Joyce always has a positive attitude and motivates me to do better! I can honestly say that she’s the best therapist I’ve ever had. Everyone at a healing journey strives to make the clients comfortable and help us through rough spots! :))

I am currently seeing Joyce Pace for individual counseling. Immediately upon beginning therapy I was made to feel comfortable, accepted, and met with understanding. I feel like every session helps me to progress in healing. She is very skilled at her profession.

The name of this practice undoubtedly reflects the manner of their services. As a client of Mrs. Pace, the journey that I’ve embarked on toward the betterment of my mental and emotional health has been impacted significantly because she has accompanied me along the way. Unlike other therapists and emotional health coaches I have worked with, I feel cared for on a personal level through the conductivity of each session. The environment of her office is catered and suitable for comfortability and growth, which has nothing to do with the space but everything to do with the person that she is. Through her flexibility, I have taken part in both in person and virtual sessions which did not in any way impact my progress because of the way she embraces her clients. Her sessions are interactive meaning that dialogue and inquiry is present, which makes the experience feel more intentional. Instead of being quick to diagnose a problem, Mrs. Pace involves her clients in identifying the spaces where improvement is needed. Needless to say, I have grown and am continuously growing because of my connection to this practice which has blessed my life and the lives of others in immeasurable ways.

Mrs. Pace is the best ! He loving always gives me hope for the best ! She makes you feel comfortable because she is also so transparent about her story ! She is amazing!

You cannot do better than Patricia Whalen at this clinic, caring understanding and wise. However, after a series of unfortunate events my daughter was pair with another much younger counselor, who in my opinion, has no business helping impressionable kids when she herself can be manipulated so easily. Due to this, am a true believer life experience is something to account for when seeking guidance from an outside source for anyone, young or old alike. Be very aware that this place deems it proper to extend their “guidance” to lengths far beyond what is appropriate and away from the “safe” place of their offices, creating a very unsafe outside environment. Counseling should be about bringing loved ones together not ripping them apart. For this I highly recommend staying far away from this place with your children. I believe Patricia has other offices; I highly recommend her.To the owner – there is no need to respond. The damage is irreparable by anything that could come from this place. Maybe think long and hard before approving any letters to be written again. The only plus to this is, it got my youngest daughter who is thriving in every way and myself out of a very toxic situation. And I, though deeply sadden that I had no choice due to your company’s actions to leave my eldest behind, in doubt know that is the only silver lining that came from this.To the counselor - I do not see it right to list you by name in hopes of one day this experience (there is that word) will actually help you help someone based off their real needs and not your first opinion. You know exactly who this is about and who I am if you think about it. My only advise to you – before you go destroying any one else’s life, learn to be better from this. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone’s mistakes have the power to change the course of lives, yours does. You can not be in this job without wanting to help people. So next time try putting in the solid work to know just what you are judging! Better yet do not judge, is that not your job, not to judge. No I did not put my best face forward that day; however, you to this day have no clue what kind of destruction I was trying to avoid and instead of help, you helped us walk right into it. Do better, be better at your job. No one is perfect, but if you cannot put your judgements aside you should not be in this field for the sake of the very people you believe you want to help!
