Great experience with cleaning my business which unfortunately was related to COVID 19. Steve their Operations manager came out early morning to inspect and talk about what happened. His explanation & knowledge about moving forward was so professional, my biggest take away was him saying I just want you, youre employees and business to feel safe after I clean. Amazing service!

All I can say is wow! They went out to my mother in-laws house due to broken faucet in her kitchen which water leaked through out her whole kitchen floor and went into the basement. Let me tell you she’s almost 85 years old and no one could ever put her at ease after this happening to her house. Steve their manager was AMAZING he made this as seamless as possible and he understood exactly what needed to be done and put it into simple terms for my mother in-law. He is as professional as it gets and couldn’t of asked for anyone better. House still has ways to go but it’s being handled perfectly.

Called once and left a message, never received a call back. Called again the next morning and was told to call Mundelein (which is an hour away from my home) because they are busy. Then got hung up on. What wonderful customer service.....*update* is response to response:Your reputation should be on the line when I legit got hung up on with no explanation.... the lady was extremely rude for literally no reason. No I didnt not get any explanation. I got we are too busy, call Mundelein *click* as a business take ownership instead of trying to make excuses and bs responses. Thanks!

Great service - helped us quickly when we had water damage in our crawl space. The equipment they used were neat and efficient. The crew that went to our house was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a flooded basement and I called SERVPRO of Southern McHenry County and they came in and took care of my clean-up and coordinated with my Insurance company with the least issue from my end. They left some drying equipment and monitored it for a week or so. Everything went well and the service was good. I hope I dont have to call them again for another flood event but in case, I know they will be there to help.

Worst company ever. They tell their clients they are cleaning their things when really they just unpack them and put them in a different box and the clothes or anything cloth gets a spray from fabreeze. Its disgusting how they treat their clients posessions as well. No respect!! Dont ever use them!!
