I had great experience with JD, the lady she works there, know the job, really an expert on design from scratch with affordable price, quick and fast, communication and listen to her costumer. I always go to her, highly recommended this place. I gave her the material and just showed her a pictures of multiple dresses, she designed it for me with in few days because I was need to my friend wedding party. Thanks JD for making my dress I am in love with it. Picture below!!

What a fabulous job she did for me on so many different alterations. She also made recommendations when I asked for them. Wonderful spot to have your clothing altered. I have a very difficult figure to accommodate, yet she seems to be able to make my clothes fit. Whew. Thank you so much!!!!

They altered my daughters prom dress! They Were the cheapest and went above and beyond was very pleased

Paid them to replace the liner in my jacket. They did a great job but re attached the patch on the front so that it was half hanging off. They fixed it at no extra charge, however there was a black line running over a colored portion of the patch where they sewed it. They also managed to sew my inside flask pocket shut. I was given 5 dollars off my bill but would have preferred a half decent job.

I got my suit tailored here within in 2 days, as I had a deadline, and it turned out great! Only gripe is that I wasnt told when it would be ready and I wasnt called when it was finished, so I showed up an hour before close on the last day and thankfully it was finished.

Super friendly owner! She greeted me and measured me for hemming a suit jacket in no time at all. Getting it back in two days as well! Highly recommend to anyone. Definitely a small business owner so help her out!

Im a repeat customer to JD Tailors. Shes tailored everything of mine: suits, shirts, slacks, khakis, and always done a great job. Im a tall, skinny, guy so most of what I buy has to be chopped up quite a bit- not to mention Im super picky. Though its not always right on the first shot, the next time it usually is. She is patient and always does high quality work. Ive been to 3 other tailors in the area but Im sticking with JDs. Ive recommended her to friends and always go to her for my tailoring needs.

DO NOT GO HERE! I encountered one of worst experiences with a tailor ever. I brought in two pairs of jeans and asked them to hem them and use the same stitching as the original hem. When I picked them up they were not as I requested and looked just terrible. The work was shoddy and rough, the stitching was crooked and the inside of the jeans were chopped up. It looked as though my six year old kid did the work! The business owner is so greedy and did not admit the mistake that she made. She did not even apologize and I paid the bill and left, but I feel I must warn others! Will see how long the store will last with this kind of service??

Giving them 2 stars because I went to pickup my clothing on the day they indicated it would be ready and the store was shut down during their normal business hours for 2 hours in the middle of the day. I drove from Fuquay Varina. Waste of my time and had to come back to pick it up.

I love the tailor services here. She is so good at her work. Very professional and neat work.

We have gotten many pants altered here. She always does a great job and prices are reasonable and competitive with others who do alterations.

I am not at all happy with her alterations or customer service. The charges are way too high and when I tried to walk away she reduced the charges by ten dollars. I would go to Lee Taylors next and not go here at all. At least we know what to expect and they do a professional work.

Very unhappy. I had a pair if True Religion jeans altered a bit, they were over $200 new. Now worthless. They told me it would take 4-5 days but took 7 weeks yes 7. I will never go back.
