This would’ve been a lower rating, but I appreciated the manager (I think) making up for things.I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 4:15pm, arrived at 4pm, so I was hoping to be in and out relatively quickly. My car didn’t reach the lift until 5:25 or so, and I was out of there close to 5:45-50. The manager apologized for the back up and delay, and told me I shouldn’t have had to wait so long for an oil change, and credited me to full bill amount so I didn’t have to pay. I was shocked. While waiting, I was probably thinking I’d never return here, but his gesture tells me the delay is out of the ordinary and they try to do their customers right and honestly. I may be back after all because of this sense of high integrity here.

License renewal failed because of bad wipers which are perfectly fine. They cant replace a toner in the printer, but noticed my wipers are not perfect.

I stopped by right before closing to see if they could help me and change a blinker light that went out. They were more than happy to fit me in and help me before they closed up shop for the night. The manager was extremely friendly and fixed my car right away. We will definitely be back to this location again soon (we need to replace some tires on my expedition and based on how this location treated us and were so accommodating we will be driving out of our way to return to purchase our tires from them.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Didnt know that you had to cut the bottom of a car to change the oil and then say you didnt do it. When I confronted them about cutting my skid plate, they were mind boggled and did not assume responsibility. This is the third time this week Ive been in there, and they still have not fixed my oil leak. They even denied that my oil was leaking even when I told them my car created 2 different oil spots in two different locations just this morning. They did nothing to fix the issue and pulled excuse after excuse trying to deny they were at fault.

I had service twice at their place. There was always an issue after I took my car back home. First time it was the brake ABS sensor was not connected correctly. The second time they did not update the state inspection record after fixing a turn light. I could not renew my car registration. It seems the staffs are careless.

I just went there to get a tire plugged. I was told they couldn’t plug it but would have to patch it. The tire then went back to the shop and was later told the tire could not be repaired. I then told the tech I would not buy a new tire and subsequently he just threw the tire into the back of my car. It should be noted that there was a screw in the tire and was located in middle of the tread and not in the sidewall. If they had really inspected the tire, it would have been necessary to remove it from the wheel which would require the removal of the wheel weights which were still intact. Obviously, this was an attempt to get me to purchase something I truely did not need. I won’t be going back to Mr Tire ever again.

Id been dealing with cranking-like noises for a long time and asked many people what it could be before the traction light came on, forcing me to find someone who could figure it out. Huge thanks to Mark and Galen for their great service and understanding! I was in a panic because my check engine light was coming on from time to time. This is my only mode of transportation and I was sure that I would have to leave my car overnight. I also was very skittish because I wear my mask religiously, so I called ahead of time to inquire about their policies and I was assured of the employees having masks. Very comforting...I made an appointment.I was extremely surprised when Mark called to tell me that it was a fairly easy fix and I could drive home the same day! They even checked to make sure my car was up to date with maintenance. As wih any aito shop, truly good work takes time. Getting it done vs getting it done right matters. The wait wasnt long at all. Much less than at a dealership.This pandemic has many people on edge and peace of mind is priceless! Thank you guys for everything!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to another business initially, and they couldn’t find anything wrong. The staff at Mr. Tire immediately found a nail in my tire and was able to patch it for a reasonable price. I’ve driven a few hundred miles on it with no issues. I had a great experience.

I was offered service for the tires at a very affordable rate and they were willing to take care of it all at once to save me a trip back! Thankful that I was able to be taken care of in between the busy schedule.

Very honest and professional! I spoke with Mark and Chris. Both gave very good advice. They did not try to push for additional services that were not necessarily needed. I know we need to replace the brake pads soon. They had the front and rear calipers measured and provided factual information and costs.

I went to Mr. Tire at Davis Dr today to get my front rotors and pads replaced. Mark was super friendly. He had the work done in a timely manner and at a reasonable rate. I will definitely go back to them for any repairs in the future.

I had taken my car to a Nissan Dealership a week ago for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Soon after, I noticed a pool of oil on my garage floor. I took my car to Mr. Tire and they pointed out that the Nissan Dealership barely tightened the plug for the oil pan - one wrong bump in the road and my cars engine could have been ruined. The folks (Chris and Bill) at Mr. Tire fixed things up and were a huge help. I really appreciate it.

I visited your Service Center few weeks ago to check on my brakes. Both my front and rear brakes were needed to be replaced. Prior to your visit, I got a code from Firestone across the street. They gave me a quote which was $100 cheaper than what you offered me. Since I have serviced my other vehicles in our shop, I still decided to move forward with your service. When I returned home, I checked on your website and found out that you will beat any competitor price. I was surprised that even after showing the quote, you did not offer to match or beat . I informed your corporate office and waiting to hear from them. In order to give a good customer experience, I suggest you remove that slogan from your website. Why suggest something when you cannot offer. Very disappointing.

I recently drove in to the Mr. Tire on Davis drive in Cary, nc. I was Having a noise issue in my front tire I was very surprised to see someone greet me in the parking lot as they could see I was a little distraught After much conversation and immediately checking out my car they were able to find My noise and assure me that everything was fine. As I was ready to pay for their much appreciated attention The manager Chris Was so kind and not charging me a single dime for their time and just asked that I return when I REALLY NEEDED something! Unfortunately, they don’t give quote in advance and surprise customers with charges... I was charged $67 for simply synthetic oil change after $10 discount when check out. This will cost $35-45 at dealer service centers like Honda or Toyota.Ripping off customers

There are several places that can provide quality car service. But there arent as many that provide a combination of quality car and customer service. This location is one of them. If my first time here is any indication of how your car is serviced and you are treated, this wont be my last time coming here.

I had a great experience with Mr. Tire. They were very honest with what my car needed to pass inspection. They also consulted me about changing sensors on my car that would have added another $400 to my bill. I appreciated their respect and honestly with me.

I just wanted to say what an outstanding experience I had yesterday at the Mr. Tire on Davis Drive. My cars battery died and after getting it jump started, I went straight ti Mr. Tire. They were closed but Chris was still there working. I offered to leave the car there and Uber home so that they could fix it the next day. Chris would not hear of it. Came in for a tire alignment because the car was veering left. The technician took the car for a test ride and determined all that was needed was to rotate the tires. Quick, courteous service and they saved me the cost of an unneeded alignment. Thanks for your help guys as always !

Service was quick, friendly, and reasonably price! I recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time online. They confirmed my appointment within 12 hours. I would definitely recommend them for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection :) My big concern (which is not related to quality of service) is their lack of COVID-19 safety adherence. Despite the state mandate, no associate was wearing a mask (which I dont expect from the mechanics, but people interacting with customers should be wearing them), there was no hand sanitizer or disinfectant available after touching the card reader, and they did not enforce the 6 ft recommendation/population control within the waiting room.

Love these guys! Got quoted a couple hundred dollars from the dealer to replace two tires due to unfixable damage. They got it patched up for me!!! Big thanks!!!

My tire lights on my front 2 tires kept coming on and the tire pressure was so low I made a stop unannounced! I went in and the nice man greeted me and then went out in the pouring rain to look over my tires. He then filled them up, examined the tires to make sure they were safe and then went on my way. he said if the tire light goes on again to come back in and he will take care of me! I was very appreciative for the fast, friendly service! Thanks again!

I am beyond upset how your company did not take responsibility on the obvious mistake by you guys when it came to my vehicle. We had been loyal customers for years with your company and now I tell others how unprofessional and dishonest you truly are. It is okay to make mistakes in any job. However when you lie and be deceptive about your mistake it is NOT right. Your company was negligible in the destruction of my 2012 Hyundais engine and you refused to accept responsibility. When I arrived, everyone inside was very friendly even though some ribbed me about my NC State hat: the best school in the Triangle. Yup, I said it. Anywho, I kept losing air in one of my tires and decided to bring it to them for a look.These guys found a nail in the rear tire of my truck and, even though they were busy, got my tire patched up and road ready within a couple of hours. Theyve got a new fan in me, and, hopefully, I wont need work anytime soon, but if I do, then Im headed here.

Customer service is great . 11/23/2020 i had a fuel sensor that needed to be replaced. The Ford dealer wanted $300 for the part the guys at Mr Tire found a rebuild kit replaced it and saved me a lot of money. It was a BLESSING! They never have tried to rip me off!!! Honest, helpful, nice & fast!!!! Brought my daughters car in this morning. She drove a few miles with the parking break on. The burning smell was horrible. I thought she did significant damage. These guys checked it out and said it was fine. NO CHARGE. Go there, you can trust them.

Took our BMW in with a engine warning light on and a oil change. Chris called later to inform us of the issue. He informed me of the problem and stated his repair would cost more than a dealer repair. He was straight up honest about the repair and didn’t charge for the diagnostic time. On a Sat. afternoon a lot of places would have made the repair.

I genuinely find it hard to figure out what i need to do in order to keep my car running well. Most places will recommend over the top changes which are not required, Mr Tire does not do that.I have had a great experience everytime i have been there, they are honest and try their best to keep the cost down.If you are in the area, this place can be your regular.

As always, a great experience! I had an 8 am appointment, got there at 7:50 am, John came out to greet me. He was ready with his paper work to collect my vehicle info. and place the protective floor mat. There was no attempt to up-sell me any unneeded additional service. I was there for a coolant flush, I waited and was finished by 9:15 am.John is usually the man on duty when I come to Mr. Tire for service, Im usually there without an appointment. His customer service skills are impeccable! All the staff are very good, John just stands out. As always, a great job. There was a little extra oil in the frame after my last oil change, and it was dripping. I brought it back and Daniel and Chris took care of the issue right away, cleaning it up and checking to ensure there wasnt a leak elsewhere.
