Completely misdiagnosed me and took a month and a half to get my paperwork that should’ve come in a week. Dr. Hill twisted my words and wouldn’t even consider giving me a test for BPD because I was “too young”, I’m 18 but I’ve had symptoms that have gone on for 9 years. Looking for another psychiatrist

Melissa the receptionists lady is literally the worst. She should not be working in customer service, maybe insted mopping floors. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I call to make an appointment for my son months ago and she can’t even do that correctly. She never book my appointments, I show up and she looks around clueless. The other lady at the front was nice and try to fix the problem. Melissa is terrible.

Good luck getting an appointment. They cancelled on short notice then after another month of waiting failed to keep our appointment. Just didn’t put it on their calendar. No service recovery just a tacit “I’m sorry we can work you in tomorrow” after 3 people took off work to make this important intake meeting. #detailsmatter

I had to reschedule once do to patient confidentiality. At first I was very upset because I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Hill (which I still hear to be true) so the girls up front set me up with a different person. I was VERY pleased with the new therapist they made my appointment with. Dr. Rinks is by far my favorite counselor I have seen in my 7 years of receiving help. The only reason I haven’t been back has been from lack of insurance. I will always recommend this office to anyone in need.

Dr. Florez helped me through a tough time. I only stopped seeing her because we are moving. Appointments were at convenient times for me and everyone was always so nice. Thank you all!

I found my sessions with Dr. Florez to be beneficial but unfortunately she abruptly relocated after my third visit. A couple months later I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Norton for September 23, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and upon arrival I was told that I never had an appointment. Lindsay, the receptionist, said an appointment was not created although I received an appointment card. I then created a new appointment with Lindsay in the DISTANT FUTURE because there werent any immediate openings. As of today I called to confirm my appointment and it is no longer with Dr. Norton (who I requested), but another provider which is disappointing. Some of the front desk staff seems to be careless at best. It seems as if they do not understand the nature of their work. I hope you all read this and make the necessary adjustments so you can provide better service.

Services provided by counselor and mental health doctors, in 2 weeks. 😉

I was referred to this office they cancelled both of my appointment due to miss scheduling and the dr not being in the office I have yet to receive a call to reschedule the already 2 cancelled appointments and itd been at least a mont since the appointment was cancelled not very professional
