Rude. I sent a card number as soon the truck left. There was an issue with my card so the owner calls yelling and cussing at me.I ask him to give me five minutes to fix it and he calls back three times in that five minutes threatening to send my truck to his impound lot. Insurance has already paid for half the of tow.He apologized after it was fixed but no business owner should talk to a customer like that.(CALLED AS SOON AS THE TRUCK LEFT)%100 positive that it was an attempt to impound my truck so he can part it out.

These guys are really top shelf. They gave me a tow, got my car repaired quickly and at a great price. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely atrocious company and customer service. Broke down and was forced to tow the vehicle to their lot because they had somewhere else to be. Then they charged me $600 for the tow and 3 day storage. Absolutely unreal to be charged whatever they deem fit after being forced to store it at their location. For your own sake do not use this company.

Took my car in on Monday, they said they could take care of it Tuesday. Great right? No. Didnt here anything from them until Wednesday, about forty minutes before they close, telling me they are fixing to get started on it should be ready by the end of the day, said they would call me back when it was. They are now closed and I guess Im going to get my car back eventually. Meanwhile my wife has to cram four kids into a Kia Rio. Thanks for the speedy service.

Office guy was great. Knew the location and sent someone quick. Actual tow guy didnt want to get out in the rain while my oil pan was busted sitting in a puddle. Sat there for 25 min before he even got out of the truck while we were trying to get to the repair shop before it closed.

Absolutely the worst, I got into an accident on temessee st. They charged $150 for the tow. I left it there over the weekend till I found a safe place to store it. So they ofcourse charged $125 for four and a half days not a problem. But when I called to tow it to Buford St. They said it would be $565 total bc they had to fill out admin papers bc they were gonna scrap my car.... Luckily I didnt lose my cool and got the total down to $340 $150 initial tow $125 storage and $65 for the final tow

Made pickup & delivery on time and in condition as received. Price reasonable.

My parents and I have been going to Wilsons for years. They are very honest and good people. Ive had literally MULTIPLE issues with MULTIPLE cars and I can always depend on them!! Definitely recommend them!

My car recently had to be towed after a tire went flat on the interstate. It was at their business for a while due to travel difficulties on my end, but they really worked with me all throughout the process! If I ever have car trouble in the area again, I definitely know where Im going.

Took my expedition in for a PCV valve installation because it was running rough and going dead. They installed the valve and said it needed the oil changed to fix the problem. We did the oil change. I asked if the check engine light was still on and if it was running smooth. They said yes. I paid them but when I started the car the check engine light was still on and its running even more rough now. So I wouldnt recommend using them unless you are in the mood for wasting time and money.

The worst shop to ever take anything too. If you want to get absolutely screwed for your hard earned money take it to this place. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks that will cuss you out if you try to buck them on anything. They have stolen money from me that I pre paid for a repair and they did not complete the repair and refuse to remburst any of it. The list goes on and on of people they have screwed. Should have never let them work on my 40,000 dollar diesel truck. Worst mistake ending up costing me over 20,000 from their misdiagnoistics.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! My young son was stranded on the side of the road. We called Wilsons for a tow. We told exactly what town we needed towed to and was quoted a price. Then we we called back, he changed the price to $50.00 more. He was extremely rude and very ugly. No way to do business. I extremely reccomend NEVER even calling Wilsons towing!!!!!

Called these people to get a quote to have a vehicle towed 15 miles, they said Itll be $135.00. WTH????
