Upon moving to Raleigh, I had to come into a dealer for my Kia Optima to get some warranty work taken care of. I had taken extreme care of my vehicle and was worried of leaving it at a brand new (to me) dealership but Jason Dibble was phenomenal. I bought a used car from this dealer two weeks ago. I had been searching for months and felt this dealer had a good deal. Jasmine was great to work with! She took the time to answer all our questions and when we had a small issue with the car after bringing it home, she was very responsive and helpful in working the details out to get it fixed! They recognized a need for a specialized diagnostic and coordinated with Peter from the appropriate department to determine the best way to approach the issue. All three spoke and determined they would need my vehicle longer than initially expected and had a loaner vehicle ready when I arrived. I was kept informed throughout the process and was given the final diagnosis as well as future plans to remedy the issue. I really dont like having to buy a car. I cringe at the thought. In my many experiences they always have gone poorly. Before I spoke with anyone at Kendrick Kia I passed a judgement on them based on my past experiences with Car Dealerships in the past. Let me be clear I have never done business with any Hendrick car dealership before this experience. From the beginning to the end, hands down the greatest experience in my life with buying a car. I mean from the top to bottom I felt comfortable and taken care of. I didnt feel like I was getting harassed or taken for a fool. None of the negatives from my previous experiences existed. Hendrick Kia of Carys entire Staff have shown me that not all car dealerships are the same. I will be back on my next purchase and I will come to this same location. I came to Hendrick Kia to look at a specific car. I have never purchased a car before, but Hendrick made it super easy for me. Remington was very friendly and not pushy at all. He went out of his way to make sure my mom and I had a great car buying experience. Even when my car was taking a little while to get detailed, he sat with me and my mom and chatted. I would definitely buy from this place again! I love my orange car :)
Service Department Review: I think the staff moral has changed and unfortunately not for the better. They are not as attentive as they used to be when it comes to providing excellent customer service. The last few times I dropped my car off for service I left disappointed. The attention to detail is non-existent. Example: No Hellos, No how is your day, no courtesy car wash, not even an offer to drive my car to the front... (I had to search for my car this afternoon) When I purchased two cars from this dealership two years ago the service was excellent! They even had me watch a video on which the President of Hendricks thrives off great customer service. Well, unfortunately the service department has dropped the ball on this target area. Its like saying you are a 5 Star Restaurant but serving your food on paper plates. This 1 star review is for the service department... not the Tech(s) that works on the cars (because both cars have operated fine so far after being serviced) but the Service Department front desk staff is the reasons for this low review. Hopefully this will be addressed so that you can truly say and advertise that your customer service is top notch in ALL your departments. From the time a customer drop off their car(s) to the time the drive off the lot they deserve great customer care.
I was provided with exceptional customer service throughout the process of recall & warranty work completed by Kia Hendrick. Brent was excellent at walking me through the process at the beginning and he & Scott (service manager) kept me regularly informed with progress updates. Paolo at Kia, Hendrick Cary is probably a big reason why Im on my third vehicle from this dealership. Paolo has always made the process easy and smooth, from seeing/test driving to paperwork and delivery, as well as being there should I need anything post-purchase. This last transaction was so simple. I was in a new vehicle within a couple of hours.
Service Manager, Scott Tielemans, gave outstanding customer service when my Kia Sportage was in the shop for recall and maintenance work. He gave me the attention and information I needed and he took personal responsibility when issues arose. Most importantly, he was positive, decisive, and true to his promises. I would say he is a great example for others who deal directly with customers.The facilities are pleasant and attractive. The shuttle service is very helpful and on time.Since my service was for recall and maintenance work, there was no actual “problem” that was fixed. As far as I can tell, the shop did a good job.

The only reason I come back to this place is because of a technician. Jason Dibble has been servicing my cars for years and the soul purpose of me remaining a Hendrick customers. Even before having a sorrento he worked on my Pontiac G6 back when this was a GM building. His attention to detail has always been a key factor on why I return. Its great to know I feel like I have a personal technician when I know he provides the same great service to other familys.
If there was an option for 10 stars I would give them 11! If you had any doubt in your mind please just listen to my review. I drove over 9 hours to come to this dealership not only because they had the best price, but because they had the absolute best customer service. I never once felt like I was annoying them by asking 100000 questions. I first worked with Brian who was so kind and patient. I never felt pushed in any way to make a quick purchase like I have felt from other dealerships. When we arrived Saturday morning the vehicle was even better than what I was expecting. Josh helped us on site with the test drive and any further questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He also was not pushy in any way. I lastly worked with Jayme in finance and he was great as well. He made sure to go over ever detail with me so that I felt comfortable and knew everything I needed to know before leaving. I’m telling you this dealership is the place to go and these people are the ones you want to work with! I am confident that my next purchase will be here no matter how far I have to drive.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership. I’ve had it in before for engine recall checks and no one knew where my car was for an entire day (was told I would be without for half a day and couldn’t get ahold of anyone) and now my car has something covered under an extended warranty and they can’t see my car until Sept 30. It is not running and I am shocked the only solution is to wait for them to be able to see it (over a month with no car?). Don’t waste your money on a KIA. I won’t ever again.
My experience was great! I dropped off my car at the service center and received text message updates and email about additional services. I like the on line process on accepting or declining additional work. My service manager was efficient and friendly. Left with a smile! Ivy was super helpful in our Telluride Kia purchase from build to buy and even after to make sure we had all we needed! My husband and I traded my Lexus in for a Pearl White with Light Gray interior 2021 Kia Sorento SX this past Tuesday and I couldnt be happier. We had previously went to a Kia dealership close by and made an appointment to look a blue Sorento that same day, but I just couldnt shake the feeling that it wasnt the SUV for me. My coworker recommended Hendrick Kia of Cary and Im so thankful she did.I browsed online and came across the Sorento I ended up purchasing. I texted and emailed with Madeline and she got the ball rolling.Long story short, I canceled my appointment with the other dealership that day and test drove the white Sorento on my lunch break. Very nice salesman said that apparently there are no Telurides for sale or to test drive. You basically order one and put down a deposit, they come to the showroom in about 6 months and then you decide to purchase or not. Not even one to test-drive. Buy sight unseen. Strange times ....

We bought a 2022 Carnival from Ivy Johnson at Hendrick. We had to order the vehicle in advance and Ivy was responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. When the vehicle arrived, the purchasing process was easy and quick. We would highly recommend Ivy and Hendrick!
I purchased my first Kia Forte in December 2020, my salesperson Alvin was great and so was Jayme in the Business Office. In February 2021 that car was totaled in a car accident. So I purchased a second Kia Forte in March and I dealt with Alvin and Jayme again. The main issue with Kia is that I had Gap insurance, and they never received the check that Kia issued to them, and no one at Kia is acknowledging my phone calls and text messages to get this resolved. So after 3 months I am still having to make 2 car payments.
Had an excellent experience at this dealership! Jim Kildow and Madeline were super helpful and easy to get along with! Came home with a 2021 Kia Sorento in the exact trim and color we wanted. The car has been great in the past 4 months! Gone are the days of pushy salesmen. Would consider this dealership over any other Kia dealership based on how helpful, honest, and open they were to help us. Other dealerships wanted to sell us what they had, Hendrick went out of their way to make sure we got the car we wanted. They are always polite, professional, and keep bottled water available for those waiting. They have Wi-Fi and TV in the waiting area as well. Restrooms have been clean when Ive used them.

Would highly recommend going somewhere else if you want your car back within a week. Great if you dont rely on having a car I suppose.

Sales staff and office workers are awesome. Just had our first experience with the repair department and Im not supper impressed. Had an appointment for an oil change. Was told it would take an hour and it ended up taking 3. Other then that we like kia. I hope our next oil change goes better.

READ THIS as it would give you an idea of what you might experience if you decided to take your car to Hendrick KIAs service department.Another reason not to buy KIA cars. Not only almost every model has to go back to dealership for recall, but the dealership service is at the lowest quality. I took vehicle for a recall to be done. At the time of picking up the vehicle- which was after a week- we noticed that the AC doesnt work any more. We took the vehicle back to dealership; service department to be told that the AC compressor gave up.What youll experience & the feeling youll get at the service department is that Oh! you bought a KIA, jokes on you. Professional service departments would inspect the vehicle at the time of arrival & disclose issues if any with the customer. Not at KIA service department.We delivered the car to them for oil pan recall which required removing the AC compressor to get the job done. Yet, service manager literally said how do we know if the AC did work in the first place after I mentioned that I drove the car myself & AC was working with no problems. Which made me feel being accused of lying.Luckily, she wasnt the highest position at that location. So, we reached out to Tommy the executive manager hoping that he would make it right for their customers. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case. Tommy simply shut our last hope off by saying we only guarantee the job we do As if he meant we dont care about what breaks in the process.If you have no other choice but to go there to get a recall done for instance -which you shouldnt do- make sure to have extra money on the side as you probably going to get stuck with broken parts that youll have to fix at your own expense. Simply, because no manager at Hendrick KIA will try to make it right!

Went there for factory recalls, then had to get a few maintenance items for 100,000 miles. The service tech found $200 off in coupons without me having to ask. This place is way better than the Dodge dealership in customer service.
