I first came to Andrea from a recommendation from my doctors office when asking for a trans-friendly provider, and was informed that Andrea is whom they refer out to, since so many of their patients have had nothing but praise for her. I first made a consultation to do electrolysis because I didnt understand how laser worked, and didnt think it would work. Andrea took the time to educate me on both processes, and made the recommendation to do laser first, because it would be long term cheaper for me. At follow up appointments I would be so excited at the effectiveness of laser, and keep asking if I should switch to electrolysis for the remaining hairs. At each time Andrea patiently explained to me the options, and the costs and benefits of each, and while she advised on a course of treatments, she respected my right to choose what option to go with. In all these cases, Andrea has advised me of the path that will cost me the least to get to where I want to get, even though strictly speaking, it would have been more profitable for her to not do so, and just let me start with electrolysis first. At every stage, she has advised me from the perspective of what was in my best interests, while remaining respectful of what choices I wanted to make. I am currently in the middle of undergoing full body laser hair removal.During sessions, Andrea has repeatedly delivered on time start and end times, and provided a clean, safe and friendly environment for clients. Andrea is very friendly, and helps to pleasantly pass the time of the session with various topics, and during more painful parts, has done a great job helping me focus on something else during them, and working with my tolerances.I have seen amazing results working with Andrea to date, and will continue my sessions with her. I appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care Andrea has shown me, and the fact that she is willing and able to take the time to educate her clients on the science of hair removal, to help make a better informed decision on treatment options. :)

I am a 42 year old man and I have always been insecure about the amount of hair on my body. no lie my hair coats my body like fur coats a dog. I received 4 laser hair removal treatments on my arms...last appointment was in January 2020. I am very happy with the results. I would say I saw a 60-70% hair reduction, which is perfect because I want to have hair on my arms, just not a fur coat! I wanted to ensure the process worked before I dumped a bunch of money into it. I am happy to report that it was WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. So much so that I am currently undergoing laser for the following areas: chest, back, and legs.

Andrea is the best! I have been seeing her for several years now for electrolysis for facial hair. My dermatologist recommended I try electrolysis for permanent hair removal. I started out about once a month and, Ive seen such great results that I now only go a few times a year. Andrea does a great job. Shes very professional and friendly too. Highly recommend!

Andrea is very informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. She knows her job very well. My only complaint is that during the appointment duration, she starts reading her messages, replying to her clients or uses restroom. Even if she has to do her personal things, she should compensate for that time. Other electrologist use alarm clock and they stop the watch for personal things. Every time its like for 30 minutes appointment, I am only getting treated for 20 minutes only. I should be treated for 30 minutes. Not like, if appointment timing is 11 -11.30am, during the treatment you are doing your own things in between. She is very good but needs to be more professional. She should use alarm clock and treat for the whatever duration we are paying for.

I have to agree with another review that Andrea is very distracted during treatment. Nearly every session she is behind, you will have to wait 10-15 minutes sometime. During your procedure Andrea talks incessantly and gets easily distracted. She will text clients and go to the restroom and she claims its because she has ADD. Her pricing isnt competitive, you can go to elite laser and hair removal and get better results for cheaper.

Ive been seeing Andrea for a couple years. Shes amazing at what she does, her prices are very reasonable, and shes one of the best electrologists in the state. I also like that she does both laser and electrolysis, so you know that youre getting the best treatment option for your hair and skin type.

Andrea is an expert in her field! I have PCOS and suffered from a young age with hair overgrowth. I was about 9 when people started picking on me. I was ten when I started plucking and it quickly became something that I had to wake up every morning to do. The psychological strain of having to do it every morning before anyone could see me got worse the older I got. I owned tweezers in mass and never went anywhere without them. I tried nair, bleach, wax, and finally threading. I had no idea that everything I was doing was making it worse. When I met Andrea I assured her my hair defied the sciences and there was no way she could help me.
