I was so happy when I was able to book an appointment, and virtually at that, however I was then super disappointed.I never got the email with information I was promised. I called and left a msg the morning my appointment was scheduled for( since it was for that afternoon and I hadn’t heard anything) and never got a call back. As of today, Still haven’t gotten any communication. Such a let down.
