After patiently waiting for several months I was finally able to snag a brand new Camaro. My first time visit. It is at a great location. I was greeted by Ms. Tabitha and she has great customer service. She shared information with me about the oil change packaged deal that unfortunately I was unable to participate in this go round but hope it’s available by my next due oil change. I highly recommend Trevor Buck if you are in the market for a new Chevy. For 4 months Trevor has been hunting down a new traverse for us. He has given me weekly updates along the way. Once the traverses were at the Hendrick he made sure we were one of the first to get first picks. Our car sales person, Nick Divone, was wonderful -- best car purchase experience weve ever had. He wasnt pushy at all and was accommodating of our schedule in terms of finding a time to show us all the ins and outs of our new vehicle. The tactics and warranty pitch from the Finance Manager were what wed consider typical and less than desirable, but ultimately it was a great experience.

Everyone was fantastic - truly one of the top car buying experiences we have ever had. Loiy was great, totally no pressure during the sales experience. Anytime there was a choice to make, the options were laid out to us and we were allowed to make the decision and we did not feel like we were being pushed 1 way over another. We noticed some damage due to transit on the truck on the vehicle after we got it home and the team was quick to reassure us it would be taken care of and got the arrangements made super fast and made sure they were convenient for us. The Page Family has a new dealership for sure. My husband even plans to move his Service plan he has through another Chevy dealership over to Hendrick Chevy.

The process from start to finish was seamless. Communication appeared to be avaliable 24/7. I had a 14 month order for my car. Milos and I were basically pin pals and I always had up to date info whenever I requested it. All of the important progress on my order was presented to me when avaliable. Once the order was on the way, Trevor stepped in to make sure all of my accessories were installed and the car was ready for my scheduled pickup/ purchase. He walked me through all of the features for my vehicle and got my accounts set up for various services avaliable to me. Finance was also a breeze, information was clearly explained to us about our options. Papers signed and we were on our way..Right now we are working on scheduling additional exterior protection. Overall I highly recommend Hendrick Chevrolet and am happy with the service provided to me and my wife during our purchase.

I just purchased a 2021 Silverado High Country from Hendrick Chevrolet and it was the best purchasing experience I have had. Jason Jackson was my first contact and he was phenomenal. I even walked away to try some other vehicles. I never felt pressured once. I came back to check out a used vehicle and Jason convinced me to take it home for a night, even though he wouldnt be available to the next day if I were to decide to purchase. Everything was great. I had just finished working about 20 hours on a crazy shift and I was exhausted. The service team got me in and out very quickly. I did notice however, when I went to pick up my car, that all of the other cars that were lined up with mine had been washed and were nice and shiny. Mine hadnt been washed so I was kind of wondering about that. But, overall, the service was exceptional - as always. Ive known Matt Flowers for years and he manages the service bay and experience exceptionally!

Oil change was fine. Requested that air condition be checked. I was informed that the condenser needed to be replaced. Was quoted 1700 but told by John that he could do 1500. Then told maybe 1400. When I told him no I received a call 40 minutes later saying 1200. I find it very unprofessional for a large dealership to negotiate fees. Picked up my truck. No cold air was blowing at all so clearly the coolant had not been refilled as I was told it would be. Called john to ask about this and was told it must have all already leaked out I find it very unlikely that it all leaked out within 2 or 3 hours when it has taken 5 to 6 weeks in the past.

Easy drive in drop off and wait. Be nice if the online app worked better so I could check the status. But the rep made it simple which is always good.

Gary worked out a deal for us that we were happy with and felt comfortable taking the car home. We were lucky enough to meet Walt, he inspected and detailed our car for us. Walt was a pleasure to talk to, goof off with and ultimately he’s got a talent in sales too and convinced us on some of the features of the car as he was inspecting it!!Thank you Hendrick for a great experience.

The work ended up being good but I wasn’t thrilled with the communication by any means. I called everyday the first week my truck was there and always got the run around. I also was bummed out by not being able to be reimbursed for my deductible even though the work ended up being less than expected.

Matt was extremely helpful. Our Tahoe had problems as we drove home from the beach so we brought it right in on Saturday when we got home. Matt promised to look at it on Monday or Tuesday and did his best to get it back to us quickly which was great.

Because we have been very happy with the service (Kerry-Ann) at Hendrick Chevrolet on our Chevy Volt, we ask her for a sales person recommendation when we decided to buy a Chevy Bolt. Kerry-Ann recommended Ashley and we were not disappointed. Ashley and Matt made our purchase easy and very pleasant. They have cemented our relationship with Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary.

My wife and I were in the market for a new Tahoe recently and I submitted a request for info via the Hendrick Chevy website. In less than 5 minutes, Jason Jackson had replied to my request and wanted to know what he could do to help. Over the next few days, we worked through the deal, even taking the vehicle home overnight to ensure it would fit in our garage and just have time to really get a feel for it. At no point was Jason, or any of the other staff pushy - in fact they acted like they genuinely cared about our wants, our financial requirements, and what would make us truly happy. This was also true of Harvi, our finance manager who walked us through all the details of the deal and even helped to improve it to better meet our needs. Ill definitely be going back to see Jason when its time for our next vehicle.

Always a great experience. My service advisor, Matthew, greeted me upon arrival. He gave me an estimated time for service and checked me in. My vehicle was done before the promised time. I have been dealing with Hendrick for over 20 years and cant recall a bad experience with anyone on their team.

Nick was amazing to work with. He took all of the things that I was looking for in a car and made them happen. I asked him a million questions and he answered every single one of them. He was so patient while I decided what things were truly important to me and then made them into a reality. The dealership was beautiful and everyone was so polite. Brian explained everything so well when it came to signing my papers. I will definitely return to the Cary location when my lease is up, and recommend that everyone goes there.
