and Melissa is absolutely amazing in terms of her professionalism and her skill. She has helped me so much with my hormonal acne over the years and I’m happy to say my skin has been completely changed with her help.

I’m having the laser hair removal service. My treatment area is the chin and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the results! I am African-American and after my first treatment, the hairs that I have fought with for over a decade are now under control. Prior to this laser, I was plucking, waxing regularly due to hairs popping up like weeds. I go monthly and after the first laser I only had to spot remove hairs once! My hyperpigmentation black spots are even starting to fade and the treatment area is smooth. I have a few more treatments to go but, I’d highly recommend giving this laser treatment a try if you are tired of spending tons of money on a variety of expensive laser hair removal treatments like I did over the years.

I enjoy going to Body Lace. The providers there are very professional. I have been to several different spas in the area and I like them the best! They are always friendly and I have a lot of trust in them.

My experience with Bodylase Skin Spa in Cary was excellent. I had Rita and she was great! The people there were really nice and flexible too, understanding that the hair was rather patchy over a space and gave me a price I was really pleased with. Definitely recommend for laser hair removal/treatment.

Had my first med spa experience here at BodyLase Cary and I was blown away by the whole thing - first of all, the space is GORGEOUS. Very relaxing, smells great...awesome first impression. Im doing the laser hair removal procedure for lip & chin. Everyone is so friendly and every step of the process has been fully explained to me leaving me with no questions or hesitations. So far my results are awesome and I am very happy!

Dont say no one warned you!!! Im 38 - been doing very light botox for years... Went in. The place is pretty. It is comfortable. The botox was awful. It was way too much!!! The lady who did mine (I should have known to say no) looked like her face was way too botoxed-and way too much injections. She tried to upsell me the entire time from cheek injections to restline. No matter what you are or how you look to them you shouldnt be upsold the ENTIRE time- as if my $800 wasnt enough!!! She even walked me out to try and sell me $150+ products.  I have two wrinkles and barely crows feet. Yet, it doesnt even matter if you are completely wrinkled, why such a hard sell? If you are all doing a great job and so terrific dont you sell yourselves with repeat customers? Apparently not because I am NOT going back, ever! Worst Scotch Tape job ever.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The staff is so professional and super sweet. The office gals Casey and Beccca make me feel so welcomed anytime I come in for a service. This place has very advanced technology to drop years off of you and they will customize according to your needs. I have been to a number of spas in the triangle and this one takes the cake.

Bodylase is fantastic. From the receptionist to the aesthetician, I was very pleasantly surprised. Kelly was amazing at my laser hair removal! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. The laser was great, not too painful as it was blowing out really cold air during the treatment. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Love Candy! Have been doing laser treatments for hair removal now 4 times. Had no problems, hair is less, and razor burn is gone! In fact hair on chin now is soft instead of the hard black ones! Highly recommend going here! Have gone other places and not had good results. Was literally burned and took years to go away. If you have olive skin this is the place to go!

My facial was fantastic along with the sidekick of of dermaplaning! The other technician that performed my botox was great! She explained everything with a visual picture and it was quick and painless!! I previously have had microneedling and coolsculpting performed there as well. All treatments were done professionally and has a welcoming atmosphere. I will be going back for more treatments!

Very unhappy with my cool sculpting results and the manager handled my concerns very unprofessionally. The person performing my coolsculpting was great but when I came back about my concerns she referred me to the manager who not only was rude but instead of giving me a discount on my second round of service she was going to charge me more than I paid the first time.

With over $7,000 spent, and 10 CoolSculpting applications, I ended up looking worse than I started. My plump smooth belly and love handles became bigger and lumpy. And this was while maintaining my same weight. Bodylase offered no remedy or refund. And eventually stop returning my phone calls (so much for customer service). The only thing I got out of this deal was the lost of sick days from work while recovering from the procedures, a lumpy body, and poorer of course. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at Bodylase for CoolSculpting.

They are very professional, I go there for laser hair removal with Candy and she is the best. I would not go anywhere else.

Everything was handled in a professional way. Candy did her best to make me comfortable at each and every stage; of exfoliating, extraction, masque application...She spoke softly only when needed and moved swiftly...the music was the right volume for me and I was very relaxed to an extent that I dosed off when she was massaging my shoulder and arms.

I had a deep pore cleansing facial with Kandi. It was my first experience with Bodylase Skin Spa, and Im happy to say it was wonderful. The spa is small but comfortable, and I was greeted immediately and offered something to drink while I filled out paperwork. Sarah at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Kandi took me back and did a thorough consultation before beginning the treatment. When she began, she spoke only when absolutely necessary, allowing me to completely relax. The facial itself was lovely, including hand and shoulder massage. Kandi radiates care and compassion. Following my treatment, I did not feel subjected to a high pressure sales pitch, as is common in many spas. She simply showed me one product she used on my face and told me it was available for purchase if I was interested today or in the future. One additional point: Both Sarah & Kandi complimented me on my skin, pre and post facial. I dont think I have particularly beautiful skin, but it was a welcome change from the approach some estheticians take of your skin is in big trouble, but if you come to me every 4 weeks, I MIGHT be able to help. It made me feel beautiful, welcomed, and left me wanting to come back. All in all, a terrific experience. Highly recommend.
