Back in November we had a water stain appear rapidly on our garage ceiling right below our master bath. We shut off the water and called 911 Restoration and they came out within 24 hour. From the beginning to the end Mike and David were great to work with. Mike did an excellent job with the demo and communicated all through the process what he was doing. Mike helped us work through what turned out to be a challenging insurance claim as the company refused to pay at first and David went above and beyond putting together the evidence needs to change the insurance companys decision.I would highly recommend 911 to anyone who has to deal with house damage.

The team from 911 Restoration did an excellent job removing our cabinets and cleaning up the mold from a leak. Mike was very pleasant to work with and careful not to damage our valuable items that needed to be removed from the kitchen. Very happy with their work.

We returned to our town-home from vacation to find our neighbors pipe had burst and was pouring hot water into our crawlspace for an unknown amount of time. (Hot water + stagnant air = MOLD.) After interviewing five different mediation companies, David at 911 Restoration was the obvious choice for me. He was the only contractor that understood the urgency of dealing with mold. He alerted me to the dangers of living with mold (I have severe asthma) and was genuinely concerned about our health. He helped me to understand the insurance process and made a difficult time much easier to comprehend. He handled everything we needed, including some of the more difficult conversations with the insurance adjuster. Unlike the companies your insurance company will recommend to you, David at 911 Restoration actually works for YOU and the difference in his approach is astounding.After the mold remediation was complete and as he and his crew were working on the water remediation (water had seeped through the crawlspace insulation and up through the first floor, cupping every 3/4 hard wood plank) David discovered water still sitting under the tile floors and obtained insurance approval to remove the tiles. Thank God he did! Under the tile was not one, but two layers of asbestos filled linoleum! Again - David and the 911 Restoration team to the rescue as they completed the asbestos remediation.David is truly passionate about what he does and has a calling to set things right. I hope I never have need of his services again, but if I do, he is the first, and only, call I will make.

We had a truly amazing experience with David and his crew. They were thorough, professional, kind, and so helpful every step along the way. We had a truly extensive job that needed a lot of attention to detail on so many levels. David worked in tandem with our HVAC team, our builders, etc. We had so many moving parts to our demolition and rebuild. David and his team were immensely helpful during every step of the process. Due to a Culvert on our Chapel Hill street, which was 100% clogged and had never in 28 years been cleaned, our basement flooded the first night with 8.5 of water and then again 3 days later with 16.5 of water. Realizing what had caused the flood we contacted Chapel Hill Storm Water Management Dept regarding the clogged culvert.I called David Howard @ 911 Restoration on Saturday night after the first flood and he and his crew were here within 45 minutes. They worked tirelessly until 10 pm and came back on Sunday morning and worked till late in the afternoon ripping out all the damaged goods.The dry out was mostly completed by Tuesday and Tuesday night we had another heavy rain storm and the basement flooded again. David and his crew were here first thing Wednesday drying out the basement AGAIN.I can not say enough good things about the hard work and diligence in removing all the water and making sure our basement was completely dry and mold free.Highly recommend David and his crew.P. After my upstairs toilet overflowed I thought Id taken care of all the water and was in the clear. The next day I saw signs of water damage underneath the bathroom and called this company first. David came out during the window he promised and surveyed the damage. I was worried about a major job but he answered all my questions knowledgeably and assured me the moisture wasnt too bad. Fast service and very professional. They walked me through the whole process after my home was flooded.

A few months ago I left a sink running (mom brain) and it overflowed into my daughters bedroom. I was so worried that I had caused major damage. David with 911 Restoration came by the next morning and accessed the situation. He made a plan on how to remove the moisture and then tested all areas surrounded the bedroom and bathroom for moisture levels before and after. My carpet was saved! Just today I was having issues in my daughters and I was convinced it was mold. David once again came by promptly and checked the areas moisture levels, inspected the carpet and baseboards and assured me it was not a mold problem from my previous leak. Of course I am left with figuring out was is going on (most likely dust mites or some other fun thing to deal with) but I have received absoulutely wonderful service and care courtesy of David at 911 Restoration of Wake County. I would recommend him and his team to anyone having the unfortunate situation of water damage and repair.
